They are absolutely generous with what their packages include and they go above and beyond. Tracey wanted us to personalize our day and our booth as much as we wanted. She gave great ideas and suggestions for personalization. We couldn't believe the amount of photos we received to KEEP! For every group they printed multiple copies as a "party take-away", copies for the guest book, and extra copies for bride and groom. But they didn't stop there! They enlarged a couple favorite photos for the guest book and even sent us a CD filled with every photo! It was a fabulous evening and The Sonoma Photo Booth Company made it even more special. Was incredibly patient with me having to go back and forth about booking due to funding for my work holiday party wasn't secured. Was glad we were able to book them, the set up and options were nice. My only caveat was that I've done other 360 booths where the camera/video shows that it spins one way then swings back the other way with different slowmo for a cooler effect, but their video just swings around and slows down at some points. We were so pleased with BPB and highly recommend them! From the very beginning Juan was so quick to reply to our emails and gave thorough information about his services. He worked with us with making sure the props meshed well with our wedding day. He also took time to design the printed photos our guests would receive. He gave us many options to choose from. The setup of his booth was what really sold me, it was fun but also had a clean, elegant look to it. I loved the open air style so guests can see others taking their photos and it felt more inclusive than the old school booths. The rose gold sequined backdrop was amazing! We received many compliments from our guests about how much they liked this style of booth. The night of our wedding we actually were running a bit behind schedule during dinner. Juan arrived on time and was ready to go but due to us running late guests didn't start to take photos until after 9p, we originally booked Juan for 8:30p to begin. He was so great and he actually stayed 45 minutes later than scheduled since we were behind. How accommodating is that? We we were so happy to learn that he stayed so our guests had a chance to get their photos and didn't charge us overtime. He went above and beyond in customer service. From start to finish, he handled everything seamlessly. He set up speakers and microphones across three different areas for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, all while keeping the music flowing and hosting the entire night effortlessly. The actual music was the part we were most particular about. We basically told Danny, "Please don't play the typical wedding playlist," and gave him a VERY long "do not play" list. He completely nailed the vibe we were going for. Every song felt intentional and fit our style perfectly. His mixing was incredible, and at times it honestly felt like being at a concert in the best way possible, while still feeling personal and true to our wedding. The dance floor stayed packed all night long, and so many of our guests commented on how good the music was. We can't recommend DJ Danny enough.
