Took our Giant Schnauzer here for the first time. We were going somewhere else but our groomer left. Our GS is friendly but weary of new people so we were a little nervous. But she loved it. The appointment wasnt nearly as long and we are use to but we were getting her shaved for her summer do. The shave looked pretty good. But the face looked awesome. The beard was cut in a very nice shape. Her eyebrows were perfectly blended and we were able to see her eyes! We plan to go back and can't wait to see how the full schnauzer cut would turn out. read more

This is the best place that I've taken dog, Brock, to for grooming. I like their attention to detail. It is also a clean place and smells nice compared to other places I've been to. He loves Christian. She really does an excellent job in cutting his hair and nails and making sure he is clean overall. read more

Today was the third time bringing both my dogs to this grooming salon. The first two appointments were good, however the service on this day was unfavorable... I booked a mini groom and they were not clipped correctly or adequately for the price charged, had to request more hair removed which took more time and had already been there 2.5 hours.. Additionally they scheduled both dogs with one groomer, which was not my request, took longer and never apologized for their error or miscommunication. When I made the appointment over the phone they should have advised both would be with one groomer... While they advertise no cages, dogs are allowed to roam the service area and lobby which I did not appreciate as if an accident occurred between dogs , who is responsible? Not all dogs are equally vaccinated, so could pose a problem there as well... They claim to be an exclusive facility and advertise an intimate experience, however this is not what I have observed.. When I began using them, I expressed that one of my dogs was a senior and required frequent bathroom breaks if he was there more than 1 1/2- 2 hours. This did not seem to matter to them during this appointment when the dog was there past that time (from their scheduling error) Luckily due to weather conditions that day I was in the parking lot and had to request to bring my dog out of the facility so he could go to the bathroom.. That is when I realized he had not been groomed according to our expectations.. For pricing they charged me the same for both dogs even though they specified a difference in their weights.. They also referenced a full bath with some trim when they were scheduled for a mini groom. The mini groom they received on their first appointment was much better than today and was with two groomers.. There was very little to no communication as to the expectations for this appointment and was told when I picked them up that the customer has to make specific requests at drop off.. However I believe it is the responsibility of the facility to communicate with the Client and understand their expectations... For the price I paid on. "mini groom," I should have requested a full groom to receive what I paid for.. This appointment was different than previous experiences and unfortunately unfavorable, will not return... Update: The salon contacted me and advised that the tip I left would be credited to my card, However if they really wanted to correct this situation, they would have discounted the services prior to me leaving the salon as they were aware of the errors that had occurred. The owner had ample opportunity to directly address my concerns, however , I was ignored... Once I left the salon,, they issued a text asking for my feedback on my experience and when I advised of my dissatisfaction, then they somewhat acknowledged my concerns and issued an apology(not genuine in my opinion). I hope the groomers received my tip as they were not necessarily in error, more so on the owners... They claim this will be a learning experience for them but I am confident their current practices will not change. The owner's response is unbelievable..., incorrect and blames the customer in lieu of recognizing their mistakes and poor communication.. 1. I did address the issues while in the salon and they knew mistakes were made and communication/expectations unclear about the appointment. I spoke with both owners and I am fully aware of who they are... 2. I have never received an email with appointment details, all communication from them was text and only confirming appointment time, no additional information, a text when dogs were ready for pickup and another text requesting feedback for the service. No emails ever for any of my appointments. And we discovered during the second appointment they had my cell number wrong in their system as I was not receiving their texts.. 3. There needs to be better communication and clarification with the individual groomer so expectations are clear upon drop off.. When you provide expectations to someone other than the actual groomer, they may not be clearly understood... 4. I do not believe the second appointment was with one groomer as it only took 2.5 - 3 hours and they got a full from, not a mini groom. This third appointment today took 2.5-3 hours with one groomer but was only a mini groom... One dog was ready around 12:30 and the other closer to 1:00. 5. If it is the Client's responsibility to make all the requests in lieu of the facility clarifying, then they should set that expectation... Communication is key... 6, I have already found a new groomer and they are cage free, do not allow dogs to roam freely and you speak directly to the groomer about appointment expectations. That is how it should be!!! Their comments are unfortunate, however I know the true circumstances and confirms we made the right decision not to return for grooming services.. read more
