She made the daunting task of creating a short, simple but sweet ceremony easy to do. She guided us through the whole process and it was not overwhelming at all! She even helped guide us through the vow writing process too. What I was most thankful for though was the actual day of- My fiance and I were both so nervous and her calm, gentle voice kept the ceremony moving at the perfect pace that felt sentimental and special. She is calm, cool, collected perfection! We highly, highly recommend Lili for your wedding ceremony!

We were really happy with the script we ended up with; we felt like it was tailored to us and we got to have input while she took care of all the details behind-the-scenes. From start to finish, she was incredibly detail-oriented and thoughtful, always coming to the table with smart suggestions that elevated the evening and made the guest experience so much more special. Communication with Janice was a dream--she is responsive, organized, and on top of every detail. All the vendors worked together seamlessly, which speaks volumes about both her planning skills and her professionalism. Janice is also extremely well-connected and has relationships with the most talented vendors--musicians, cake designers, calligraphers, florists, and more. She curated a team that worked beautifully together and truly brought the event to life. Above all, Janice is incredibly thoughtful--she thinks of everything and goes out of her way to help in any way possible. One of the things I also appreciated most was how budget-conscious Janice was--she focused on getting true value and never suggested spending money where it didn't make sense. That gave me a lot of confidence in every decision we made together. Thanks to her, we had an unforgettable celebration that felt effortless for us as hosts. If you are looking for someone who will treat your event as if it were her own, and who has the talent, connections, and dedication to deliver an extraordinary experience, Janice is the one. We…read moregot Rue 29's "Wedding Day Management Coordination Package" which included day-of coordination and up to 30 hours of work before the wedding day, but we got so much more value than that! Unlike other month-of coordinators who won't talk to you until a month before, Rue 29 made sure to set us up for success from the beginning. As soon as we signed our contract Janice shared her list of preferred vendors and introduced us to everyone we needed to know. She seems to know everyone in Napa! She was then so helpful with any questions we had while we were booking vendors and coordinating with them over the intervening months. By the time we got to a month out from the wedding everything was pretty much already set! Janice was so incredibly helpful, super responsive, detail oriented, and extremely professional. When the wedding day came our day went off without a hitch! We were completely relaxed all day because of the trust that Janice had already built-we knew she would move whatever mountain needed to be moved to make the day perfect. During the day she was the perfect amount of attentive to verify a few last details with us but mostly left us to just enjoy the day while she took care of everything else. She was also so attentive to our families during the day, always making sure they had food and drink and everything they needed, which was such a sweet level of service and care. We had the absolute most amazing experience with her throughout every step in our two-year wedding planning journey. From the very beginning, she was fantastic in every regard and was the main reason why our wedding last August at Carneros Resort in Napa everything we dreamed it would be. She was incredibly organized, thoughtful, positive, reliable, responsive, and attentive to every detail throughout the entire planning process. She somehow managed to make what could have been an overwhelming process feel seamless and enjoyable. No question was ever too small, and we always felt like we were in the best possible hands. She listened to our vision, understood our style, and brought everything together in a way that felt so uniquely us. On the wedding weekend itself, she was truly invaluable. Everything ran flawlessly, and she handled every detail behind the scenes so that we could be completely present and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. We never once had to worry about logistics, timing, vendors, or anything going wrong -- she had everything under control. Her professionalism, calm demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate what needed to happen before it even happened were incredible. Our wedding at Carneros Resort was truly a dream come true, and we know that would not have been possible without her. She went above and beyond in every way, and we feel so lucky that we had her by our side throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a wedding planner, we could not recommend her more highly. She is exceptionally talented at what she does, but beyond that, she is genuinely a wonderful person to work with and a lovely human being. Hiring her was the VERY best decision we made for our wedding, and we will be forever grateful for everything she did to make our weekend so incredibly special. Seriously amazing. Echo is a great wedding planner, and I am happy we chose her to guide us through the process. From…read morethe initial phone call, I got the impression that she was organized, professional and honest, which was true throughout the planning process. Me and my husband got the middle-tier package, which did not include budget and vendor payments (note: this package excludes reminders to pay vendors as well). Echo's approach to wedding planning is methodical and well-organized. For instance, she created a dedicated folder where she would post/remove deliverables incrementally as we went through the process. That way, we did not feel overwhelmed since she already broke down the steps into smaller, manageable pieces. Or, another great example is organizing our email communications by different work streams so that we could easily refer to conversations by topic, and not lose track of items when discussing multiple vendors at once. Echo was always quick to reply on every communication platform. We trusted Echo not only for her planning skills, but also for her local knowledge of vendors. We followed her recommendations under the assumption that she would put together an excellent team to execute our vision. On the day of the wedding, they all worked together like a well-oiled machine. They say that something always goes wrong on your actual wedding day, but ours was had little/no stress. I know that there is a lot of background work for that to occur -- so thank you Echo!

Molly is a kind, personable, and sweet person that my husband and I got the pleasure to meet and get to know through our wedding planning process. I quickly found out how incredibly organized and professional she was in our first few meetings. She assisted me during the planning process and helped me gather my last key vendors too. Leading up to the event, she took over all essential communications with vendors and coordinated them all. It allowed me to be less stressed right before the big day. My friends said I was the chillest bride- that's because I had Molly!! On the day, I truly felt like I was a guest at my own wedding that I planned because I didn't have to do anything other than marry my person - and for that I thank Molly and the awesome vendor team she helped me put together. My vendors commented how amazing and organized she is, which made their job easy. None of the vendors or guests bothered me with event-related questions or issues during the day and it's either because Molly took care of it all or she just coordinated the perfect wedding. I also appreciated that she donates a part of her services to local nonprofits and selected one for us with thought and intention. If you are looking for an event/wedding coordinator, look no further. Molly will make sure your vision comes to life and she will go above and beyond to do this. My husband and I are so glad that we chose A Savvy Event (ASE) as our planning team, but more…read morespecifically, Kimberly Rosen, as our wedding planner! We initially spoke with several other planners, but after our first call with Kimberly, we knew we wanted her to be the one helping us plan our event this past October in Sonoma. We insisted that Kimberly was our go-to with ASE. ASE has several levels of planning packages depending on what you are looking for. My Husband and I decided to go with the partial planning package and it was the perfect balance for us. We are from the Chicagoland area so having a planner in California where we were getting married was essential. Kimberly is also well-connected in wine country/the wedding industry and has relationships with many of the vendors who ASE has worked with over the years. This is a major perk, since she was able to point us in the direction of some of the best vendors out there! We always felt like we were in the right hands and were provided high quality recommendations by Kimberly. Throughout the past year of planning with Kimberly she was always kind and had such a positive attitude. Aside from being our wedding planner, Kimberly felt like a friend. Not only did we hear from several of our vendors how much they loved working with Kimberly and how organized she was, even several of our friends asked who she was because they noticed how on top of everything she was at the wedding. Everyone tells you how stressful wedding planning can be, especially since our entire planning process was virtual and during covid, but ours was carefree and fun! You also hear "something is going to go wrong the day of" but my husband and I can say that our day was flawless. If something did go wrong, it was nothing made known or visible to either us or any of our guests. When my Husband and I returned to our hotel room at the end of that night, Kimberly and her assistant had already returned all our signs and personal belongings to our room. They laid out my veil on the bed with our welcome sign so beautifully (see pic). Although this was a small gesture, we felt it was so thoughtful to walk back to at the end of what was already the perfect day! One final touch if you will! I have said to my husband on numerous occasions recently that I wish our wedding planning wasn't over and how I want to experience our day all over again and he agrees! Thank you, Kimberly for helping make our wedding one we'll always treasure and never forget! It was more magical than we could have ever envisioned!

Kelly and the ASE team are truly the best you can get when it comes to the wedding planning…read moreindustry. My 14 month engagement turned into 26 months and I cannot imagine having gone through the challenges the pandemic and wild fires presented without Kelly. In addition to her gorgeous work, creativity, and connections in the industry, she is as genuine as can be and truly wants the best for her brides, grooms and their families. Not only does Kelly want to make your wedding planning experience as easy and fun as possible, but she also does an incredible job of getting to know you and making the wedding extremely personal. She got to know my husband and me in addition to our story and overall vision for our special day/weekend. Kelly goes above and beyond. For example, Kelly knew mine and my husband's love for Crumbl cookies and it became a shared love between all of us. She had the great idea to pick up Crumbl catering for our Rehearsal Dinner, which was also my husband's birthday, because she knew how special that would be for us. This is just the smallest example of Kelly's thoughtfulness throughout the whole process. Our wedding planning process presented extreme challenges between having to postpone a full year due to the pandemic and having to find a new venue/caterer/other vendors after our original venue burned down, but Kelly had my back every step of the way. She worked tirelessly to give us the best options while still taking our budget and preferences into consideration. The day would not have been possible without her and we are forever grateful for her dedication, her hard work, and her genuine love for what she does. Three months later, anytime we see our friends and family, they still talk about how perfect and absolutely stunning our wedding day and weekend was. I knew our day would be special but it was beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of. Kelly and the ASE team went above and beyond in creating the most special, beautiful, personalized and intimate wedding for us and I will forever be grateful. I could go on for several more paragraphs, but in conclusion, if you are looking for a wedding planning team, you will be in the best hands with A Savvy Event!

After working with her and seeing her execute her magic, I can see why. Cristina is so much fun to be around - she is friendly, sweet, extremely responsive, provides great advice, knows her stuff, and GETS IT DONE. Cristina worked with my husband and I throughout the craziness of the past year with rescheduling our wedding, event guidelines, etc. She is well connected in the area and helped with so many details of our wedding day!) The month leading up to our wedding, we had weekly calls (which was such a lifesaver as things get so crazy at this point with so many details to plan + adding in planning a wedding during a pandemic made it extra complicated). Cristina is SO organized (which I love since I'm a type A personality!). She has folders, spreadsheets, and more for everything from table seating arrangements, venue map, bar inventory, to do list, and more! Everything went FLAWLESSLY on our wedding day (at least to my knowledge ;) My husband and I felt so ease with Cristina and trusted her with everything. There wasn't a detail she forgot about and she is such a pleasure to work with as a couple + our vendors loved her! Thank you Cristina for making our wedding day at Ru's Farm so perfect!!!

She knows everyone in the area (and they all love working with her), so her connections made planning (and then re-planning with COVID), a breeze. Review This team is NO. FREAKING. JOKE!!!…read more I had my wedding on May 11th and the day couldn't have gone more perfect, and that's thanks to this team. Jessica & LaShawna are freaking stars! The planning process was seamless. I was so impressed with the attention to detail at the wedding venue walkthrough. We walked the entire venue, bounced ideas off each other for placement of every single item, and built a schematic. They even measured the venue to know exact placement of tables, chairs, etc. Planning the wedding was so easy/smooth thanks to the planning tools and check ins. Our rehearsal was straight to the point and very easy. We didn't need the full two hours allotted by our venue because they were on top of everything! Then came the wedding day. Our bridal salon overlooked the venue, so we were able to see the progress throughout the day. THEY WORK HARD!! and I mean, they pay attention to every single little detail to make sure the place looks beautiful and perfect. It was so impressive, we all couldn't stop talking about it. The wedding day went seamless, on time, and without a single issue. Jessica and LaShawna were there every step of the way, speaking to each other through their own personal headpieces. If anything came up or if I had any questions, they were there and ready to help where needed. My wedding wouldn't have gone as well as it did without them, I promise. We had a relatively complicated wedding, for ~130 guests, 2 completely different locations for ceremony and reception, and a lot of customization.
