She responded immediately, was flexible and completely prepared. She took the time beforehand to inform me of everything that would be needed (types of acceptable id, etc), asked the appropriate questions about my dad's capacity to sign, and explained her charges. She was professional, thorough and patient---the latter being very much appreciated as we had to go searching for the ID my dad thought he had on his person! She was completely respectful and even appreciative of the challenges facing an older client. This company is fantastic. My mother had a document that had to be notarized and she is bed ridden.
