Cautious, yet very accommodating. When I picked up Rosebud, she looked so beautiful! Our groomer did a fantastic job, their timeliness was top-tier, yet very thorough. Katie and Skylar were incredibly welcoming on the floor as well - Katie even talked me into picking up a couple goodies for Rosebud from their fantastic selection.
