He has VERY tight poodle curls and Ashley communicates about what's best for each grooming appt. He feels so much better when his hair is free of knotting. Also, our Whoodle comes off the grooming table looking and feeling as fresh as can be! I did and I was able to book an appointment for a week later via text. They did ask me to provide vaccination proof as well as a $35 deposit, all of which weren't unexpected. Upon arrival, everyone was friendly. They took my pup in without a hassle. They were very quick, about 90 minutes. I've actually never been to a groomer that got my pup done in under 2 hours so I was a bit concerned that it may not be well detailed. However once I picked him up, I was super happy with everything. He looked super cute and Fuzzy Tails gave exactly what I asked for! Overall, I 110% recommended this place for dog grooming. Again since I'm out of town, I likely won't be coming back anytime soon. But if I did live in Houston, I definitely wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

I stopped by for a visit and was given a nice tour. I booked a stay for my puppies and completed their paperwork. On the tour I saw the 3 different areas the pups could stay and chose the luxury room. The reason is I wanted my pups to be in one room together and since the lab hasn't been boarded in 5 yrs and the doodle, never I chose this as its quieter and has the cameras so we can peek in on them. I wanted the one with the indoor/outdoor run but is was big enough to accommodate 2 big dogs. I dropped them off and away I went. My wife checked in on them in their several times and was much at peace. Then we got pics from the pups socializing with the other pups and we felt so at peace. Pet Suites Fulshear was a great experience for us and our puppies. We will certainly us them.

Fast forward to our third trip here. I walked in to book an appointment in person because it was a little difficult getting them on the phone and I never received a callback. So in person I schedule for 1:30 the following day. I show up at 1:20, and they proceed to tell me that they tried to voicemail me (zero voicemails) and let me know they would not have room to put my dogs in crates until 2:00. So I show back up at 2:20 and the girl behind the counter (long black hair/bitter beer face) with attitude tells me I should have been here at 2:00, and now the girl is at lunch. Then she proceeds to tell me oh she probably won't be able to do it when she gets back, how about sunday? I said no thanks and walk away. I stopped behind the corner just to hear what she's going to say to her coworkers and of course she's making it sound like I'm inconveniencing everybody. It put a really bad taste in my mouth and I will not be going back to this location. I only gave two stars because the bather Avery was very good with my fearful dog.
