Brought my husky to be deshedded and bathe. Sometimes I try to deshed her to keep it minimal, but she's a bit hyper and doesn't want to sit still so I went to bubbles recently and ask how they deshedded her. To my surprise they told me with a straight face that they don't deshed a dog if they move around too much or don't sit still, they only bathe them. So imagine paying to get your dog deshedded and they don't do the job they were paid to do. Would not recommend after hearing this from them personally read more

If you have a short haired dog fine come here but if you have a dog with long hair and only wanting a trim and you specifically tell them you do not want the hair cut short do not come here because no matter what they will cut all your dogs hair off! I geniuenly had good experience the first couple times I worked with these people but it's clear that they can his their unprofessional very well. My dog came home with a whole chunk of his fur gone on his leg all the way to the skin. his skin was irritated and he was nipping at it the most infuriating part is that they didn't even care to mention it I checked my puppy and noticed it days later. Not only that my dog now has FLEAS my dog DOES NOT go around any other dogs and his backyard is private so there is absolutely NO WAY he could contact fleas they don't even care to answer the phone they got me all the way fucked up legal actions will be taken. read more

I was very pleased with the job Bubbles did! My dog is a senior dog (12 yrs) and I was concerned about him being locked up all day in a cage and not being attended until the very end of the day. Paulina helped me out tremendously, she suggested to take him during the week and he would be done in tops two hours. He was done in about 1.5!! i took my dog to Bubbles today and when I picked them up I saw my teddy bear dog bleeding. it was cut to the bone on his right leg. The groomers apparently don't have patience, skills and love for animals to have a cut this deep. I been taking my 2 dogs here for over a year and they have the audacity to say my teddy bear dog is difficult to cut. Why is this the first time we heard of this. I normally don't really write reviews but I feel as though I have to this time. I've been bringing my Shih Tzu here since December, and they have not disappointed me to this day. The receptionist is very sweet and professional always willing to answer questions and take notes on how you'd want your fur babies fur done. Today they exceeded my expectations, because my baby has been scratching his face so much and has gotten a bit irritated (hence the cone and medication we got him), I told them about his condition and they were very understanding on the fact that he needed gentle grooming on his little face. They were accepting took him in and made sure to ask what cut I wanted for him, and since I wasn't sure which specific cut I wanted (one that they've done on him before) they called me to ask from what month the cut was to check and see which one they did on him and proceeded to notify which one it was once I told them it was in January. They also said they'd call me 10-15 minutes before they finished grooming him so I can pick him up as soon as I can due to his situation. Picking him up he was very happy and was not uncomfortable after the groom. Very happy with having stuck with this place and glad they try to accommodate the best that they can if needed . I have also recommended this place to some friends and they have seemed to enjoyed the results with their babies. Overall happy and in love with this place. I've been bringing my senior dog here since I moved to the area in 2020. My dog is 11 and has been getting groomed since he was a puppy. He is an anxious dog and would shake from anxiety when he realized he has going to the groomers. Since day one he's been very calm coming here. He's still not happy about it, but no more shaking. My wife made the appointment before i read the first review which was terrifying at least knowing our dog was there getting shaved because she had such matted curly hair, our fault, but still worried the whole time. But when I picked her up she was just as happy and unharmed as when I left her :) Pro is they trimmed her great around privates, belly, eyes, and feet. Our dog usually is terrified of people during grooming but once in the cage shes a mean one so props to them on that, sorry. And her trim is even, not spotty. I would go back to this groomer and probably will before summer time. The only con I have, and other groomers have done this, but I hate it is that they shaved her whiskers off of her and her goatie around her mouth, as she's a cockapoo. I know dogs have their whiskers for senses reasons and it sucks when thwy shave them off looks ridiculous. read more

I take my baby boy Mocha every 6 weeks @the most. He's a Shih Tzu & if you are familiar with the breed then you're already aware of how often you have to get them groomed. I'm gonna start off by saying when I would take my boy to other groomers he would shake uncontrollably even before we would walk in the building. Now that's a thing of the past. I no longer have to worry that my baby is being mistreated or having any type of anxiety because when we go here, he's just as calm as he is @home. So I KNOW my lil pumpkin is being well taken care of. My boy has never has any nicks or bleeding nails because of them being cut too short to the skin. Also, in the past with other so called groomers he would be nicked up & have a bleed which we all know they then become sore & scabby also never smell like he was ever bathed. This has never been an issue for me with Bubbles. They are the VERY BEST place in town to take your baby to look their BEST. Their level of cleanliness is Impeccable. This is the Only pet grooming facility that I've ever entered that doesn't have that nasty stinky animal smell. I don't trust ANY Other shop to care for my baby. I know for a Fact that when I go to pick-up my boy he'll look & smell ABSOLUTELY FANTABULOUS! So if you are needing a new groomer Bubbles is a no brainer. Plus they have clothing for all seasons, including leashes, collars, pet beds & also cute ceramic pet bowls that I'm quite a fan of. They have a bunch of other items but, I think this review is already long enough. LOL. So go & check them out for yourself. Overall pretty disappointed. The cut was mediocre at best. A few places missed and the Mohawk was a bit questionable but all could be overlooked if my dog wasnt limping after picking him up. I have no idea what happened because the front desk employee just says nothing happened and he was really good while being groomed. I dropped him off at 10:30 am and he wasn't ready until 3:30 to be picked up. Granted it was a Saturday but that is a very long time to trust an establishment with your dog. That also makes me question his injury more. It wasn't an extreme limp but more of an every once in a while limp. I simply called to question and see if maybe a nail was accidentally cut short or something minor that could make me worry less. The front desk girl told me she would call on Tuesday after talking to the groomer. On Wednesday late afternoon I still had not heard back. I called and got the same run around. I asked to speak to the manager and of course he or she was not available. It is now Thursday evening and not once has anyone at Bubbles returned my call. The limping is much better now but the lack of concern and non existent customer service will mean I will never return and encourage others to avoid Bubbles. read more

I will say the place is very clean and the ease of getting my dog in for an appointment is very convenient. That being said, it is hard to recommend a place that cut my dog's skin and left him with a laceration after a grooming! He was actually cut two different times, and we won't ever take him again. His cut is always very good and they do well in that aspect, but it cost us a lot of money to have to take him to get medication for an infection caused by their cutting his skin during grooming! read more
