Amazing! Oud is the personification of professionalism, punctuality and courteousness!! Was able to meet me to sign complicated escrow documents same day (within a few hours of messaging), he responded so quickly. I felt I was in great hands of an experienced professional. He also was just honestly kind and sincere. read more

There are times when you can afford to take your time and shop around, and then there are times when you have legal docs that need attention. Oud was not the cheapest by far but the others that I reached out to were not accommodating and I felt like I was inconveniencing them. I'd much rather pay more for good service and someone who recognizes that they are in the service industry and appreciates the business. Oud was great and I had another need a few days after I met with him and called him again without hesitation. read more

Have worked with SOMA notary a few times. Highly recommend, always professional and organized!

Fast, efficient, great communication and just generally very nice. This will be my go-to notary for all future needs.

I couldn't have had a better experience! I received a response to my initial inquiry very quickly and was able to get a same-day appointment that fit into my schedule. Oud arrived a bit early because he was worried about being and was friendly, efficient and answered all of my questions, who could ask for more? read more

Very nice and easy to work with, fast, and super helpful! If I ever have a notary need again, I would go back to Oud !

Oud was great! So professional, responsible and responsive. We would use him again and recommend him without hesitation.

Lightning fast responses and professional services. Would absolutely recommend and use again in the future. Thank you!

Our banker. Lorrie Pendelton selected Oud Sapprasert O'Brien to notarize documents. OUD was on time, had laser-focused attention to detail, and made sure each document was in order. I would go out of my way to use OUD O'Brien again! read more

Unbelievably fast and efficient. Messaged them on Yelp, received an answer within minutes and got notarized within the hour. I'm impressed!

I called to make appointment, I waited for long time no one showed up, I don't know what happened but I never want to use this business again read more

SUPER from Start to Finish! I emailed Oud after business hours and, to my surprise, he responded back so promptly. He offered such flexibility in scheduling both the time and location of the signing. Oud also arranged to have the witnesses at his office, which alleviated me of this burdensome requirement. On the day of the signing, he texted me a few minutes before our scheduled appointment to inform me that he was waiting outside of the building so my spouse and I wouldn't get lost. His office afforded privacy, and, also ensured proper social distancing protocols. Oud notarized the **several** documents we presented to him with competency, efficiency, and at unbeatable prices. To top it off, his friendly demeanor made an undesirable task like this such a breeze! read more

Wow! Just want to give a hearty recommendation to Oud and SOMA Mobile Notary. I work at a law firm and needed a last minute notarization. Oud went above and beyond to make it happen. read more

Oud deserves 10 stars out of 5! He's the absolute best! For starters, the day before leaving the Bay I realized I need to notarize a copy of my passport. I called them on Sunday evening (they are open 3-7 pm) - so convenient! Old told me to come on Monday morning. I came without a copy (ugh last minute errands got me all over the place!), and Oud was nice enough to walk with me to FedEx and singled everything there. Super fast and efficient! Bonus point for the great location in South Beach that's close to pretty much everything! read more

Great service!!! So happy we found Oud and his office, he was beyond helpful and so nice! Highly recommend! read more

Oud was quick to respond to requests and scheduling. He was helpful, professional and a delight to work with. Highly recommend!

Oud was simply amazing! I needed a notary same-day with very little notice. He responded almost instantly through Yelp proposing a time within a couple hours to come to my house to notarize an urgent doc. I paid through Venmo. Easy easy! Highly recommend. read more

On time, friendly, professional, available on short notice. Really couldn't have asked for anything more! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

I needed a couple of signatures notarized and I'm not about to pay $30-70 for "travel fees." There are so many mobile notaries in the City but it's quite hard to find someone who will actually meet you somewhere without extra fees. Oud's location at 88 Townsend is in my neck of the woods and although he does offer mobile services, he's also flexible and let's you meet him there. From my first call, to subsequent texts to make an appointment and meeting in person, he was super responsive, professional, and friendly. I met him in the lobby of the building and we were done within 5 minutes. I paid him in cash ($15 per signature) and I was out of there. read more

Oud is friendly and excellent notary for the neighborhood. Always see him walking around town getting paperwork done for his business and family clients - I highly recommend! read more

Oud is fantastic -- very responsive, thoughtful, and thorough. Oud responded to my email within an hour with detailed information on how he would process the documents complying with social distancing. Oud After looking on Yelp Oud was clearly the one to call. He was at my shop San Francisco Scooter Centre in under a hour. He gave me a two hour window and showed up 15 minutes early. Fast friendly and helped me to fill out the letters I needed notarized. Very pleased with the service he provided. read more

Hire this guy! Thank you yelpers for recommending Oud. He's incredibly professional, quick and thorough. I bought a house in Toronto and needed my closing documents notarized since I'm in SF. I called Oud, he picked up upon first ring and gave me a fair quote (trust me, I did some shopping). I called back a week later when I was ready to get my documents signed and believe it or not, Oud shows up in 20 minutes with his suitcase in hand. We sat down for ~15 minutes, we went over all documents together and ensured every required signature was captured. Despite having to review the same documents 4 times (there were 4 copies of each package), he was incredibly patient and equally thorough upon every review. Oud help eliminate all the anxiety in a process that's filled with many details to be anxious over. I 100% recommend Oud and will hire him again for future deals. read more

I spent an hour looking for a notary who could meet me after 6:30pm until I came across YELP. A good feature of "Yelp" is to refine a search by clicking "Open Now" that's how I found Tom O'Brien at "A SOMA Mobile Notary Public". Tom was willing to meet me at 8pm. Tom was pleasant, I enjoyed his attitude and within 14-mins the signing was complete, I recommend this notary to all in need of a notary signing agent! read more

Oud is prompt, professional and super nice guy. Pleasure to deal with.

The best notary I've ever used. There is no reason to go anywhere else. I tipped him double his fee because he's that good.

Highly recommend Oud for a fast and responsive service. Good communications and courteous service.

You know how they say everyone should have a good mechanic, lawyer, and, an accountant? Well, add Mobile Notary to the list. Oud is clutch -- he's come through so many times for me, sometimes coming to my office within 15 mins after I've called him. He's always friendly and his rates are very reasonable. read more

Called at 8:45pm and asked if he was available. Was able to get to his location in 10 mins. In and out in 5 mins. No problems and very professional. read more

Found this service on Yelp at 6PM last night and Oud, the very likable notary, was at my house on time at 7:30 this morning for professional notary service with rather complex real estate documents. His pricing was quite fair and his assistance in understanding some of the documents was very helpful. What a great person to find and so much more convenient than setting out in the neighborhood in search of a notary. read more
