Before…read morethe wedding, it was great to be able to get on a phone call with Michael's Music to walk though the process; we felt very reassured by this. In addition, the Vibo app that they use made it really easy for us to import our playlists for different parts of the night and add our notes for the DJ. DJ Devin was great to work with - from mic'ing up for the ceremony, to choosing the right playlist and volume for the dinner music, everything went really smoothly. Once it came to the dance part of the night, Devin was great at keeping the crowd excited and dancing through the whole night. We also purchased Michael's music's photobooth services, which people loved.

Randy is an amazing human and truly the best DJ ever. When we were first going through DJ options with our wedding planner, Kayla with Detailed Dreams, she said something along the lines of, "If you're a couple that's really into music and you want the music to be a true part of the experience of your wedding, choose Randy." That immediately stuck with us. As a couple whose foundation--and so many of our earliest memories together--are centered around music, favorite songs, and the memories attached to them, choosing the right DJ felt especially important. Randy could not have been a more perfect choice. Throughout the entire planning process, we felt so reassured knowing that everything music-related was in Randy's hands. He took the time to meet with us several times before the wedding, really got to know us and what we wanted, and was always available to text about any and all things wedding. We never felt like we were just another couple on his calendar. When our wedding day arrived, there were some last-minute logistical changes, and Randy came through for us in ways that went far beyond being our DJ. He was there to support us in any and every way he could, helped things run smoothly, and was without a doubt one of the MVPs of our wedding day. Having someone like Randy there--calm, capable, confident, positive, and willing to jump in wherever needed--was invaluable. And then, of course, there's the music! Randy is SO good at reading a crowd and building an experience around what people are vibing with. He does it so naturally that it somehow feels like every song was planned perfectly from the beginning. Our dance floor had such a fun, energetic atmosphere, and he played a huge role in creating that. He also puts so much effort into learning your personal music taste. He spent time with us going through our likes and dislikes, must-play songs, do-not-play songs, and the overall feeling we wanted for the night. He took everything we told him and turned it into a wedding soundtrack that genuinely felt like us. He was also fantastic at interacting with our guests and keeping the energy up throughout the night. We truly cannot recommend DJ Tecni enough. Randy is an incredibly talented DJ, but even more importantly, he is just a genuinely great person and an incredible supporter to have on your wedding team. We are so grateful he was part of our day and would choose him again a thousand times over!

Randy read the room effortlessly, kept the energy exactly where it needed to be, and had our guests on the dance floor all night long. We received so many compliments about how great the music was. He also worked seamlessly with our planners and ensured everything stayed on schedule, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the evening (including making sure the Mother of the Bride had enough wine lol:) ). We would recommend Randy again and again. Thank you, Randy, for being such an important part of making our wedding day so special and unforgettable. We miss working with you already! N&D

I do a little wedding coordinating on the side and usually have fairly negative impressions of the DJ's, which is probably why finding one was such a chore for me. Everyone I called was either way more $$ than I was hoping to spend, or more likely, booked. I called someone in the east bay who was booked but recommended Jason. My husband (who has way more music knowledge than I do) thought he had good taste. We met with him to talk about songs and he was really enthusiastic and had great suggestions. He really seemed to understand exactly what we were talking about as we rambled on trying to describe what we liked and didn't like. By the end of the meeting, I trusted him completely with the music portion of our wedding. The music was perfect. He did an awesome job of mixing and playing songs. Several of our guests commented on how great he was. He's friendly, he clearly loves DJ-ing weddings (not all DJ's seem to), and I have absolutely no reservations recommending him. Amazing!

We called him back a few days later and emailed him and called again and again. We never heard back. We heard from a very reputable source that recommended our DJ and that had other couples express the same experience with Jason, even some that had previously hired Infinity Pro Sound and showed up for a Pre-Event Consultation at which time no one was there to meet with them. The couple then totally panicked and started calling around, for over a week, to find another DJ. After the week of sheer panic and retaining yet another DJ, they heard back from Infinity Pro Sound. Jason's lengthy response times and unprofessional behavior our source told us was his reputation. Jason did us a huge favor by not responding. It was a lot of hard work, but we found an excellent DJ, Aaron Long of A. Long Music who was very responsible, professional, and reasonably/fairly priced. We couldn't have found a better DJ. We were so blessed.
