Norma is difficult to deal with & quite unreasonable. The first time I went there, she tried to charge me the large dog price for a medium dog. My Klee Kai is barely 25 lbs. I argued with her over the price, pointing out her own sign on the wall. For a medium size dog the price for a bath is $40 - $50. She refused to tell me what a her standards for a mediun size dog were. Most places it's 25 - 45 or 50 lbs. she insisted I pay $60, a large dog price. I started to leave & she gave in. When I went to pick him up, she told me the next time would be $60 I took him in a second time & paid the $60. The third time I took him in, she charged me $65. nAt that point, Id had enough, No more, I found someone else who is true to their word & whose prices are reasonable. read more

I scheduled an appointment for my dog , I came at the time and she proceeds to tell me to come back in 4hours. That's too long for my dog to be there!! I told her I scheduled an appointment for a reason and proceeds to tell me she can't do anything about it. It's super hot in there, the dogs look super sad all locked up and just super unorganized in general !!! The owner name is NORMA & I spoke to her... I told her I live 1 hour away..she's very RUDE! The price always varies. One day they charge $50 for a small dog, the next day they charge $55 for medium dog. I think it is unprofessional to charge differently each time. Even though I was confused I still payed for the service however if my dog has been considered a small breed I expect to always be charged as a small breed. read more

I'm really sad to be writing this review because I really liked this place. In the beginning, Norma's pet care took such good care of my dog and his haircuts were exactly what I wanted. I loved this place even more because every time I would come, they were so welcoming and were so excited to see my dog. As time went on, the quality of his haircut diminished. I was less and less happy with the outcome but decided to give them more chances. On my last visit when I picked up my dog, I was not happy with his haircut so I decided to say something. I let the guy in the front know that his face, his ears, and his tail were still too long so he told me that he would let the owner know so she could cut more off. When she appeared, she seemed annoyed and asked me what I wanted, I told her the exact thing and she sighed and said "I will try my best but he doesn't let me, he moved too much". She took my dog back and cut barely anything, when she brought him out, it was still too long but I decided to just take him and leave it at that. The last thing she said to me was "this is the best I could do, he doesn't let me he moves too much, it is impossible". To already add to my frustration, I noticed that his right ear was still really dirty, which is upsetting because I am paying for his ears to get cleaned. I would understand if it was dirty inside his ear and they didn't want to hurt him, but the dirtyness was was very visible and could have easily been cleaned. To conclude this review, I unfortunately will not be going back. I have attached two pictures. Second time my shih tzu Teddy has been here for the full grooming service, and I must say I am pleased. Coming from inside the loop to this side of town, I must say I was a little weary about where to take him because there aren't that many options here as in my old neighborhood. However, both times I've come I've been satisfied. There have been minor imperfections with Teddy's cut both times- but I'm not going to take off stars for that because I know that he is very antsy and doesn't like to sit still for too long when being groomed. He came back today looking adorable, with his fresh haircut and smelling oh so fabulous! Also, the girl at the front desk (she said she was the owner's daughter) when I picked him up was really nice and welcoming. I'll definitely bring him back! I'm very disappointed with the service I received. First time I took both of my dogs, the service was awesome. They groomed both of my cuties very well and beyond my expectations. Second time I went and asked for the same cut for my cute pomi and it was nothing like I mentioned. I was very disappointed. The owner Norma was not friendly at all. She didn't even want to take any accountability. It happens everyone makes mistake so I decided to go back to get both of my dogs groomed today. I specifically told Norma how I wanted my dog to look and sent her a picture via text. Again, I am very disappointed. She was not taking accountability of the mistake. She saved my number as my dogs names + PROBLEMÁTICA. Meaning I give her problem this time again so she will not want to give service to my dogs. How unprofessional and not so customer oriented is this?! Oh by the way they do not check immunization or if dogs have rabies shot. My dog also came home with 2 fleas on her. I tried them today for the first time and last. My dogs regular groomer was unavailable so I took a chance with them. I'm just totally disappointed. It seems as though they didn't take proper time and care with my two shihtzus. I paid for full service grooming and I even left a darn tip. They were taken there at ten a.m. and finished by noon. That's the quickest grooming time ever since have my pets. It's doesn't seem like they were washed because there is still dander on the skin. My dogs faces look horrible and are not properly cleaned. There is dirt in their faces and eyes and the hair cut in s shabby looking. I called to speak with Norma and her daughter said she was busy. I told her my complaints and she didn't seem to express enough care about it. Clearly she doesn't care about her reputation because she should have never let my dogs leave with such poor grooming. I wish I could give them a minus five stars. This is awful and no fair. I will add pictures. read more

I was looking for a groomer because my dog needed one ASAP. I came across this business, I called and the person who answered the phone was very sweet and attentive. When I asked for the address and she told me it was on Lindita, I was a bit skeptical because I know the area. To the moment that I pulled into the parking lot with my dog, I was still skeptical. But when you go inside, it's clean, staff is nice. It's a family owned business. My dog went in and he spent about an hour and they did a great job! I would go back again and will recommend to anyone. Basically, don't judge a book by its cover. read more

Today, Saturday, May 15, my daughter had a really bad experience with an employee of this businesses; after dropping my dog for grooming at 10:30 AM, she was told to pick him up at 1:00 PM; but this employee told her that would call her if he would be ready before 1:00 PM, but didn't call. She went back to pick him up at 1:30 PM and my Dog was not ready. Then the employee said, 30 minutes to an hour would be ready but then he went on making excuses..He said that had started grooming my dog but he didn't so, she told him that would wait since I live far away but he told her that could not wait in the waiting area -after having nobody in the waiting area. Then he was very rude to her and started yelling at her face. Then he went and grabbed my dog and gave it back to her. She felt so bad that started crying. You must know that this business has employees with really bad attitudes that seem to have no manners on how to treat customers. I want everyone to know how bad my daughter was treated. read more

A cute little stray wandered into my house today so I decided to keep her and named her Panda. Her hair was so matted that she literally looked like a pile of trash from far away. Poor baby. So I called Pet Grooming Salon and they were able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment. 1.5hr later after I dropped Panda at the groomer, she came out looking wonderful! They always have time to groom my dogs last minute. It cost about $42 (bathing, cutting, teeth brushing) for a 13lb dog which was very cheap! Took about 2 hours for both dogs. They came out looking super white and fluffy and smelling sooo good! Will definitely be back. read more
