I feel so lucky that we found Cristina!! Cristina came highly recommended by our wedding venue (Ru's Farm in Healdsburg). After working with her and seeing her execute her magic, I can see why. Cristina is so much fun to be around - she is friendly, sweet, extremely responsive, provides great advice, knows her stuff, and GETS IT DONE. Cristina worked with my husband and I throughout the craziness of the past year with rescheduling our wedding, event guidelines, etc. She is well connected in the area and helped with so many details of our wedding day!) The month leading up to our wedding, we had weekly calls (which was such a lifesaver as things get so crazy at this point with so many details to plan + adding in planning a wedding during a pandemic made it extra complicated). Cristina is SO organized (which I love since I'm a type A personality!). She has folders, spreadsheets, and more for everything from table seating arrangements, venue map, bar inventory, to do list, and more! Everything went FLAWLESSLY on our wedding day (at least to my knowledge ;) My husband and I felt so ease with Cristina and trusted her with everything. There wasn't a detail she forgot about and she is such a pleasure to work with as a couple + our vendors loved her! Thank you Cristina for making our wedding day at Ru's Farm so perfect!!! read more

We could not say enough positive things about Cristina and our wedding at Ru's Farm! From the moment I meet her, she immediately made me feel at ease. She was a stellar listener, asked great questions to help us focus on what mattered to us for our wedding day, was super organized and honestly just so hilarious and fun to be around/talk to. Cristina suggested our venue after we talked about what we were looking for and from the moment we stepped onto Ru's Farm it was clear it was the venue for us. She knows everyone in the area (and they all love working with her), so her connections made planning (and then re-planning with COVID), a breeze. She was great at helping us keep our budget in mind, and was honest about items that could be cost saving and people wouldn't know were missing verse items that would really add to the experience and our day. Also, she makes the process of planning a wedding so organized and easy; she just helps you stay on top of everything, making planning fun and not overwhelming. The day of went flawlessly. We had an absolute blast. Our guests raved about the venue, decor, food and just the whole day itself and all that was thanks to Cristina, Ru's and everyone on their teams. Cristina- we love you and can't say thank you enough! read more

Heald Wedding Consulting - Wedding Planning Near Me

Cristina is an AMAZING wedding planner and human, and we're so lucky to have hired her. We ended up having lots of time to get to know her, as she helped us through two Covid-related postponements, a "minimoney" in 2020, and finally, our dream wedding in 2021. Throughout the entire process, Cristina helped us get and stay organized, hone in on what we wanted and hire the right vendors to make it happen, and solve any and all problems. She knows exactly what to do and when to ensure a smooth event, she thinks of all of the details you'd never know to think about, and she'll let you know where your effort and money is less worthwhile so you can stay within budget and keep your cool. She seemingly knows everyone in the area and they all love working with her, but she was happy to work with a couple of new-to-her vendors that we found and did so seamlessly. Now that it's over, we're honestly going to miss our calls and meetings with her, because she's the friendliest ray of light and a truly good person who cares about her clients and colleagues. She's the best! read more

When I began my planning process for our wedding, I naively thought that because I was an excellent multitasker, I wouldn't need a wedding planner. In my mind, wedding planners existed for people who A) didn't know what they were doing, B) were bad at goal and/or time management, and C) for people with loads of disposable income or large wedding budgets. Because of all of these reasons, I counted myself as someone who didn't need or want a wedding coordinator. One bleak and completely overwhelming day, I cried melancholically to my then fiancé, that i felt like a failure because I realized I was way over my head and I needed help. That's when I found Cristina Heald. Our first call was more of a counseling session, as I poured my hopes, dreams, and fears out to Cristina, and she meticulously noted everything that my stressed out bride brain had been processing. After talking and feeling at least 50% more relieved than when we started, I told her I was going to talk with my fiancé and get back to her. After telling my guy about how much better I felt about everything knowing there was someone who could take my stress down and actually let me sleep, he agreed it was a good choice for both of us and we signed our $1000 contract with her immediately. Through the process, Cristina told me that in order for her to do her job, I had to open up my brain and just pour everything into her and trust her to manage and process. I was hesitant at first because I had my pride all wrapped up in doing it alone, but Cristina's tenacious reassurance was a wonderful chair to rest my weary self on. As many weddings go, pretty much everything that could go wrong in the processes did, but after momentary flip outs, I'd turn to Cristina. 100% of the time she had an idea, a solution, and a calming, centering reminder that all of this would be successful. She was right, up to and through the I Do's. Through snarky site managers, to relative's ridiculousness, and even to literally enlisting her amazing husband Max to pile all of us into their suv and hold us in the warm car until it was time to line up at the church, Cristina was right; everything was perfect. I was impressed with her efficiency, anticipation of my stress, swift action to quell issues, and independent interactions with bridal party, vendors, and guests. Even if you are an expert at events, a pro at parties, or a diva at decorating, Cristina is better, faster, and more experienced. It shows in her passion for perfection and her true craft in her art of planning and coordinating. I can say without a doubt that besides saying yes to the man of my dreams, saying yes to Cristina is one of my best wedding decisions I made. read more

I'll preface this review by saying: I am already a hyper-critical, detail-oriented person. So, THAT magnified by the craziness that is wedding planning made me a pretty tough customer to please. But, Cristina & Melissa were amazing in every way -- my husband and I still talk about how impressed we were, and how our wedding weekend would never have been as magical, memorable, and silky smooth if it weren't for the Heald crew. They are the most friendly, organized, experienced and professional wedding planners I've yet to encounter... and we've been to a lot of weddings! As an event planner myself, I live & die by spreadsheets, checklists, calendar reminders, etc. Cristina & Melissa are the same! We were totally in sync with all our info sharing, and I knew nothing would slip through the cracks thanks to their organization. They offer a "Day-Of Coordination" package, which includes calls & consultations the month leading up to the wedding, as well as on-site coordination of the event on the big day. Perfect for anyone who wants to sit back and actually ENJOY their wedding day - and pretty affordable considering the level of attention & service you get. Not only did Melissa handle everything flawlessly on the day-of, and had all our wedding details practically memorized, but she dealt with our friends and family with the same care and thoughtfulness. Things were getting done without us even having to think about it. She was the behind-the-scenes hero of our rustic, outdoor, summer wedding. If that's what you're looking for, you must give these girls a call. I know, weddings are high stakes, but you have absolutely nothing to lose by working with Heald. My husband and I can recommend them 1000%. read more

If you're reading this because you're considering hiring Cristina as your wedding coordinator, let me save you some time -- just hire her. We worked with Cristina for our June 2018 wedding at Ru's Farm in Healdsburg. She came highly recommended from our venue and multiple vendors, and I can see why. Hiring Cristina was one of (if not THE) best decisions we made during our wedding planning. Cristina has a way floating through all the massive and tiny details of planning and execution that a wedding requires. She thinks of things you've never even considered; she makes expert recommendations based on years of planning experience. Cristina does it all and makes it look effortless -- from the big stuff: spot on vendor recommendations, her amazingly accurate timelines, her brilliant spreadsheets, all the vendor relations (including some challenging/strange situations); ....to the small stuff: she made an amazing last-minute DIY escort card holder, she brought all of our gifts, my bouquet, and our scattered belongings back to our hotel before we arrived later that evening, she helped me reapply lipstick right before we were announced, using her iPhone as my mirror; she brought a towel for my forehead after I joked I might need one in the heat. The list could go on and on. She does it all and she is unflappable. Hire Cristina and do everything she says. She's a great person and knows wedding planning in and out. read more

We don't even know where to begin! Cristina is not only super awesome and hilarious, but she knows how to get sh*t done! We got married last weekend and had the absolute most perfect day of our lives. We didn't feel stressed about one single thing. The entire wedding was so nicely planned out and organized that almost every one of our guests has told us it was the best wedding they've ever been to! Since then, we have been singing Cristina's praises all over town. We couldn't have done it without her and her lovely assistant, Katie. Thank you for putting up with us and our crazy families and helping to throw the most elegant, fun and memorable wedding ever! We love HWC! read more

Cristina Heald was the best thing that happened to our wedding planning! From the moment we met her, we knew she was the perfect fit to plan our big day. We interviewed her before signing the contract, and she impressed us when she arrived early to the meeting and brought us an organized folder that included descriptions of her services as well as recommendations for how to select different vendors. We thought she was fantastic and offered her the job. Even though she was planning a wedding in Healdsburg the day before our wedding, and the actual day of our wedding was her daughter's second birthday, Cristina still agreed to do our wedding in Santa Rosa. This is a great example of how hard working and devoted she is to her job! We hired Cristina for the "I've Got It All Planned" package in March 2011 for our September 2011 wedding at Vintners Inn, and it was truly a joy to work with her for those six months. She is very responsive to all emails, phone calls, and requests. I always heard back from her in 24 hours or less--and usually it was right away. She has great contacts with vendors; we used her recommendations for a DJ and florist and we loved both of them. She is very organized and created a beautiful binder for my wedding that housed important documents, correspondence, vendor contracts, etc. She also sent us timelines at the beginning of each month to make sure that we stay on track and keep up to date on all of our vendor payments. My husband and I live in San Francisco and were unfamiliar with the city of Santa Rosa. To make it easier for us to get around, every time we drove up to Santa Rosa for wedding-related meetings, Cristina would create an itinerary for the day to ensure that we used our time efficiently. She would make appointments for us and plan them geographically so the day flowed smoothly. She is a great listener and pays exceptional attention to detail. Nothing ever fell through the cracks, and she did a great job of staying on top of all our vendors to make sure that they did everything they promised. She has great suggestions and provides great input and recommendations, but she always made sure to carry out my vision and listen to what I wanted. Our wedding was the first Jewish wedding that she planned, and I was touched that she took the time to learn the traditions and even created a special section in her binder for the elements of a Jewish wedding. There are seven blessings that are read during a Jewish ceremony, and I asked Cristina to print them. I was expecting just a simple photocopy, but instead she brought beautiful handmade cards that she created for each blessing. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and a great example of how Cristina always went above and beyond my expectations. When the wedding weekend came around, Cristina was the consummate professional. She ran the rehearsal like clockwork, and was very patient and stayed with us until we all felt comfortable. On the actual wedding day, I was able to relax and fully enjoy the day. I had so much trust and faith in her abilities that I felt comfortable leaving all the details to her. She did a fantastic job and seemed to be in a million places all at once. Everything went smoothly and according to schedule, and everything looked exactly the way I wanted. She made sure that everything was in its right place, and at the end of the night all the little details (such as the flower girl's basket, the ring bearer pillow, the antique cake cutting knife, the wedding presents, etc.) all ended up neatly packed away in our room. We also hired Cristina to help us with the post wedding brunch. She picked up all the food at 9am, set it up, stayed with us until the end, and even helped us deliver the leftovers to a food kitchen. It was amazing to have her expert help in the months leading up to and during the wedding. Words cannot express how much I enjoyed working with her and what an amazing job she did. Thanks to Cristina, we had the wedding of our dreams. I know that she has a fabulous career ahead of her. Thank you, Cristina! You are the best!!! read more

I am pretty sure I would not be married today if it hadn't been for Cristina! We called Cristina at a low point in our planning process. The point when we were completely overwhelmed and we were seriously thinking of eloping. After one meeting with Cristina, the whole mood around our planning changed! She became our advisor, our ridiculously organized manager, and our friend! We seriously wanted to party with her at our wedding as much as our friends that we've known for 20 years! My only advice to anyone reading this is to not wait for the low point to call Cristina. Call her the day that you get engaged! And that's a guy saying that. I didn't even know what a planner did when first we got engaged. My wife and I just got married two days ago and as we go over every detail and geek out over the big day, the following has come out of one of our mouths at least a dozen times.."Seriously, I don't even know how that would have happened without Cristina!" Whether it was the coordination of three shuttle buses, the flawless management of all of our vendors (who all adored her BTW), or the fact that we showed up at home the next day and she had neatly stacked all of our wedding stuff in our garage the night of our wedding! She didn't even leave our wedding until midnight! We can't even figure out how and when that could have even happened! We absolutely love Cristina and we also want to give a shout out to Melissa (her right hand woman) who designed all of our wedding materials and did all of those super detailed tasks (like tying ribbons to favor jars) meticulously and with a great sense of pride! We seriously couldn't recommend Cristina enough. Thank you so much Cristina! We love you! read more

My (now) husband and I worked with Cristina for our March 2019 wedding and I seriously don't know how people plan a wedding without the help of a planner along the way. I have heard such great feedback from our guests who were so impressed with her level of detail and professionalism. I've talked her up to everyone I know - married or not! I've said it so many times and I'll say it again, she is AMAZING! I have no idea if anything really went wrong on my wedding day because she and her assistant, Katie were right there every step of the way and took the lead on everything. It was such a relief knowing I didn't have to be the one making phone calls if things were late or handling emergencies. Now, go hire her! :) read more

Hiring Cristina was one of our best decisions for our wedding at Paradise Ridge Winery in November 2011. She was so organized and she did so much more than we were expecting! One of my friends who had gotten married a year prior said her one piece of advice was to hire a wedding consultant, and I am so happy we got Cristina! She was very fairly priced for all the services she assisted with. She was so helpful and willing to put in a lot of time. She saved my ass by tying up loose ends I never would have been able to manage days before the ceremony. And the wedding day she was absolutely essential. She went above and beyond and seemed to be everywhere at once. So impressed with her dedication. On the day of the wedding she had so many supplies for every possible hiccup. She even brought a steamer which was a lifesaver when my flower girl's dress had a massive crease on the bodice. Thank you Cristina - you were an important key to making our wedding day what we always hoped it would be. read more

Are you planning a wedding? Are there more than 10 people invited? Are there more than 3 vendors? Then hire Heald Wedding Consulting. Cristina was hands down the most professional and flexible planner during my insanity of planning a wedding at the Brazilian room in June 2013. I got married in California and planned it from New York. She was prompt with texts, emails, and phone calls. When I traveled to California she made it a point to make herself available. I changed details all the time (to the point where I was wincing when writing emails as I thought she was going to kill me) and it was always met with a "no problem!" attitude. She worked with all my vendors (there were more than usual) and played nice with the more difficult ones. Even my florist stated that I had truly lucked out and she was incredible. Oh! And she is incredibly crafty! I thought of ideas (like burlap pillows that said Mrs. And Mr. and a really unique guestbook) and boom! She made it happen BECAUSE SHE IS MARTHA STEWART! Also what sets her apart is that she has a ton of decorations and props in her inventory that you can use. We saved a lot of money utilizing her decorations. Basically I am saying that planning my wedding was a big pain but she never once complained or became frustrated. She consoled me, reassured me, and helped me design a great wedding. Now that my wedding is over, I miss emailing her. But I know that I have made a wonderful friend. She is exceptional on every level! Book her services now! It was the best money spent for me. read more

I cannot rave about Cristina enough! We worked with her planning our wedding in May. For many more reasons than I can possibly list, Cristina made our wedding dreams come true and we owe her everything for that! She was an essential resource when picking vendors and was available at the drop of a hat for a quick question or a overanalyzing chat. She was calm and focused as well as extremely detail oriented. We were surprised a few days before with a high chance of rain for our Memorial Day wedding. While I had my sad bride moment, Cristina quickly went into action securing a tent for us. Then on the day of, she made the call to start the wedding a few minutes early for a dark cloud looming. Minutes after the ceremony ended, there was torrential downpour, but all guests were safe and dry in the barn by then! This is just an example of what you get when you work with Cristina. She is just the best! read more

Our situation was a little unique; we had already hired a month of planner for our wedding. About 2 months before the date they had to cancel for personal reasons. A friend referred us to Cristina Heald and she totally saved us! She quickly ramped up on our plans and starting talking with vendors right away. Even with a really short timeline she pulled together our ideas into a concrete plan that worked incredibly. A little less than two weeks ahead of time it looked like we were going to get rain. Here she was a great resource, helping us get the coverings we needed and guiding us through replanning 2/3rds of our day (ceremony and cocktail hour was outside previously). She helped redo our layout and let us know what things would and wouldn't need to be tweaked because of the rain. Day of Cristina was super on top of everything. She handled rearranging things to account for things we forgot (like the guestbook), sent people to the store to buy drink ingredients that were left at home so we could still serve them and I'm sure handled a million of problems that I never even knew existed. On top of all of that she escorted guests to and from the detached bathrooms with an umbrella the entire time it was raining. We could not have come close to having the wedding we did without Cristina. Her help in planning and then replanning and managing the day was incredible. And she did all of it in less than 8 weeks. We absolutely recommend all of Heald Consulting but if possible I'd book them with more notice than we gave. read more

Cristina was our Day-Of Coordinator. To tell you the truth, at the beginning of the wedding planning process, I didn't think I needed a Day-Of Coordinator, but our venue required that we have one. Now in hind-sight, I see exactly why we needed one and can't imagine how hectic the day would have been without Cristina. During the week of our wedding, Cristina took all my plans (9 months worth) and organized it even more so that all vendors were on the same page and everyone participating in the wedding knew exactly what to do. At that point, I just had to communicate to her. She communicated to all of my vendors on my behalf. This was a huge help since family and friends came into town early for the wedding and I was entertaining them. Christina is very skilled at follow up. She kept track of ideas I had early in the planning process, and later checked if it was still on or off the timeline. On our day, she took on all the stressful details so that I was able to enjoy the moments with my family and loved ones. Even though she offers so much more in a planner, this alone was worth having her on our team. Our guests even commented how well organized the event was. I'm so glad we decided on Cristina. read more

Despite well over a decade of communications experience, and being extremely Type A (for better or worse), I finally came to the realization about 2 months prior to our wedding that I couldn't do all of THIS alone. Enter Cristina. She immediately put us at ease from the moment we met, and even more so when she started loading crucial planning elements to google docs so we could seamlessly plan and finalize the wedding day! Cristina is one of the few excellent wedding planners who offers a month-of coordination package, and one that is more than reasonably priced. And the best part? Cristina is personable, kind, warm and understanding. She will shoot you straight and help you actually kick back and enjoy your wedding day!! WARNING: Even if you have hired a venue for your wedding and they offer wedding coordinators, their top priority is the venue itself. Not you. You are just a number. HIRE CRISTINA! She'll make you her top priority! read more

If you're looking for a wedding planner, look no further. Cristina and her team are amazing. Cristina was recommended to me by my venue and I am so thankful for her! She was there for me through it all and really guided me into having my dream wedding. I got married in November in Santa Rosa, right after the fires. She was so supportive and thoughtful through all the disasters. She kept me calm and with her I knew it would all be OK. She was very personable and worked great with all my vendors. The coordination was impeccable! Cristina is very professional and just a fabulous person!! The day after the wedding I was sad because I wouldn't have Cristina anymore, but through work, we have made a wonderful friendship. I am so grateful to her for my beautiful, unforgettable dream wedding. read more

Cristina was our planner for our May 2017 wedding in Healdsburg, CA. Where do I begin?! First, we found Cristina based on a recommendation from our wedding site coordinator / owner. She let us know that there are a lot of good planners out there, but only a few very awesome ones. Totally correct - we looked around a bit and nobody else seemed quite on top of it as much as Cristina. She was also reasonably priced...score! We booked her almost a year in advance, getting the medium-range package (more than day-of, but less than the full package, since we already had our site booked). Cristina helped us to find most of our other vendors and her recommendations were spot on. She worked with our budget and our vision- fun and relaxed but classy summer BBQ complete with brisket, pie, and an ice cream stand. We were able to gain access her discounts, saving us extra money. She definitely knows the ins and outs of the local vendors and won't steer you wrong, but she doesn't "over-direct" you. If there is something that you want, she'll work to make it happen. On the day of our wedding, Cristina showed up early with delicious donuts and plenty of reassurance. Her entire day-of team was amazing to work with as well. They were constantly checking in on us and making sure that everything was going smoothly, offering champagne and smiles! Needless to say, the day went flawlessness (as least as far as I know!). Did I mention that Cristina had a baby just 3 weeks prior to our wedding?! She didn't miss a beat! We kept telling her to take it easy but this lady won't stop - she will work her butt off for you and make it look easy! We miss her already. Thank you, Cristina!!! read more

I am a professional wedding photographer in San Luis Obispo. I was blessed to meet and work with Christina this year on a fabulous wedding in Parkfield. Frankly, Christina was just amazing. She is everything I am looking for in a vendor partner. She is fun, friendly, trustworthy, and professional. She is so experienced and works wonderfully with everyone, having a smile on her face at all times and a high energy attitude. If I was to choose someone to plan MY wedding, I couldn't think of anyone better then this fabulous lady. I have worked with plenty of co-ordinators over the years and while many have been great, she really "took the cake" for me as the most memorable because of her great attitude and hard work. I would work weddings with her every week if I could. If you are a bride considering Christina, take it from me, it doesn't get much better then this fine lady!!! I hired Heald Wedding Consulting for my November 2016 destination wedding in Napa Valley, CA. Being in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and an event planner myself, I originally thought that I could handle all of the details myself. I quickly found that hiring an expert in the area was the absolute best decision I could have made. Cristina and her team provided 5 star service & delivery all around. Cristina's attention to detail and genuine concern to ensure everything ran smoothly was incredible. She really takes a lot of time to understand your "vision" and what's important to you - she also has incredible resources and vendor referrals. She is willing to work within any budget and has some great cost savings ideas. It was so helpful to have a single point of contact for all of the vendors. She continually stays on task and keeps you organized which in my case was imperative based on my busy schedule. I was actually able to enjoy our wedding day since Cristina was behind the scenes taking care of all the details. Thank you so much to Cristina & her team, I will be forever grateful for all you did to make our day so special & memorable, I would not have been able to do it without you! Cristina was our amazing wedding planner for our wedding at Ru's Farm last year. We found her through our venue as she is an expert at this particular venue. Hands down best decision of our whole wedding planning process. Cristina was so organized and wonderful and helped us through so many different freak outs and helped make our day the most magical day ever. She thought of so many things we never would have thought of and was always there to talk through things and brainstorm together. Cristina is also deeply beloved by so many vendors- every vendor we met with would say- "Oh Cristina's your planner, she is SO great, we love her!" And those wonderful relationships made the process so much easier and more fun. We felt so taken care of through the whole process with her and she honestly came to feel like family. I had a few hiccups the day of and I don't know what we would have done without her- she allowed my husband and I not to have to worry about a thing that day because we were 100 percent confident that she had it all covered and that was such a gift. Cristina Heald is one of the hardest working wedding professionals I know. Cristina works closely with her clients throughout the coordinating/planning process to be sure every "i" is dotted and "t" is crossed. Not only is Cristina incredibly hard working and organized but she is friendly and thoughtful with guests and her fellow vendors as well. It is easy to see that Cristina loves her job and her attitude is infectious. Cristina is truly a joy to be around and I can't recommend her enough! Cristina of Heald Wedding Consulting came highly recommended from our caterer and now we know first-hand why. Cristina has made our planning process as smooth as possible at the very start. She sets you up with all the proper folders/documents and asks all the right questions making sure we don't miss a beat. Not to mention, she's super responsive and has a cheery spirit. :D Her experience and skills had clearly shone through. She is SUPER detail oriented and implements timelines flawlessly which is a must for any bridal party. The manager, Leanne, at Healdsburg Country Gardens (our wedding venue) could not have said nicer things about Cristina. Between Leanne, our caterer California Rose, and Cristina -- they were a force to be reckoned with. The vibe and connection was palpable. My husband would not have changed a thing. Cristina was wonderful! We were planning our wedding remotely so she was a huge help in scheduling meetings with us when we were in town for planning weekends and just making sure the whole process went smoothly! Our weekly calls with her in the four weeks leading up to the wedding were so helpful to make sure everything was taken care of and we weren't forgetting any little details! Day of the wedding she was also key in making sure the day ran smoothly. Our wedding was outdoors and we'd hired someone to make a chalkboard seating chart of all of the tables with guests names, table numbers etc. Well during the ceremony the wind knocked over the board and it shattered. Without our even knowing Cristina scrambled and re-wrote the entire seating chart on a new chalkboard so our guests would know which tables they were assigned to! So impressive! We couldn't have pulled off our fabulous day without Cristina! Thanks!! read more

Book her! I cannot say enough amazing things about Cristina, and frankly our wedding would not have been the same without her. She had such a deep understanding of the local Healdsburg area, our venue, and really helped us build our vendor dream team. Not only that, she was a real pleasure to speak with each week as we approached our big day, answering all mine and my family's questions along the way. She made the entire experience seamless and fun! And when the big day rolled around my confidence in Cristina was so high that it was easy to have a beautiful care free day. She executed everything flawlessly, down to ensuring I had that very important glass of champagne in my hand post ceremony. Of all the wonderful vendors involved in making the day come to life she was by far the most important. So book her quick, because I have told just about everyone about her. read more

Cristina came as a recommendation from a friend I trusted dearly. It took all of 15 minutes to decide to hire her. As an event planner myself I would have missed 1,000 of the things Cristina didn't miss. I also don't think I realized how close Cristina and I would become through the wedding planning process. Not only did she go above and beyond the normal planner duty. She kept us on track, asked questions I would never have thought of and managed a new property that she'd never worked out like a pro and with such grace. Yet, her "normal" duties were just a small piece of the pie. Cristina anticipated and planned for black outs, fires and ultimately helped make the decision to relocate from our venue and initiate our back up plan B. She gracefully directed vendors, coordinated guests, secured portable potties and kept her cool. I'm sharing our full story below of everything she handled! I can't wait for you to work with this incredible woman! https://www.facebook.com/emily.merrell1/posts/10100467359070756?__tn__=K-R read more

Cristina was the planner for a wedding I recently photographed in northern California, and she was incredibly amazing! I've worked with a ton of wonderful professionals since I started photographing weddings, but Cristina's work was so exceptional that I had to post a review. From the very beginning, her attention to detail was so good that it actually reduced the amount of work I had to do before the wedding. In addition to being sharp and on the ball, she's delightful!! I always think that the ultimate challenge for a wedding planner is to be very organized and relaxed at the same time -- Cristina is a natural! She makes a tough, tough job look easy. (Did I mention she's delightful?) In addition to taking care of her clients all day, she worked hard to make sure that my partner and I were comfortable, hydrated, and that we had everything we needed to do the best possible job. I would highly, highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner. Thank you Cristina!! read more

We were extremely pleased with the guidance and assistance Cristina provided for us in the planning and presentation of our rehearsal dinner/welcome party at a remote vineyard barn in the hills of Napa. The party was storybook perfect! Since we live in Florida and the wedding was in Napa, it was challenging to know what we needed to execute an event for over 50 guests. We had already found the venue and caterer, so Cristina helped to put us in touch with an excellent service team, linens, glassware etc along with organizing the layout of tables, decor and timeline. She coordinated the event with everyone and everything. She was very organized and fun to work with through every step of the planning and the day of the event. We appreciated her insight, expertise and creativity!! read more

We hired Cristina as our day-of coordinator and we could not have made a better choice! Cristina was extremely organized and never lost track of any of the minute details that are so important to a wedding. I never had to remind her of anything we had spoken about previously, which was so reassuring. I knew I could trust her to take detailed notes and follow up on everything we discussed. She also had a fantastic attitude--super positive, helpful, and proactive about everything. I can't count the number of times she said, "I'll take care of that!" in the last couple months leading up to the wedding. She handled so many things that I didn't even realize were included in the services. She also intervened on our behalf when one of our vendors proved to be difficult to work with, which greatly reduced my stress the week before the wedding. On the day of the wedding everything ran perfectly, except for the 105 degree weather, which is apparently the only problem Cristina can't fix! The difficult vendor continued to be difficult but Cristina completely protected us and we had no involvement at all. All of our decorations were exactly as we wanted them to be. We stuck to our schedule. We and our guests had a great time, and I even got compliments from our photographer on how much she enjoyed working with Cristina. In short, I can't recommend Cristina highly enough. I feel lucky to have found her, and I think you will too! read more

Stop looking and hire Cristina--you won't regret it! I wasn't looking for someone to figure out every detail of my wedding--I had most of that under control. But I wanted someone to make sure everything had been accounted for and that nothing slipped through the cracks. After all, I've never done this before! Cristina is amazingly organized and kept us feeling like we had nothing to worry about. The day itself went flawlessly thanks to her. She has weddings down like it's second nature, yet was so willing to make any alteration we suggested. After seeing the quality and amount of service she provided for the cost, I would have gladly paid double--she was our single most valuable vendor! Cristina took the stress off our shoulders which allowed us to really enjoy the process of wedding planning. And on our big day, I did not have to put ANY thought into whether things were set up and running smoothly. Priceless! read more

I wish there was a 6/5 star option. I can't say enough good things about Cristina. She is at once personal, professional, calm and detail-oriented. Cristina knows just how to keep things running smoothly, delights everyone and has a wonderful sense of humor. My husband and I marveled at the way she seemed to be everywhere at once, popping up like a genie when needed and then melting into the background to check on another detail. She doesn't miss a single thing, thinks of event logistics that would be so easy to regretfully overlook and has an incredible roster of preferred vendors. We planned our destination wedding in Santa Rosa from Portland, Oregon. Cristina was so helpful in filling in the details for what we could not physically see or vendors we could not visit. Our cake, florist, hair/make-up artist and DJ were all her preferred vendors, all offered wonderful value for their price points and were just amazing in their own rights! Cristina has wonderful advice and thoughts for the ceremony and reception flow, if needed (and I certainly needed all the help I could get!), but doesn't offer her opinion or advice unless requested. On a final note, my husband and I are not stuffy people and enjoy the company of those who can laugh, who add a personal touch and take joy in life and their work. Cristina IS that person. She is the consummate professional, yet in working with her, I felt so comfortable because she genuinely cares for her clients. To not work with Cristina would be such a missed opportunity. She's amazing. Period. read more
