Their interview process was so professional; talked me through everything upfront so I knew what to expect. Facility: very clean! My dog never comes home "stinky" even after a few days of boarding and all-day play. Also appreciate the ability to check on my doggy via the live feed cameras. Staff: so far everyone I've interacted with has been very nice. I was a helicopter mom the first time I boarded my baby with them and, in addition to stalking the live camera feed (I have no shame), Devin was patient with me when I called and gave me a play by play on how my dog was doing. When one our dogs had cancer and was on chemo she had to be separated from other dogs but the staff made sure she had extra cuddles and walks not to mention giving her the meds. Doggie day care is second to none! Lots of room to run and play outside with plenty of supervision. This is the only place I will take my dogs and cat.

This company should not be able to operate without being properly insured. We've spent thousands of dollars trying to locate our dog and still have not found him. My dog is not a runaway as the owner has mentioned. He's gotten out once in the past 6 years with our other dog - 10 minutes later he was sitting at our door. He was left outside all night alone and scared. WE ARE HEARTBROKEN and the owner has been unhelpful, defensive, and unprofessional. The sitter on the other hand, has been helping us look for our dog, but I don't see how that is suppose to excuse losing our dog? Nor is "I have insurance now" found him.

I took my 5 months old miniature Shih Tzu last week for meet and greet and was informed it did go…read morewell. I took him this morning and I enrolled him into their wellness plan. Later that afternoon I saw a much larger white dog humping him while trainer was nearby, and she absolutely did not do anything.. I called right away and told them to get the dog off of my dog. Unfortunately, I was at the doctor office and I couldn't go pick him up right away. An hour later I watched from the web camera, and I saw same dog is pushing my dog in the corner and humping him and three other dogs are watching and the trainer is there and doing absolutely nothing. Immediately I went and pulled my dog out of the place and when I complained, they said that's how they play.... "WHEN A DOG IS SHY, THATS HOW THEY BOOST HIS CONFIDENCE!!" Also, they charged me that same morning $90 which is supposed to be for full month, three times a week, and they did not refund me. Please be careful with your dog specially small breed.
