Review I do not…read morerecommend boarding your dogs at this location. I purchased an individual play package and a luxury suite with a webcam for my two dogs. I paid over $800 for the whole thing. Here's what I witnessed: 1. A slip lead was left on my dog overnight. I was assured that they didn't leave harnesses, collars, or leashes on due to safety reasons. 2. An employee couldn't seem to get one of my dogs to leave her crate, so she PICKED UP THE CRATE AND TURNED IT OVER to get my dog out. 3. They put a huge water bowl in front of the crate opening so my dog had a hard time getting out of the crate and getting back in. 4. At one point, the cover was not properly on the crate and the door was mostly closed, so my dog couldn't use it. 5. I had asked that my dogs be fed separately because one dog will eat the others' food. I saw two bowls of food in the room, which showed me that my directions were not being followed. 6. There are no cameras for the individual play rooms, so I have no proof that the individual play sessions happened. 7. There were no stay notes or updates, so I was left to reach my own conclusion about what happened while they stayed at this faculty. And this was just what I saw on camera. I would have no idea what was going on if I had bought a room without a webcam. There may be people who work here who care about dogs, but they are not trained to work with dogs. I will never be back to this location. I don't trust them with my dogs, and you probably shouldn't either. The level of care was not worth the price. I will be taking them to a more reputable boarding location next time.

On the tour I saw the 3 different areas the pups could stay and chose the luxury room. The reason is I wanted my pups to be in one room together and since the lab hasn't been boarded in 5 yrs and the doodle, never I chose this as its quieter and has the cameras so we can peek in on them. I wanted the one with the indoor/outdoor run but is was big enough to accommodate 2 big dogs. I dropped them off and away I went. My wife checked in on them in their several times and was much at peace. Then we got pics from the pups socializing with the other pups and we felt so at peace. Pet Suites Fulshear was a great experience for us and our puppies. We will certainly us them.

After meeting with Ray and Tracy in our home, I felt even better about the decision-they were personable and professional and the pups loved them. Their prices are also very reasonable. During our trip, Tracy was the one who visited our pups. She texted updates and pictures every night, which I appreciated. When we got home, the pups were happy and healthy, and everything was right at our place. Ray and Tracy really care about your pets and about doing a good job. Even worse, they left mats behind the ears, under the chin, and on the belly. When I kindly asked them to remove the mats, the receptionist responded loudly that it would "change the dog's haircut." Seriously? I believe removing mats should be standard grooming procedure -- and if there's an issue, the professional thing to do would be to call the owner or explain. Instead, they just left them and said it would "ruin the style." Meanwhile, the haircut was already nothing like what I requested. Now I have to take my pup to another groomer to fix what they ignored -- and even they were surprised mats were left behind. Sorry, but this is not how responsible pet care should be handled. Some places, like the previous owners of this location, did not maintain the premises. It would be noisy and smelly, and the AC would be left off. I love what the new owners did with this place! My shih tzu often gets very nervous about going to the groomers but here, she was not shaking at all.

She is always excited when I drop her off and always seems to have had a great time when I pick her up. The groomer did a great job too giving her a haircut and bath. One of the things I really appreciate is that they send several pictures throughout the day, and in each of them she always looks like she's having a blast. I love that she is outside most of the day, being able to run around in the grass. Not sure in an indoor pen or on turf. The staff are all super friendly and you can tell they all really love the animals in their care. Would highly recommend!

I took my 5 months old miniature Shih Tzu last week for meet and greet and was informed it did go…read morewell. I took him this morning and I enrolled him into their wellness plan. Later that afternoon I saw a much larger white dog humping him while trainer was nearby, and she absolutely did not do anything.. I called right away and told them to get the dog off of my dog. Unfortunately, I was at the doctor office and I couldn't go pick him up right away. An hour later I watched from the web camera, and I saw same dog is pushing my dog in the corner and humping him and three other dogs are watching and the trainer is there and doing absolutely nothing. Immediately I went and pulled my dog out of the place and when I complained, they said that's how they play.... "WHEN A DOG IS SHY, THATS HOW THEY BOOST HIS CONFIDENCE!!" Also, they charged me that same morning $90 which is supposed to be for full month, three times a week, and they did not refund me. Please be careful with your dog specially small breed.
