Fast forward to our third trip here. I walked in to book an appointment in person because it was a little difficult getting them on the phone and I never received a callback. So in person I schedule for 1:30 the following day. I show up at 1:20, and they proceed to tell me that they tried to voicemail me (zero voicemails) and let me know they would not have room to put my dogs in crates until 2:00. So I show back up at 2:20 and the girl behind the counter (long black hair/bitter beer face) with attitude tells me I should have been here at 2:00, and now the girl is at lunch. Then she proceeds to tell me oh she probably won't be able to do it when she gets back, how about sunday? I said no thanks and walk away. I stopped behind the corner just to hear what she's going to say to her coworkers and of course she's making it sound like I'm inconveniencing everybody. It put a really bad taste in my mouth and I will not be going back to this location. I only gave two stars because the bather Avery was very good with my fearful dog.

The plush dog toys were so small but cute, and my pup loves the smaller dog toys. I ended up also picking up a Plato Dog's Salmon Treat and a Etta says Dog Treat Yummy Stick. I got a ball, some doggo ice cream, a bag of treats, a nail clippers and a nail file for $32 They also offer grooming services, an in-house veterinarian and playtime for dogs on Saturdays. I asked why and she said that she was getting the store ready to be closed. Mind you the store closed at 9pm and the time was 8:15pm. Tell me why fish cannot be sold 45 minutes prior to close. I can understand maybe 10 minutes prior to close but 45 minutes. In my day making a sell came 1st. Without the customer you don't have a Job. I'm still beside myself that a retail store would turn away business !

We can't really afford shopping at PetSmart and Petco anymore, but we still like them and we still come in here to check out what's new and also get certain items that we can't get anywhere else.

Extremely disappointed with the new owners/management. I've been bringing my dog here for over 6…read moreyears with no complaints. Now there are new owners (for a couple of years now) and our favorite groomer Rolisha is no longer there. My mom dropped Coco off and I was on the phone when she told them we did not want a low cut. I then had my mom go back in and I spoke with the groomer myself on FaceTime asking if the cut number they told my mom would still leave Coco fluffy since I did not want her hair low. We were assured by the groomer that she would still be fluffy! When I went to pick her up, she had a low cut. I called back (for the first time ever) to speak with management and let them know my disappointment with the service. Instead of being understanding and trying to come to a resolve, the manager/owner was extremely dismissive and argumentative, saying that the groomer told us the number and we agreed. Once I explained (again) that we explained several times we did not want a low cut and wanted her fluffy, she switched the narrative saying they had to cut her low because of matting. In the past if matting was an issue, I would get a phone call from Rolisha or the front desk explaining that and requiring me to approve the lower cut. After going in circles, I was over it and just them know how disappointed I was that they took no accountability. Again, in over 6 years this is the first phone call they've ever received from me. Extremely disappointed in the owner/management and lack of accountability. I really wish I would have gotten Rolisha's information before she left!

My dog, a beautiful agouti wooly was destroyed by their groomer, and a year something later, the undercoat is still hasn't grown. He has so many skin problems now, no defense against heat or cold, forever ruined. He was destined to be a show dog, now, I can't even take him without people asking what's wrong with him. :(
