Seriously love this Pet Store! All of the employees are so sweet and helpful. I feel so thankful for this location being such an integral part of our community. Always have great selections for pet food. I will say this location did stop carrying our dog's food, but there were alternatives we were able to switch to. Superworms are great quality and I know that I will be able to get whatever I need for my furry pets and reptiles. I do think that the dog wash stations could be updated with better dryers and water pressure! We had to wait 40 minutes to use it because the folks ahead of us shampooed their dogs 2-3 times. Please considerate when you see others waiting. I love a pet focused store. This one is located in a strip mall right by Kroger. I came in looking for a specific type of nail trimmer for my dog, and they had it! When they say same day delivery, they mean same day delivery. No matter the weather conditions, streets covered in ice. My order was delivered within a few hours. I not only give the Pet Supplies Plus a 5 star rating I also give the delivery driver a 5 star rating. My dogs were completely out of food. I would not attempt to drive under these conditions. I stopped in today as a first time customer and was greeted as I walked in which from all the other reviews is the norm. I was looking for some car food for my cat because he has a sensitive tummy. Amy saw me and asked if she could help. She was fantastic in offering suggestions and helping to find out what he has been eating and what may help. I'm only giving two stars because they have easy accessible dog washing area. I should have known better than to come to a chain pet store to buy a reptile or any animal at that. I always go to my local feed stores for any of my pets, food, meds etc. This store is selling sick reptiles and I would never recommend getting a pet here. I bought my granddaughter a baby bearded dragon for her 6th bday. We only had him for 1 month. Within that time he stopped eating and drinking. Lost weight drastically became lethargic. Tried to nurse him back to health. Unfortunately he took a turn for the worst. They only have a 14 day return policy and they do not care if your pet died, they WILL NOT give you your money back nor in store credit. Please do your research before buying any type of pet you plan to keep. read more
