She asked how we wanted him trimmed, listened to the issues that might occur & ask for clarifications to ensure Tyson would be comfortable. Adriana took the time with Tyson to learn his quirks & gave him time to adjust to the grooming process such letting him adjust to the sound of the blow dryer or clippers. The results are outstanding! Tyson looks fantastic. He was not overly stressed from the grooming process Which is a huge win. Luckily, I came across the site for Petlocks and saw all the wonderful work Lee has done on her clients! Mali is a 10 lb senior maltese-poodle mix. It has been about 8 months since her last grooming (I personally trimmed her every month). Mali was scared at first (like always), but looked so comfortable and at home when I came to pick her up at the groomers! I've never seen her so comfortable before, so I knew she was in good hands.
