Seriously love this Pet Store! All of the employees are so sweet and helpful. I feel so thankful for this location being such an integral part of our community. Always have great selections for pet food. I will say this location did stop carrying our dog's food, but there were alternatives we were able to switch to. Superworms are great quality and I know that I will be able to get whatever I need for my furry pets and reptiles. I do think that the dog wash stations could be updated with better dryers and water pressure! I also really appreciate that this location does pet supply roundups to give to animals in need. read more

Fantastic management! I had a rough experience at this location HOWEVER, Shelby went above and beyond to make things right! And I am again very excited to be a loyal Pet Supplies Plus customer. They always have a wonderful selection of high quality products for my cats and dogs, so I very much appreciate a company that corrects concerns and shows appreciation for their customers. I will be recommending this location (store #4151) to my friends and family for sure! read more

Pet Supplies Plus Bailey Boswell - This is Bella after being worn out from playing with her toys from pet supplies plus!! - Pet Stores Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

I love a pet focused store. This one is located in a strip mall right by Kroger. I came in looking for a specific type of nail trimmer for my dog, and they had it! The store is well organized and clean. If you're feeling generous, there's a donation box by the door where you can give pet beds, supplies, food, etc. read more

I love this place! The staff is so friendly and there are so many fun different toys and treats there!!!

Emily is FANTASTIC!!!! She is always so helpful and kind. She always willing to go the extra mile to make the customer feel like a VIP. I have never felt more welcomed in a store, than when I shop at the Pet Supplies Plus on Bailey Boswell. read more

This location is fantastic and super friendly. The only radon I don't give it 5 stars is they really need to set a time limit on their pet washing station use. We had to wait 40 minutes to use it because the folks ahead of us shampooed their dogs 2-3 times. Please considerate when you see others waiting. It took me 10 minutes to wash and dry my 50 lb dog read more

I always order my dogs food so I don't have to shop, lol... I always use curbside, they always check my ID and Credit Card to make sure it's me read more

The manager and associates at this location are always pleasant and helpful. They greet you when you walk through the door and you can always find help as you walk the aisles. The curbside pickup has always been great as well, they are prompt and usually add an extra surprise in my order for my fur-babies read more

Very kind and friendly staff at this location. Everyone was very helpful. I came in to grab a few items, was greeted when I walked in and was asked by several people if they could help with anything. Much better experience than other pet stores where I couldn't even find one person to assist me with purchasing a fish. Also very clean and well organized. read more

Such a fantastic location!! I love everyone that works here. They're always so knowledgeable and helpful, and my dog Abby loves visiting! Thank you for being wonderful! read more

This is our go to pet store. Everyone has always been more than pleasant, helpful, and happy to love on our fur babies.

When they say same day delivery, they mean same day delivery. No matter the weather conditions, streets covered in ice. My order was delivered within a few hours. I not only give the Pet Supplies Plus a 5 star rating I also give the delivery driver a 5 star rating. My dogs were completely out of food. I would not attempt to drive under these conditions. I'm very grateful for my delivery, so are the dogs. In my opinion, Pet Supplies plus went above and beyond with their superior customer service. read more

I love the store and stocked options they carry. The smiling, helpful and friendly staff are always a breathe of fresh air. Plus the joke of the day with a handwritten thank you note, brings a smile to my face. read more

I stopped in today as a first time customer and was greeted as I walked in which from all the other reviews is the norm. I was looking for some car food for my cat because he has a sensitive tummy. Amy saw me and asked if she could help. She was fantastic in offering suggestions and helping to find out what he has been eating and what may help. I will certainly come back and can say that she has THE BEST customer service skills of any business I have been to. Only thing I can ad will be an inside joke.....Look out for the fish. read more

Great service and usually has my dog's food in stock. They are always helpful.

The curbside pickup is fast, and the store is always stocked, clean, and all the employees make it a blast to shop there.

Great service and great people have made this our go-to pet store. Keep up the great work!

Great customer service! Always go here for anything I need for my dogs. Very friendly employees and knowledgeable!

Great selection of toys, food, and other stuff. The dog deli and bakery are so cute. They have a dog wash complete with everything you need.

Was looking for Stella & Chewy dry dog food but the employee told me they didn't care it only the stuff you put on top. Good thing I searched the store myself because I found exactly what I was looking for. It would have been nice if the employees knew what brands you carry and offered to help with the heavy bag of food out to my car. They didn't even offer while I was still shopping in the store. read more

Great toy selections for large dogs. Place to wash them with supplied towels, shampoo etc, plus food and they sell to all varieties of animals. Great place! read more

Kristi is awesome!!! I'm very grateful for the quality customer service she provided. As a new dog owner/dog mom, I have tons of questions and Kristi answered all of my questions! She provided a 2nd opinion on information I've learned along the way and also gave me some helpful tips. Good customer service (i.e., friendly demeaner, positive attitude, a smile, and care) is rare these days. Kristi is a gem! Thank you! read more

Very kind and friendly people, they are very knowledgeable. The only place I would go for my fur baby, they have a better selection! We love this place! read more

I'm only giving two stars because they have easy accessible dog washing area. I should have known better than to come to a chain pet store to buy a reptile or any animal at that. I always go to my local feed stores for any of my pets, food, meds etc. This store is selling sick reptiles and I would never recommend getting a pet here. I bought my granddaughter a baby bearded dragon for her 6th bday. We only had him for 1 month. Within that time he stopped eating and drinking. Lost weight drastically became lethargic. Tried to nurse him back to health. Unfortunately he took a turn for the worst. They only have a 14 day return policy and they do not care if your pet died, they WILL NOT give you your money back nor in store credit. Please do your research before buying any type of pet you plan to keep. read more

by far the best pet store. Offers you the best quality of food for your pet which is healthy. I rather spend 50$ on a big bag of food that contains all nutrients for my dog to be healthy and live longer :)) read more

Greeted as soon as I entered the store and after one minute,a store personnel asked if I needed help and immediately directed me to the stuff I needed.Need to stock up on XS Cat Harnesses which they don't have at time of visit. But satisfied with the hold visit. read more

Ever since they opened, this is my go-to place! Everyone is friendly and helpful, they carry your heavy dog food out to your vehicle for you, you're greeted as soon as you walk in, your pet is also given attention as well! Very clean store and great prices, too. read more

I'm sorry, I thought my fish are hiding and then dying because of your employees but I was wrong. It was that mean big black and white tetra that came with the tank we bought from someone. It was being mean to my fish. Your employees are innocent. So again, I apologize. Your employees are awesome and so is the store. read more

I have never had a bad experience here, from the grooming tech to the store employees to even the manager! All such very nice and helpful folks. Very positive atmosphere. My little furry guy loves it too! Highly recommend this location for your pet needs :) read more
