Their interview process was so professional; talked me through everything upfront so I knew what to expect. Facility: very clean! My dog never comes home "stinky" even after a few days of boarding and all-day play. Also appreciate the ability to check on my doggy via the live feed cameras. Staff: so far everyone I've interacted with has been very nice. I was a helicopter mom the first time I boarded my baby with them and, in addition to stalking the live camera feed (I have no shame), Devin was patient with me when I called and gave me a play by play on how my dog was doing. I understand the need to generate revenue, but I dropped my dogs off on Friday at 11:30 AM and pick them up on Sunday at 10:22 AM, so not even a full 48 hours for $416! **I did get charged $69 per dog for a 10:22 AM pick up - again I get it, but there needs to be some wiggle room especially if I'm not a repeat offender and I was within the 30 min pick up time I stated when I dropped them off. This is something new or I wasn't aware, because I don't recall this last season. I would suggest more transparent pricing and maybe they display it, because I typically use them during football season because I travel to watch my son's play out of state so I'm not a "regular". I can attest, I'm never really sure what my bill will be so it would be nice with more standard pricing i.e. - every 24 hours, etc...

I left my dog along with my cousins for 3 nights in the same large size cabin. Plenty of space for both and they had access to a run through a doggy door. For my cousins dog they were super nice and put a ramp for him since he was probably going to tumble down the step or 2 two once out the doggy door. Staff is super nice, really appreciated they washed the blanket and towel we left with them. Girl apologized that the bed wasnt washed in time so I appreciated the effort considering I was prepared to do that anyways. I chose this place because of the open outdoor space they had as well as its far enough away from heavy traffic. I have an anxious dog and I figured less noise would help her sleep a bit better. Staff was also great about giving her her meds! Thank you to the lovely girls I encountered working there, id definitely bring my dog back here if she ever needs to be boarded again.

We've been taking our German Shepherd, Crosby, to PetSuites Cypress for three years, but after…read morecountless inconsistencies, we can no longer trust them with her care. At first, we appreciated their services, but over time, the issues piled up: - Inadequate cameras in the play area that don't cover the full space, leaving us unsure of what really happens. - "Pawgress" reports included photos of other dogs, not Crosby, making us question if she was even getting the attention we paid for. - Fearful reactions--Crosby started shaking and whining at drop-off, which she never used to do. - Unfulfilled services: Multiple times, we paid for grooming (including Furmination) only for her to come home completely untouched, despite wearing a bandana like she'd been groomed. Staff apologized and promised refunds, but nothing changed. The final straw? After her last "grooming," Crosby came home filthy, stinking like creek water, and with thick layer of loose fur--proof she hadn't been brushed, let alone Furminated. When I complained, they offered a refund (still not received). It's heartbreaking to leave after three years, but PetSuites has repeatedly failed our trust. Crosby deserves better, and so do you. See the photo--this is how much fur came out after her supposed "groom." Unacceptable. Do better, PetSuites. Even then, we won't be back.

After having our previous petsitter hike their rates up beyond what we could comfortably pay, we reached out to Jessica for help and she was nothing short of amazing. She was able to handle our often unfriendly chihuahua without problem and we could tell she really cared for our animals. As a veterinarian, I have pretty high standards for animal care. Our pets are family and we are always nervous trusting a new person to take care of them when we can't be there. Jessica isn't the type of person to send a text or email each time she visits, but was happy to give updates when asked and responded promptly to messages. When we got back home, I found a stack of progress notes with sweet tidbits about the pets for each visit. We are so happy we found her and would recommend her 100%!

This time we didn't want to do that to her, so the hunt was on for an alternative. Thanks to social media, I was already familiar with Jessica, the owner of Wags and Whiskers, due to me following her company on twitter quite some time ago. I have read her tweets, and read her great blog, and even purchased a toy she recommended for Angel that ended up being one of Angel's favorites! So, I decided to contact her and see if she was up for the task. I emailed her what I needed done, and she replied almost immediately with the answers to my questions! This was a great sign! Jessica requested that she come over and meet Angel to be sure Angel was comfortable with her, so we set a date a time. Jessica arrived promptly with a staff member and I could tell immediately she was passionate about her job. Angel and her got along great! We chatted about the details of when to feed etc, and I just knew Angel would be in good hands. When we returned from our trip, we were greeted by a happy dog! No nervousness or sickness like when she was at the kennels! On the counter we found notes that shared the things Jessica and Angel did during her visits...this was great!!! It was nice to know that Angel had a buddy while we were gone! If you are looking for someone who will come to your home while you are gone, and take care of your pets, I wholeheartedly recommend Wags and Whiskers for the job!!
