From the moment I arrived, Alex brought a sense of calm, care, and sincerity that is far too rare in customer service today. There was no rush, no indifference, no sense of being "just another car." Instead, there was patience, attentiveness, and a quiet kindness that immediately put me at ease. Alex took the time to explain everything clearly, checked in thoughtfully, and treated me with dignity and respect throughout the entire visit. What stood out most was not just the technical competence--though that was excellent--but the humanity. Alex noticed when I seemed overwhelmed and responded with reassurance rather than pressure. That kind of emotional intelligence cannot be trained from a manual; it comes from genuine character. In a space that can often feel transactional and impersonal, Alex made it feel safe, supportive, and even comforting. I left not only confident that my vehicle had been well cared for, but also unexpectedly grateful. Grateful to have been treated like a person. Grateful that someone showed up to their job with integrity and heart. Grateful that places like Jiffy Lube Maple Ridge have team members like Alex, who elevate the entire experience simply by being who they are. If you're lucky enough to be helped by Alex, know that you are in exceptionally good hands. This is the kind of service that restores faith--and it deserves the highest praise.

Some shady stuff! That was then, this is now. They have changed much of the crew and there seems to be a big drive to honesty which is refreshing at the least. A previous oil change the tech lost a part of my oil filter bypass valve which was caught (noticed) by another subsequent oil change company. I went back and confronted these guys and very apologetically they made the problem right at their expense. Kudos! If they keep this up I will be happy to keep coming back. You really have to appreciate their prices. And quick service. I say give them another try and I think you'll be happier with them.

After having the car pushed to a mechanic confirmed the car was not starting because the engine was "Dripping with oil" and was hydrolocked. After spending over $1,300 for my oil change and repair, Mobil1 Walnut Grove refused to accept the facts and provide any sort of compensation or reimbursement. I don't know how they can deny the facts. These humans are disgraceful and should not be allowed to run a business.

I had called many repair shops with no luck to even be looked at as everyone was booked solid for a week. I called Minit-Tune and they said they would look at it, woohoo! I had it towed to the shop and once I got there they said they would look at it sometime that day as they too where busy with appointments all day. I was just so happy they were willing to look at it. They looked at it and said my battery was gone so they replaced that and did find out it was the battery that shorted out causing my alternator to go. Of course this is Monday and I was sleeping in my motorhome and didn't want to pay for a hotel so the owner had said we could stay in it out back of the shop for the night. Bob the owner, had parked it pretty level and gave us a power cord for power for the night and we were set. Tuesday they got an alternator in and had that changed out but it wasn't the right one. My motorhome is a 1990 so parts are hard to find for it. Tuesday they got another alternator and put that in and again it didn't work. So we stayed another night behind the shop, and Wednesday they had actually build and alternator for it and it worked!! We were on our way by 4pm Wednesday with a working motorhome. I was so pleased with Bob and all the shop guys. They worked hard on the problem even when they were all so busy. I can't thank them enough for fixing my motorhome and letting us stay out back. I would go back to Minit-Tune in heartbeat for help. They went over and above to help me out. Highly recommend this shop to anyone needing service.
