After research on Yelp, I contacted a couple of pet sitters and Ray's response impressed me the most. After meeting with Ray and Tracy in our home, I felt even better about the decision-they were personable and professional and the pups loved them. Their prices are also very reasonable. During our trip, Tracy was the one who visited our pups. She texted updates and pictures every night, which I appreciated. When we got home, the pups were happy and healthy, and everything was right at our place. Ray and Tracy really care about your pets and about doing a good job. We will be using them again for future trips and definitely recommend.

This old grumpy lady will yell at any and every dog that comes into her "care". I planned on asking her to sit my dog while I was away from vacation but after hearing the obscenities that she screamed from her deck at those poor dogs I want to do everything I can to make sure she dosnt get any more business again. All you ever smell from her property is cigarette smoke so good luck getting that smell off your animal! I could not sleep with my window open without hear this pissed off old woman in the morning yelling at some very sweet looking dogs. I would strongly recommend anyone else even a boarding school rather than send your loving animal to this sad old woman

I don't have pet insurance and this place has helped me & my pets so many times. It has some of the…read moremost reasonable prices out there without compromising the service. First off, I can contact the front desk multiple times with no issues (you'd be surprised how hard that can be). The receptionist was always patient & helpful to answer my questions, even going back to ask the vet themself. Getting an appointment the next day or so was also simple. I had my dog's blood work, check-up, dental cleaning with sedation ($160), antibiotics, & other medications for under $700! I can't remember the exact price, but other places quoted $900+ WITHOUT antibiotics, tooth extractions, bloodwork, etc. My dog's teeth were very dirty & I was anticipating extractions, but to my surprise there were none! His teeth were as good as new after. I also got to call & check in on my senior dog the day of his cleaning & they were able to give me prompt updates. I'm so grateful to this place. I'm about to graduate medical school, so I have a background in medicine but I appreciated how the vet walked through my dog's lab work in simple terms that I think is accessible to many folks. In my experience, lots of vets seem to strong hand you into getting a lot of extras that can add up (& when you don't buy those extras, it leaves you feeling like you're making the wrong decision or being a bad pet owner). That wasn't the case here, I appreciated the vet's transparency when answering my questions regarding my pet's care & quality of life decisions. I also had my cat cremated here (during 2020 nonetheless). Overall, this place has helped me through some very stressful times.

Disappointing experience for my poppy Shih Tzu. I chose this…read moregrooming salon based on positive reviews and drove 30 minutes to get there -- unfortunately, it turned out to be a very upsetting visit. I specifically asked to keep the long hair on my dog's back, which we had been growing out for 6 months. But instead, they shaved it completely. Even worse, they left mats behind the ears, under the chin, and on the belly. When I kindly asked them to remove the mats, the receptionist responded loudly that it would "change the dog's haircut." Seriously? I believe removing mats should be standard grooming procedure -- and if there's an issue, the professional thing to do would be to call the owner or explain. Instead, they just left them and said it would "ruin the style." Meanwhile, the haircut was already nothing like what I requested. Now I have to take my pup to another groomer to fix what they ignored -- and even they were surprised mats were left behind. Sorry, but this is not how responsible pet care should be handled. I'm really disappointed.

I provided a reference photo, and while it wasn't exact, it was still very well done. Other pros: - reasonably priced. I paid almost $65 for my small dog. - very clean and not super loud. Some places, like the previous owners of this location, did not maintain the premises. It would be noisy and smelly, and the AC would be left off. I love what the new owners did with this place! My shih tzu often gets very nervous about going to the groomers but here, she was not shaking at all.
