We had a very specific vision and came in with a lot of our own curated songs, and from the very beginning he completely understood what we were going for. Rather than trying to steer us toward a standard wedding playlist, he was genuinely excited about helping us create something that felt uniquely us while still reading the room and keeping the dance floor packed all night. He absolutely nailed the balance of incorporating our personal music taste with songs that got everyone dancing. The energy throughout the night was incredible, and we've had so many guests tell us, "Who was your DJ? He was the best!" What really stood out, though, was how much he genuinely cared about making our wedding the best it could be. He even took the time to give some of our friends - who were DJing our after-party separately - advice on their sound setup to help everything go smoothly. That extra level of care says so much about the kind of person he is. He didn't just play great music..he threw an amazing party and helped create one of the best nights of our lives. We couldn't recommend him more highly.

What can we say about DJ Danny that hasn't already been said?…read more Like a lot of people, we found Danny through a glowing Reddit review while searching for a wedding DJ, and he absolutely lived up to the hype. From start to finish, he handled everything seamlessly. He set up speakers and microphones across three different areas for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, all while keeping the music flowing and hosting the entire night effortlessly. The actual music was the part we were most particular about. We basically told Danny, "Please don't play the typical wedding playlist," and gave him a VERY long "do not play" list. He completely nailed the vibe we were going for. Every song felt intentional and fit our style perfectly. His mixing was incredible, and at times it honestly felt like being at a concert in the best way possible, while still feeling personal and true to our wedding. The dance floor stayed packed all night long, and so many of our guests commented on how good the music was. We can't recommend DJ Danny enough. He was professional, easy to work with, and genuinely helped make our wedding unforgettable.

I think if he could have been there all night, people would have stayed just to keep dancing to his beats. When your dancefloor should have been the right size given the number of guests and how many people TYPICALLY dance, but it turns out it was a bit small because EVERYBODY wants to dance, you know you've got a great DJ. We had so many people tell us later that he was absolutely the best DJ they'd ever heard. We just smiled and said "yup, we know. That's why we hired him!" One of the things that is most impressive about DJ Lazyboy is how much he CARES about what the people want to hear. He took a lot of time to hear what we wanted, to learn about what our guests might want, and to prepare his music accordingly. Further, he actually, you know, DEEJAYS. He mixes, spins, and will throw in tracks quickly based on requests from the guests. His fees are reasonable and he is worth every single cent. He kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes while still bringing such fun, warm energy to every moment.
