He has VERY tight poodle curls and Ashley communicates about what's best for each grooming appt. He feels so much better when his hair is free of knotting. I understand the need to generate revenue, but I dropped my dogs off on Friday at 11:30 AM and pick them up on Sunday at 10:22 AM, so not even a full 48 hours for $416! **I did get charged $69 per dog for a 10:22 AM pick up - again I get it, but there needs to be some wiggle room especially if I'm not a repeat offender and I was within the 30 min pick up time I stated when I dropped them off. This is something new or I wasn't aware, because I don't recall this last season. I would suggest more transparent pricing and maybe they display it, because I typically use them during football season because I travel to watch my son's play out of state so I'm not a "regular". I can attest, I'm never really sure what my bill will be so it would be nice with more standard pricing i.e. - every 24 hours, etc...
