Love taking my boxer dog here for wash day and grooming. Everything is great about this place. My Elvis loves his bath at the self wash station which is super convenient. The staff is so friendly and doe over him. Aislinn was the best and loved to play with Elvis. She was passionate about the care of my pet. Hope she comes back to work there. My pooch knows he will get his favorite raw hide chews and natural raw bones here on wash day. Great food selection for all pets. Nikki did a great job grooming my dog. I went to Petco for another yorkie and I was charged WAY more than what I paid here. The food and product selection they offer are really good. The staff here are GREAT! I used their self wash dog stations yesterday. I loved the choices of tearless shampoos. The fact that the shampoos and conditioners can be set to come out with the water is fabulous. It makes bathing simple. The tubs are sturdy, very clean and even have ramps for entry that my old dog used!!! All in all a first rate experience. I'll definite be back! read more

This family owned small business gave me the most amazing customer service I've ever received! The owner always greets me with a kind smile and Nikki the groomer is the BEST! My 15 yr. old bichon was neglected by a corporate chain grooming facility prior to my visit with EarthWise. (She was placed in the top kennel without securing the door and fell 6 ft, resulting in a bruised heart, lung and fractured femur.) naturally when it came time for her next grooming facility I was very apprehensive about where to take her and did not want to leave her. I asked 6 different groomers Ming facilities in the Houston area if they would let me stay beside her while she was groomed, because she was fragile and still healing, and everyone turned me away, except for EarthWise. EarthWise could not have been supportive and understanding. I was not only allowed to stay with my baby but I was provided a chair to comfortably watch her, a water bottle and a 15% off discount on my first visit! I love supporting you guys! I decided to give them a try after seeing another minority having had an excellent experience with their furry child. I was sold after calling and scheduling the appointment. The gentleman had a very warm and friendly tone. I told my daughter hopefully we've found someone. My dog and I arrives, no one is at the desk to greet us. It's a device on the counter that appears to be a push bell because the girl is attending to another animal in the back I can see through the glass window. I push it nothing & I push again nothing still and I'm still waiting. Then a couple walks in yells and waves saying "this is...." ( Middle East accent is very thick) the girl front the back responds "ohh come on back". I'm not THAT short for her not to see me standing and waiting patiently. She cuts I suppose the toe nails with the owners in the back, we're still waiting. Having NEVER been acknowledged. She finally comes to the front with the owners to ring them up. In a very cynical fashion and a smirk on her face rolling up her eyes walking towards the register "oh hi I'll be right with you". I respond "so take this customer 1st, fail to acknowledge me, are you Nicole". She states "no I'm Nikki". I'm sure she was aware we were her 3:00. She was off early!!!! read more
