We've been to this location since they opened and David has always been so kind and amazing! This location is so friendly and spoils our pups more than us it seems like. They spoil our personal and foster pups so much that when our pups have to go to the vet a few doors down, all they could remember is the pet shop and are super happy to go to the vet. This makes my life so much easier because I don't have to drag them to the vet and try all kinds of ways to get them out the car. The treat selection is great because they have basically all types of treat one could think of. Mine love their dried cow ears and duck paws a lot. Their raw food section is always stocked and they always recommend good dry food when our pups have to go to boarding. They even have cat stuff and all of mine like everything they've ever recommended. Give it a try if you haven't been, you won't regret! read more

This is my second time using this Hollywood Feed location, along with their Same Day Home Delivery. Wow...AMAZING! Online ordering is super easy. I signed up for email and text alerts, which have had some awesome deals for the holidays. My dogs have allergies and sensitive tummies. It has been a challenge to find the right food, along with a place that sells quality food. When I discovered HF was very close to me, I was EXCITED! I loved the store when I lived in the Dallas area. This location doesn't disappoint. The staff is friendly and I haven't had any issues. When a product sold out right after I placed my first order, they called immediately to make it right. I love the little notes I receive, which I included a picture of for y'all to see. I ordered frozen Primal goat milk for my senior dog and they were out of the small size. They called to let me know and subbed the larger size free of charge. My husband and I didn't know about Hollywood Feed. It was in the same shopping center as the vet we took our puppy to get his 1st set of vaccinations with us. Isaiah was very helpful and knowledgeable with what they had to offer in food, treats, and anxiety help for our pup. I visited this location for the first time today, and I absolutely loved it! The shelves were stocked with quality products as well as some really unique things made by smaller businesses. It has a homey vibe and comes off as a cozy shop full of everything pets love. The staff is also really nice. The man helping me this evening was very welcoming and helpful and explained all of the benefits of shopping there. My dog loves everything that I brought home for her today as well. Hollywood Feeds employees are Always Pretty Awesome! Excellent customer service Always! Been going here for about 2 yrs, my fur baby was having some reoccurring bladder issues with crystals forming and causing UTIs every few months. It's was not fun running to the vet and watching her suffer. The vet recommended a food to help and it did help but cause another problem, constipation. After 6months of this I had it, went to Hollywood Feed and they recommended a food that has been doing very well for my fur baby. read more
