This was an excellent experience overall and I recommend 100% I think the other comments about her asking what someone wants to spend was misinterpreted as trying to rip off and really it was asked from a place of I want y to I be fair to you before getting fully into it. thanks a bunch!

The day before pickup, I was suddenly informed the bike was actually coming from Quebec. What followed was 5-6 weeks of terrible communication and zero accountability. I had to repeatedly chase updates myself, while most responses came from an automated bot or vague messages saying the bike was "coming soon" with no actual delivery date. No one proactively contacted me during the entire process. When the bike finally arrived, the staff showed little concern for the inconvenience caused. I was also charged more for a part than the price displayed on the tag. For a business selling expensive vehicles, the level of organization and customer service was honestly unacceptable. I contacted the dealership directly to resolve these concerns before posting publicly and received no response.

I purchased my bike at the Vancouver location (now closed) and have to deal with going to Langley but don't want to drive there when I have no appointment to get work done. I wouldn't have known the shortcomings unless I came to Holeshot. Like the logo of all car/motorcycle dealers in Langley " cone to Langley, it's worth the drive". No pressure sales, in hindsight their stock sells so they don't need to pressure anyone to buy. Downstairs Robert in parts helped me pick of a luggage rack set. My husband arranged for a ride out there to pick up the bike but it wasn't ready when they said it would be so he had to scramble to get a ride home again. Total waste of time! I asked about getting a spare key ordered for my bike and they said it wasn't possible but they would order the blank needed. That cost $16 and didn't even cover the cutting cost. No mention that I could get the key blank anywhere else because they just wanted to gouge me on the price. The locksmith I used to cut the key said they only charge $5 per blank. I will NEVER spend another dime at Holeshot and recommend that anyone reading this stay away as well. There are plenty of other bike shops who will treat you a lot better.

brought my zodiac in told them to check for water leaks, and air leaks . they charged me a…read morediagnostic fee of $80 and fixed the air leak pontoons cost me $750 for two patches they did not fix the obvious 1 inch tear in the bottom of the boat said that that was not included on although I did specify that was and I also verified it when I picked it up that that had been looked at and addressed Tried to tried to explain my situation that the bottom should've been addressed or at least noted and got nowhere. The next issue was with a carb repair. They sold me an aftermarket carb kit, even though I came to the dealer expecting to get Yamaha parts. I sat on it for two months and my heated garage and brought it into them to do the rebuild. They told me there would be no warranty as the unit was not there. I took it up north and installed the carb . Had the exact same problem as before I brought the carb in fuel was leaking through it. I barged my unit across the lake and brought it back 5 Hour drive back to GA checkpoint in coquitlamget . They told me that the needle valve was corroded and that they would have to charge me to replace it with a Yamaha part and charge me $200 labor. I explained to them that there is no way that would've been corroded. And it was the original needle valve from when I purchased the unit .There was absolutely no adjustment to the invoice although I explained my situation at great detail. I'm very dissatisfied with the service department and the tech who worked on the unit. There is no point in dealing with a reputable dealer, if this is the way they warranty their products and installation. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting work and service at a reasonable price.
