No call or anything and even deactivated my account. Roxc is a little 9 lb dog that their sitters seemed to love. I know I had several last-minute request, but I always asked them if this was OK and if not, I would understand and make other arrangements so I'm not really sure what was wrong. I always tipped the sitters and even left them more when it was last minute. I left a screenshot of the message they sent. Again I like their service but believe this is extremely unprofessional to not even call and speak to me or return my message before they deactivated my account. Just thought this review might be help if anyone was getting attached to using them. Just kind of not understanding the unprofessionalism . **update** Ashley, I also stated with any of my requests that "if you couldn't I fully understood." As for Roxc's medications I always left detailed instructions as discussed in initial meet & Greet, and I was assured that your sitters had no problem because they did this all the time. I understand though, it's your business and you may operate it as you see fit. Cancellations happen, and last minute requests do as well, as you surely must realize in this ever changing world in our day to day lives. Just a note, I would have paid any cancellation fee requested but you never mentioned anything. In the end a professional call would have been nice instead of a text, and then not answering any phone calls I made trying to get a more detailed explanation. Hopefully this is a learning experience for you so you can more better engagement with your clients and their babies.

Mixie updated us with photos and videos as did Ashly when she was on duty. Mixie stayed with them overnight to make sure they were comforted and safe! They also let us know when we running low on supplies and needed to restock as well, which was awesome! They really understand the physical and emotional needs of are pets and gave them the affection and engagement that they needed. They are quick to jump on her covering her with kisses. Her place is beautiful and always so clean. They are not locked up in a small crate and left there fir hours. They have plenty of room in their suite to run around and play. Knowing they love going and that Ann is taking such good care of them makes it easier to leave them. We just got a notice saying she was constantly screaming when in reality we know she would never do that unless someone is trying to hurt her. Please find another place that is more reasonable for the price and make sure you know how your pet will be treated in advance!

The owner of the company never contacted us. We finally contacted her to find out about insurance - only to find out that she did not have coverage on this particular sitter. This company should not be able to operate without being properly insured. We've spent thousands of dollars trying to locate our dog and still have not found him. My dog is not a runaway as the owner has mentioned. He's gotten out once in the past 6 years with our other dog - 10 minutes later he was sitting at our door. He was left outside all night alone and scared. WE ARE HEARTBROKEN and the owner has been unhelpful, defensive, and unprofessional. The sitter on the other hand, has been helping us look for our dog, but I don't see how that is suppose to excuse losing our dog? Nor is "I have insurance now" found him.

Upon arrival, everyone was friendly. They took my pup in without a hassle. They were very quick, about 90 minutes. I've actually never been to a groomer that got my pup done in under 2 hours so I was a bit concerned that it may not be well detailed. However once I picked him up, I was super happy with everything. He looked super cute and Fuzzy Tails gave exactly what I asked for! Overall, I 110% recommended this place for dog grooming. Again since I'm out of town, I likely won't be coming back anytime soon.
