    Words cannot express how much we enjoyed working with Echo! She went above and beyond our expectations. She was an exceptionally wedding planner and we don't know what we would've done without her. We had to postpone our wedding and she made the transition so smoothly. She's extremely honest, trustworthy, and cares deeply for her clients. She has your back if any mishaps/hiccups occur, especially with vendors. She turned our concept into a DREAM!     Ok, so I will start out by saying my fiancé, now husband and I both thought a wedding planner was a ridiculous expense to add on top of a wedding. As we started getting into the planning there was just so much we really didn't know. I mean it's not like one gets married often enough to know the ins and outs. Echo was an angel. I highly recommend her. She paid attention to every. Single. Detail. From the little to the big pieces. She heard our vision and made it reality. Echo also saved us $6,000 on a contract that I'm not quite sure we would have been able to negotiate on our own. Our wedding was spectacular because of a dream wedding. We always spoke directly with Echo. She always got back to us in a timely manner and she really is quite amazing at what she does. Everything ran on time and was quite seamless. We felt like guests at our wedding. Which I am confident would not have been the case if we tried to go at it on our own. I could not recommend Echo "a dream wedding" enough.. She is worth her weight in gold!

    My husband and I worked with Echo over the past year to plan our wine country wedding and could not have been happier. She was an absolute dream and helped us make our picture perfect wedding come to life.     There is nobody better in this business than Echo... period. Wow, what an amazing wedding planner she is! My wife and I live in Houston, TX but our dream was to get married in Sonoma. But with both of our crazy work schedules, trying to organize something like this remotely was nearly impossible. We read great reviews about Echo and we initially reached out to her to simply help us find the right venue. Since there are so many places in Napa and Sonoma to choose from, we felt we needed a local to at least direct us in this first step. We scheduled a weekend visit where Echo was going to take us around 10 locations that we selected and some she recommended. It was a packed 2 day schedule, but everything was nailed down to the minute to maximize our visit. When we met Echo it was obvious to us that she not only knew her stuff, but that she really loved her work. Her passion, her attention to detail and her reputation in the industry became very obvious to us on this trip so we knew we had to hire her to plan all the details of our wedding. Our wedding was just 4 weeks ago and I can tell you that every aspect of the weekend was executed flawlessly. I have never heard so many rave reviews from guests before. literally every friend that I've spoken to said it was the most incredible wedding they've ever been to. Not only is Echo amazing at what she does, but she makes sure that we work with only the best vendors and suppliers in the area. People that she has first hand experience with. When I say every aspect of our wedding was flawless I mean every aspect. The flowers, the cake, the caterer, the DJ, the officiant, the lighting, the soft seating, the table settings, the wine, the venue (Chateau St. Jean btw is ridiculously beautiful).     There are no words to describe how unbelievable Echo is-- you should stop reading right here and just book her before she is unavailable! We didn't even realize how much we needed her until we saw all the details and organization that she brought with her-- intricate details of vetted vendors, first hand knowledge of the venue, and a minute-by-minute timeline of every day. We were also absolutely blown away with her ability to troubleshoot a few disasters. We had to move our entire wedding because of the pandemic and it was so seamless because of Echo that we barely noticed. Then she helped troubleshoot three unexpected dress nightmares-- finding us an alternate tailor a week out, a bustle done incorrectly and then the entire zipper breaking (from original tailor)-- she not only helped to fix each problem but also ensured the wedding continued smoothly and no guests noticed my prolonged absence. Now stop reading this and go hire her immediately-- you will be SO glad that you did.

    I have never been more exited to write a review for someone than I am to write this one, but there is so much to say about Echo that I hardly know where to begin! Echo / A Dream Wedding was recommended to us by a woman working at Calistoga Ranch back in 2019 during a tour of the property (before it sadly burned in one of the fires). She told us that if we hadn't hired a wedding planner yet we should contact Echo right away to find out if she had any room left in her schedule for us and that she was the best planner in Napa and provided exceptional service, going above and beyond for her clients. This was probably the most critical advice we received during the entire wedding planning process, and turned out to be absolutely true! We hired Echo shortly after that, and she stuck with us for the next 2 and half years through one last minute venue change (due to sudden construction) followed by two postponements due to COVID-19. Even without the pandemic going on in the background (not to mention the fires raging in and around Napa every year) we were a challenging family to work with, having "too many cooks in the kitchen" and family members with often starkly contrasted points of view about everything from the color palette to whether or not to serve brussels sprouts. Echo handled everything we threw at her with patience, professionalism, kindness, and dedication, and despite everything managed to pull together an amazing wedding that made everyone happy and completely brought our vision to life. Her company name is true to its word! She was communicative and it felt like she was always available when we needed her, despite working with many other couples at the same time. I would have sworn we were her only wedding if I didn't know otherwise, based on the time and attention she gave us. We never felt like she was splitting her attention too many ways or like we weren't a priority. She had a great list of recommended vendors to work with, and tailored her suggestions based on what we were looking for. We chose most of our vendors based on the recommendations she made (and don't regret a single one). She kept track of all of our details flawlessly, even when we ourselves had lost track of things in between the postponements and couldn't remember what decisions we'd made, and did her best to keep us on target with deadlines to avoid leaving things to the last minute and adding extra stress. Finally, there was her work during the actual wedding weekend itself! We hired her to plan both our rehearsal dinner and wedding (great decision). On both days she managed everything flawlessly, tackling issues big and small quickly and effectively so that we never would have known anything was amiss if she hadn't revealed some of them to us after the fact. All we had to do was show up and follow the timeline and everything went smoothly and according to plan. She checked in with us throughout the day to make sure any last minute changes were run by us first and that we weren't too stressed and were happily enjoying our events. We could feel just how much she cares about her work and doing a good job to make sure her couples have no regrets about their wedding day. We literally could not have designed, planned, or hosted our wedding weekend without her!

She has such an incredible eye for color, texture, and style, I trusted her completely, and she more than delivered. The flowers were lush, vibrant, and so beautifully arranged. They told us it was Leah Bertoli and they had nothing but great things to say about her. We contacted Leah shortly after and began planning our wedding with her. As we met with her, she gave us a vendor list, offered a ton of decor options, and guided us along in our wedding planning. Unfortunately, due to COVID we had to postpone our wedding a year. Leah was AMAZING in helping us reschedule and even contacted all of our vendors for us. When the wedding day finally came (3 years after booking with her!) we were so thankful that we had chosen Leah. She was pretty much singlehandedly responsible for making the day perfect. Her floral arrangements were gorgeous, the table settings and centerpieces looked super classy, and there really was no detail that she had missed. On top of all this, it turns out that our dessert caterer was a no-show, but Leah handled the situation so well (and even managed to find a last-minute replacement dessert) that we had no idea until she told us the next day. Overall, Leah is absolutely wonderful and if she's available on your wedding date, book with her ASAP.

We initially spoke with several other planners, but after our first call with Kimberly, we knew we wanted her to be the one helping us plan our event this past October in Sonoma. We insisted that Kimberly was our go-to with ASE. ASE has several levels of planning packages depending on what you are looking for. My Husband and I decided to go with the partial planning package and it was the perfect balance for us. We are from the Chicagoland area so having a planner in California where we were getting married was essential. Kimberly is also well-connected in wine country/the wedding industry and has relationships with many of the vendors who ASE has worked with over the years. This is a major perk, since she was able to point us in the direction of some of the best vendors out there! We always felt like we were in the right hands and were provided high quality recommendations by Kimberly. Throughout the past year of planning with Kimberly she was always kind and had such a positive attitude. Aside from being our wedding planner, Kimberly felt like a friend. Not only did we hear from several of our vendors how much they loved working with Kimberly and how organized she was, even several of our friends asked who she was because they noticed how on top of everything she was at the wedding. Everyone tells you how stressful wedding planning can be, especially since our entire planning process was virtual and during covid, but ours was carefree and fun! You also hear "something is going to go wrong the day of" but my husband and I can say that our day was flawless. If something did go wrong, it was nothing made known or visible to either us or any of our guests. When my Husband and I returned to our hotel room at the end of that night, Kimberly and her assistant had already returned all our signs and personal belongings to our room. They laid out my veil on the bed with our welcome sign so beautifully (see pic). Although this was a small gesture, we felt it was so thoughtful to walk back to at the end of what was already the perfect day! One final touch if you will! I have said to my husband on numerous occasions recently that I wish our wedding planning wasn't over and how I want to experience our day all over again and he agrees! In addition to her gorgeous work, creativity, and connections in the industry, she is as genuine as can be and truly wants the best for her brides, grooms and their families. Not only does Kelly want to make your wedding planning experience as easy and fun as possible, but she also does an incredible job of getting to know you and making the wedding extremely personal. She got to know my husband and me in addition to our story and overall vision for our special day/weekend. Kelly goes above and beyond. For example, Kelly knew mine and my husband's love for Crumbl cookies and it became a shared love between all of us. She had the great idea to pick up Crumbl catering for our Rehearsal Dinner, which was also my husband's birthday, because she knew how special that would be for us. This is just the smallest example of Kelly's thoughtfulness throughout the whole process. Our wedding planning process presented extreme challenges between having to postpone a full year due to the pandemic and having to find a new venue/caterer/other vendors after our original venue burned down, but Kelly had my back every step of the way. She worked tirelessly to give us the best options while still taking our budget and preferences into consideration. The day would not have been possible without her and we are forever grateful for her dedication, her hard work, and her genuine love for what she does. Three months later, anytime we see our friends and family, they still talk about how perfect and absolutely stunning our wedding day and weekend was. I met with her in person at the venue walk through where we covered a few remaining details. Words cannot describe what a relief Elsa was! She was at the venue early, already setting up by the time I arrived. She created incredible and unique centerpieces consisting of vintage books, small vases, tea cups, and flower blossoms. She also presented my seating cards in a totally unique way - she hung them from suspended frames. Now if this isn't enough to win you over, Elsa did something that SHOCKED me. Throughout my wedding planning I often felt that my venders were over priced and taking advantage of the fact that I was trying to coordinate my wedding remotely. A few days after my wedding, we were opening the cards we received from the wedding and found one from Elsa. She wrote us a kind note and included a check for a partial refund. In her note she explained that a few of the flowers she purchased for our centerpieces had wilted and she wasn't able to use them. The day of the wedding, I had no idea this was even an issue because everything looked perfect. However, Elsa's honesty is refreshing and I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Elsa! You made our day perfect!

We asked Lindsey to come on as a Day of Coordinator, but she was helpful even before our three month planning period began. We ended up throwing Lindsey a curveball, by requesting her to help us at a venue in Lake Tahoe, with a venue and vendors she wasn't already familiar with. You never would have guessed this was the case because everything went off without a hitch. This venue was also pretty particular in set-up and break-down protocols which to me sounded overwhelming, but if there was ever a problem, I had no idea, because to me everything was as seamless as if Lindsey had been working there for years. Throughout the whole process, Lindsey was very supportive of our ideas and even did some major work to help us DIY a few elements of our wedding to cut costs down. Everything came out even more beautiful than I had imagined, and I have her to thank for this, she has a great eye. On the day of, she was like a ninja cueing everyone up and making the whole day as smooth and beautiful as possible. Nicki pulled out every trick in the book to help us find creative ways to make our vision a reality within our budget, suggesting ways to cut corners where it wouldn't matter so we can put our cash and energy towards the elements of the weekend that would have the biggest impact for us and our guests. There were numerous occasions when we were drowning in decisions where Nicki swooped in with straight-up pep talks, and she introduced us to so many incredible vendors and insider hook-ups which all came together to create a more magical day than we could have ever imagined for the relatively small budget we were working with. Plus, she has a genius eye for design and incredible calligraphy skills, so definitely take her up on her beautiful signage if you can! I feel like as many of our guests posted pictures of our gorgeous menu board that Nicki made as they did of us! Bottom line -- Nicki is the sweetest, goofiest, most generous and TALENTED badass planner you could ever hope for.
