This old grumpy lady will yell at any and every dog that comes into her "care". I planned on asking her to sit my dog while I was away from vacation but after hearing the obscenities that she screamed from her deck at those poor dogs I want to do everything I can to make sure she dosnt get any more business again. All you ever smell from her property is cigarette smoke so good luck getting that smell off your animal! I could not sleep with my window open without hear this pissed off old woman in the morning yelling at some very sweet looking dogs. I would strongly recommend anyone else even a boarding school rather than send your loving animal to this sad old woman

DO NOT BELIEVE THIS HORRIBLE WOMAN. LOST OUR DOG! Our dog was forgotten in our backyard overnight. He was so distraught he tore at our back door before finding a way to escape under our fence. The owner of the company never contacted us. We finally contacted her to find out about insurance - only to find out that she did not have coverage on this particular sitter. This company should not be able to operate without being properly insured. We've spent thousands of dollars trying to locate our dog and still have not found him. My dog is not a runaway as the owner has mentioned. He's gotten out once in the past 6 years with our other dog - 10 minutes later he was sitting at our door. He was left outside all night alone and scared. WE ARE HEARTBROKEN and the owner has been unhelpful, defensive, and unprofessional. The sitter on the other hand, has been helping us look for our dog, but I don't see how that is suppose to excuse losing our dog? Nor is "I have insurance now" found him.

Miranda did everything to ensure Dash was well adjusted to our home, new litter box, and Ellie by the time we returned. In addition to collecting the mail, taking out the garbage and watering the plants, she picked up our dry cleaning, took care of our tomato's, cleaned the house, dealt with the pool, and a broken front door lock. We were able to totally enjoy our vacation without worries, and came home to happy pets! What more could you want?

Their interview process was so professional; talked me through everything upfront so I knew what to expect. Facility: very clean! My dog never comes home "stinky" even after a few days of boarding and all-day play. Also appreciate the ability to check on my doggy via the live feed cameras. Staff: so far everyone I've interacted with has been very nice. I was a helicopter mom the first time I boarded my baby with them and, in addition to stalking the live camera feed (I have no shame), Devin was patient with me when I called and gave me a play by play on how my dog was doing. A Total Lifesaver for My Pets and Yard!…read more I can't recommend Planimals enough! I had to leave town last minute and Jo was able to step in to care for both my cat and my dog--super professional, genuinely kind, and clearly loves animals. My pets were treated with love, not just "watched." What really impressed me was the attention to detail--my pup can be a handful, but Jo handled everything like a pro, including cleaning up the yard as part of their "Duty Calls" service. Fair pricing, great communication, and the peace of mind knowing my pets were safe and happy. Will definitely be booking again!
