Ashley and the team have been so patient and loving with him earning his trust and building his confidence when he visits for grooming. He looks better than any groomer has ever made him look. He has VERY tight poodle curls and Ashley communicates about what's best for each grooming appt. He feels so much better when his hair is free of knotting. Also, our Whoodle comes off the grooming table looking and feeling as fresh as can be! I understand the need to generate revenue, but I dropped my dogs off on Friday at 11:30 AM and pick them up on Sunday at 10:22 AM, so not even a full 48 hours for $416! **I did get charged $69 per dog for a 10:22 AM pick up - again I get it, but there needs to be some wiggle room especially if I'm not a repeat offender and I was within the 30 min pick up time I stated when I dropped them off. This is something new or I wasn't aware, because I don't recall this last season. I would suggest more transparent pricing and maybe they display it, because I typically use them during football season because I travel to watch my son's play out of state so I'm not a "regular". I can attest, I'm never really sure what my bill will be so it would be nice with more standard pricing i.e. - every 24 hours, etc...

My puppy just got groomed and she got carsick on the way home and one of the cashiers helped me look for something to make my dog feel better.
