I originally asked about a walk-in but would make an appointment if necessary. I didn't want my dog to be there all day. They just tried to say they had a different system, no direct answer for confidence/ or comfortable in making the appt. Which she never explained a different system, just sounds like they seem to take a ton of dogs in the morning and then just pump them out when you can get them done. I love that the girls don't have to spend time in crates when we are away. Neither of my dogs does well in a crate. I know they are safe, well cared for, and being loved while we are away.
