She was prompt in her communications and very helpful in recommending processional and recessional selections (including providing sample files for us to listen to). We even requested Daft Punk's Get Lucky for our recessional music and Angela was able to accommodate us and secure the sheet music for the duo (with no extra cost to us). The musicians were Wendy and David, and they did a great job! They fit right into the vineyard setting, and were not visually intrusive whatsoever. I remember feeling like I was in a movie with lovely background music! For someone who didn't care about the music at all, I am really happy we decided to go with live musicians, and even more happy that we went with the Wine Country Duo. Angela was on-site for at least part of the ceremony, which we also appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Angela!

We told her what kind of music we'd like played at the wedding and she made suggestions. She had the group play exactly what we wanted and it couldn't have been more perfect. The trio played beautifully :-) For the ceremony they played traditional songs and for the cocktail hour they played contemporary American ballads. Originally we were going to have the trio play during the cocktail hour for our wedding that was outside the V Sattui Winery, but decided to move our party inside because it was just a little cold outside. Wine Country Entertainment were great about being flexible and understanding about the change. We definitely recommend them for special events.

The planning process was seamless. I was so impressed with the attention to detail at the wedding venue walkthrough. We walked the entire venue, bounced ideas off each other for placement of every single item, and built a schematic. They even measured the venue to know exact placement of tables, chairs, etc. Planning the wedding was so easy/smooth thanks to the planning tools and check ins. Our rehearsal was straight to the point and very easy. We didn't need the full two hours allotted by our venue because they were on top of everything! Then came the wedding day. Our bridal salon overlooked the venue, so we were able to see the progress throughout the day. THEY WORK HARD!! and I mean, they pay attention to every single little detail to make sure the place looks beautiful and perfect. It was so impressive, we all couldn't stop talking about it. The wedding day went seamless, on time, and without a single issue. Jessica and LaShawna were there every step of the way, speaking to each other through their own personal headpieces. They listened patiently to our ideas, sometimes even sacrificing their own opinions. They visibly shared our excitement about the highlights of the day. But at the same time, they were quick to suggest alternative ways of the details of our day. They were quick to step up and take over details that we were too busy or too forgetful to remember. Jon worked to get a large, custom-painted wooden sign with our name on it up at the front of the property, something we didn't expect. 3) They are encouraging to be around. Weddings are an extremely stressful time. Jon and Jessie bring the tension and stress down by their cheerful, cooperative presence. As a couple, they are perfect together, complimenting each other and their ideas. Working together, they offered us endless kind words and hope for the day. This made all the difference -- having a team of coordinators that are constantly upbeat, humble and cheerful is a rare thing. They are genuine to the core, and this will put any wedding event and those involved at ease. In addition, I attended a wedding a month later in Petaluma, CA that they coordinated as well, as was just as impressed! I would highly recommend this dynamic duo. From the beginning she made it clear what the timeline would look like for our partnership - what would be needed and when. She also saved me a huge headache by picking up and dropping off some of my rental items since the minimum order spend for delivery was more than double my rental quote (my wedding was in a pretty remote area so most companies charged a high fee for delivery). She wasn't afraid to push on things on behalf of myself and my husband with our wedding venue - which I really appreciated!
