I was going to buy a bike of a particular manufacturer..... let's call the A.... but by having other manufacturers onsite, I realized I could get a better bike of manufacture B. I wouldn't have known the shortcomings unless I came to Holeshot. Like the logo of all car/motorcycle dealers in Langley " cone to Langley, it's worth the drive". No pressure sales, in hindsight their stock sells so they don't need to pressure anyone to buy. Downstairs Robert in parts helped me pick of a luggage rack set. There is not one good thing to say about this place. My husband had his bike worked on here and they screwed up on the completion date a couple times which sucked. My husband arranged for a ride out there to pick up the bike but it wasn't ready when they said it would be so he had to scramble to get a ride home again. Total waste of time! I asked about getting a spare key ordered for my bike and they said it wasn't possible but they would order the blank needed. That cost $16 and didn't even cover the cutting cost. No mention that I could get the key blank anywhere else because they just wanted to gouge me on the price. The locksmith I used to cut the key said they only charge $5 per blank. I will NEVER spend another dime at Holeshot and recommend that anyone reading this stay away as well. There are plenty of other bike shops who will treat you a lot better. read more

Called Holeshot for a rear brake master celender for my kids crf150r and was quoted $350! So I asked parts guy if it was the same for a 250r as I own one and parts are easier to find. He said no different part anyways got home looked at both bikes and it's EXACTLY the same part. I found one on amazon for $20 and it fit perfect! I understand that amazon is cheaper but don't Lie to me and say it's not the same part Word of advice don't buy anything off these crooks! Maple ridge Motorsports are the best local dealer but unfortunately don't deal Honda's which I have 3 bikes and a quad, but they have all my business for my Kawi and Suzuki . read more

A warning to everyone who takes their Honda lawnmower in for repair. Don't! I purchased my Honda self propelled lawnmower from Holeshot and took it in for a tune-up and cable adjustment, when I got it home I was unable to roll it backwards - the rear wheels locked up. I took it back and they charged me more money to "look at it". Then they told me there was nothing wrong with it - that this was normal. This was when the lawnmower was not even running. I complained to the manager and was told the same thing - he was rude and obnoxious. Buyer beware! read more

Enquired by telephone about a 10,000 bike and spoke to the salesrep named 'Rok' and mentioned I was going to pay cash in full and I was interested in buying the bike in question... I requested the VIN and carfax so that I could check out the motorbike further before going into their dealership so as not to waste everyones time I gave him my first name and email and telephone number and yet he refused to send me any information unless I threw in my last name....probably to run a credit check against my wishes. So sayonara...any salesrep that is not happy to send you a VIN number is playing games....and that is a sighn of what will be coming down the road IMO so make sure you get a vin upfront or walk I say...if there is nothing to hide and a dealer is playing fair ball a vin number should be a no brainer. Funny thing is if he had been more upfront with me I was likely going to buy the motorcycle but I found that behavor sketchy. read more

Not only does this dealership have serious communication problems within their organization but there seams to be little to no follow up on what they say! Not only was my Gold Wing delivered to me with a damaged heat shield that only service knew about but it was also underfilled on oil by a full liter. I suspect they filled it according to an GL1800B@3.5lt. rather than the Gl1800D@4.5lt.!! Keep up the good work guys!! read more

Had been waiting about 2 months for Givi Cases to arrive for my bike. The day I had slated for install and oil change, things got backed up and they weren't able to get any work done on my bike. To make amends Greg from Servicing went above and beyond and made sure the install and oil change was completed the next day and with minimal effort at all from my end. I used to deal with Holeshot Motorsports for years but... Yesterday (19/05/09) I called them to make an appointment to have a recall item repaired on my 2003 Honda Goldwing. Well, when I finally got through and talked to the service rep, (some female), I was told that they don't work on bikes older than 2009 in the spring and summer. I've never heard of anything like this before. This is the dumbest, most unprofessional thing I've ever heard of any business. So... If you have an older motorcycle, DON'T bring it to Holeshot Motorsports in Langley BC. She suggested that I call Burnaby Honda Dealership for any work I need. I live east of Chilliwack so the drive is way out of the way. When I am going to buy and new motorbike, it won't be from the arrogant Holeshot Dealership. read more

Blatant dishonesty right from the start. I came from Kamloops to make a deal on a pre-owned bike that's been in the showroom for several months. I immediately noticed that the price said it has been reduced by $1000 but also noticed that the original price had actually been raised by $500. Right away I was feeling like they weren't being honest. I told the salesman that I was interested in the bike and, although I'd seen it there over 3 months ago, he said they had just got it last week! More dishonesty. I made a low but reasonable offer, hoping to start some negotiation but they refused to negotiate so I left. No problem with that part but I was disappointed to leave without a bike. My husband owns a Honda motorcycle. He phoned for a part and was told that they would get back to him. He phoned a day later, was told again that they hadn't gotten around to it yet, but would definitely get back to him. One week later, no phone call. My husband owns 3 different Japanese motorcycles, buys a lot of accessories...will NEVER deal with them again. He feels that they are completely useless. read more

My brother and I went to Holeshot last weekend to check out what they had there for sale. We had a great time talking to the staff and they where very helpful. Great place to buy gear and the prices are competitive to the US market. If they don't have it in stock they can order for you. We came in with money to spend on a bike that we had asked them to put on hold for him after he called to make sure it was in. It was a rainy day, guy not only asks him why my husband wanted to buy a bike on a rainy day but also speaks to him like he's crap only because my husband said "he learnt to ride in this weather" BUT we also find out that the bike was sold days before but they left the ad up to bait other buyers. Drove here yesterday to pick up a pair of boots I've been wanting as they seemed to be the only ones in town who actually stocked it. The salesgirls were super nice, knowledgable, and patient as I like to do my own thing and not be pressured when shopping. It was nice that they semi-matched the price of another local dealer who has a 7-10 day wait to receive your items with zero return policy. I love shopping for gear and parts here. They are extremely friendly and really go out of their way to find what your looking for and make great recommendations. The first thing you will notice is that they have a receptionist by the door that is always there to great you with a smile. And the rest of the staff are knowledgable. I purchased my motorcycle from here summer 2015 and I'm just writing this review because shops like this deserve it. Since then I've purchased numerous parts and gear from them and with out a doubt I always get treated like family. Or maybe I just go there to often... BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! DO NOT SHOP AT HOLESHOT!!!! 3 months ago I walked into HOLESHOT to buy parts for my dirt bike. The parts I ordered would have to be shipped in. I Asked Jon Lesurf how long would it take for the parts to arrive. He said " about a week". The total for these parts came to $1568, which I paid in full. The Parts didn't arrive when he stated. Every week Jon would tell me they would be in. Patiently waiting, I finally got a call, approximately 6 weeks later saying they were in. When I went to pick up the parts, upon inspection, the parts were a lower end version of what I ordered. Jon insisted they were just as good. And they also carried a value of $300 dollars less, with no price kick back for me. Not only that, the parts were scratched, and were not assembled properly. I told Jon for the money I'm Paying. I want what I paid for! I did not here back from Jon for 6 more weeks. 3 months a couple days now and still no parts. I decided I had enough and went into holeshot to get my money back. Jon once again said they will be here this week. Yet he didn't even know if they had been shipped out yet or not. I demanded my money back. He directed me to the "owner" Dan Reynolds. Dan would not give me my money back either. While talking to Dan. Jon Mentioned to Dan that the parts are now being assembled buy a bunch of kids. After hearing that and seeing the first batch of parts I no longer have trust in them or Holeshot. They're not holding up to there part of there policy. The parts I purchased are not electrical. I haven't received the parts to even be able to return them. I'm simply just trying to cancel my order. New to the area so not familiar with local dealerships. Went in last Saturday with a friend who is looking to buy "in the spring". Well, the large selection at Holesport allowed her to sit on a variety of bikes and she fell in love with one. She knew I desperately wanted a bike but I didn't think I could get financing (been out of the country for so long, I have a zero credit score). Marq (very pleasant and personable) at Holeshot worked with us on the price for two bikes - a 2014 Honda CTX700 for her and a *gorgeous* 2014 Yamaha FJR 1300 ES (my dream bike!) for me. They gave us a bit of a deal - not exceptional but OK. Then we went to see Tammy and my stress levels ramped up. But Tammy worked her butt of attending a deal that fit within my budget. It wouldn't have been possible without her. Then yesterday I go out to my bike and it's dead. No idea why. I call Marq in a panic (today is likely to be the only sunny day we see in the next 10 days). He comes out this AM to pick the bike up. It takes all day but they can't find a cause. Charged up the battery and it runs. Marq kindly comes to get me (I only live 15 mins away from the dealership) and sends me on my way. So - my first interactions with Holeshot were very positive. Marq is a (relatively) "un-pushy" sales guy and Tammy in sales is a sweetheart. Time will tell as I go to them for service and accessories (I don't buy online unless the deal is insane - I prefer to support my local dealers to help keep them in business and you should too) whether or not this rating will remain a positive one but, right now, I highly recommend Holeshot Motorsports. read more

Called to book an appointment with the motorcycle service department, due to a failure causing the bike to be non-ridable and is under warrenty. The service representative ask my name, (looked me up and found my info as I have been a customer since before they moved north, purchasing multiple new and used motorcycles as well as thousands in gear and accessories), and was told they would call me back....24hrs later no call, so I called back, I was then told bluntly that they are so busy with paperwork they did not have the time to book me an appointment and that they would call when they have the time. It has now been 6 days and still no call to "MAKE AN APPOINTMENT". I will state that I now have my machine currently being repaired at their competitions facility, which have been very professional and will likely get my bike back before hole shots service department can even make an appointment. "Disappointment" as this is the worst service I have "never" received and I will be buying my next bike in the spring with the competition even though it is far out of the way...gave them 2 stars as I have had good service is the past, but as they say "the past is the past". read more

Decent retail space for gear and parts downstairs, and good selection of bikes up stairs in the show room. Really nice sales staff, marq helped me out. Also Tammy in finance is really amazing, she gave me great advice and was really helpful. But my bad experience is with Ron in service. I believe he is the shop manager, I can't remember. But he is the reason I won't be going back. I brought my bike in for an icbc claim and it was not repaired properly, and it took wayyy longer than expected. Trying to voice my concerns with Ron felt like an argument and I'm not a confrontational guy so that made me feel uncomfortable. Then what pushed me over the edge was when my car batterie died in the parking lot about 7 months later. I asked for a booster pack from the service dept. and Ron told me they didn't have a booster and that I had to go parts and buy a one. when I got to parts to ask if I could borrow one, the guy working the counter got upset and went to the service dept. He came back to me a few minuets later with a booster pack that service uses and I started my car. I thanked the guy that helped me and told him about my troubles. The parts guy was not surprised at all about Ron being a jerk. Apparently that's just how he is. I bought my first bike there and when I'm looking to upgrade I won't be coming back. I feel bad because I had good service from everyone else at holeshot, but I don't want any of my money going toward Ron's paycheque. read more

I recently purchased a Honda Africa Twin from this store and I have to say the after sales service sucks big time. I wanted to schedule my first service and the wanted a ton of time and 30% money than the local shop and the first service is simple. My salesman at the time was awesome till the sale is made then he pissed off and offered no support, this guys name is Wayne and he ain't nothing special. My bike speedometer is 10% off which I feel isn't right, maybe 5% at most and when I called the service guy he said that this is normal and they can't do anything about it. I road my bike to Honda Carter in Kits and the young fella Erik said bring it inside and let's test the sensor for free. I also bought gear from Honda Carter because they were way cheaper for the same thing. The only thing I can say good about Holeshot is the financing department Tammy and team is awesome but unfortunately the sales and service suck bad. read more

Wow I called holeshot to ask what it would cost to mount new tires that I already have on the rims for my motorcycle and they told me they won't do that,it's their busy season. They only mount tires that they sell, not a very good example of good customer service makes me want to take all my business elsewhere. read more

My family and friends have been going here for years. Sadly now none of them say they will return after how they dealt with me and my dirtbike repairs. I brought in my dirtbike (that has been very reliable year after year) with an odd noise while at an idle that I couldn't figure out. After they looked at it they came to me with a bill of almost two thousand dollars. After much debate I decided to get the repairs done rather than purchasing a new bike. It ran good and the noise was gone. After about 15 hours of riding, it lost all power, over heated and oil was puking out of the crank case breather valve. A bolt that holds an oil screen inside the crank case was not tightened properly and it shot around the crank case and destroyed my oil pump and who knows what else. After explaining what happened to the manager of the service department, they offered me absolutely no help and took zero responsibility. All the work they did was in the crank case and they are denying any wrong doing. Now I'm left a broken bike all bevause it git fixed at holeshot. I thought they were a trustworthy place to get work done, that's clearly not the case. My recommendation would be to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I recently went to checkpoint yamaha in port moody and they are worth the drive!
