It is with great regret that I write this review for Daytona Motorsports since I've heard nothing…read morebut great things about them. Now keep in mind I haven never been to their location but visited their booth at the Vancouver Motorcycle Show and this was my experience dealing with them... There was a lady working at their booth that was completely rude to me at the show. She completely interrupted one person working there that was in the middle of helping me just cuz she thinks what she has to say is more important, and it wasn't! It's something that could've waited. I brushed it off at that point. I later saw a icon body armour behind the counter and she happened to be there. So I politely asked her how much that armour was, she told me the price as she was staring at a different customer. I was interested in purchasing it but clearly she had no interest in helping me. I can understand that it's was extremely busy. But she had just finished helping someone and she happened to be free. I specifically went there just to visit their booth cuz I heard great things about Daytona Motorsports. But I don't see it. Now I've posted this review on their Facebook page and it was deleted because I assume they did not want bad publicity. I get that. But I did not feel like a valued customer. Although the gentleman that did help me at first was awesome.

It's wonderful to be on a first-name basis with their parts, service, and sales guys. They really treat their customers like friends... Also important, as a woman new to the sport of dirt biking, I can tell horror stories about getting ripped off by mechanics, etc. So glad I found these guys, they'd never treat their female clients like I've been treated elsewhere. Without hesitation, I send my girlfriends who ride here... Five stars, highly recommend these guys.

Absolutely abysmal service…read more I bought my first bike from International and the sales person was genuinely helpful and no pressure. However, thats where the good review ends. Once the purchase was made, they dropped off the face of the earth. I had questions about bringing my bike in for service and finance and EVERY single email and phone call I ever made was not returned. A few months after that, I started receiving texts asking if i was still looking for a new bike and when I explained via text that i already had bought one, and my messages werent being returned, whoever on the opposite side tried to call me once, and then stopped responding to the text conversation. When I was finally able to bring it in for service - I had to ride to their old Grandview Hwy location to book an appointment - while the bike was in for service, they had to move the bike to their Langley location because of some safety issue with the building. Sure. I get it. Things like that happen. However, they wouldn't return my bike to East Van for me, and I had to miss a day of work so I could bus out to Langley from east van to collect my bike. I repeat, I had to take a day off work so i could bus from East Van to Langley to get my bike. This was weeks after they first took my bike in for service. The only thing they said was 'Sorry. Its been crazy.' and 'We'll knock off 10% off the bill'. I work in film, and lots of us ride, and I use every opportunity to tell my colleagues what a miserable experience it was dealing with International Motorsports. Never again will they get my business.

My bike was on the bench 10am, off at 10:30. My husbands bike on at 10:30, off at 11:04am Each bike took 30 minutes to complete as we watched/timed the work being done by Cory. Justin charged 1.5 hrs PER bike. My husband argued and stated that we watched and timed the bikes to 30 min each. Cory came out and started yelling at my husband and disrespecting him. My husband who is calm cool and collected paid the two invoices of $266.01, as he thought that he will take this through different channels. After my call with Justin and him trying to scare me off by stating he has video surveillance, I told him to provide me the time stamped video surveillance of the shop work, up to today I have not received the video proof. He stated, this is stupid and this is why we don't let clients stay and wait for their bikes. (Our comment was...yes, so your unsuspecting customers can be ripped off without their knowledge) Justin then stated to me, if you don't have pictures of the bikes on the table, you have no proof. We have now put a complaint into BBB (Better Business Bureau) We are asking for one invoice of $266.01 to be reimbursed. We as customers were treated so unprofessionally and this business is ripping off customers. They practice shady business practices and conduct. This is not about the money, it's about the principle and how we were treated and outright lied to by this business. They are NOT BBB accredited and they at this time have not responded to aligations or provided said video surveillance to BBB on the timed and dated work done on our bikes. This tells everyone everything there is to know about this company. This is our horrible personal experience and review with Denco Cycle and its owners, in Surrey.

I have used this shop three times on my old girlfriend's 1991 Yamaha Radian. I first found them…read moreafter Daytona said they prefer NOT to work on older bikes, not even their own (what the hell??). The Radian was rough starting and idling badly and had not been winterized properly (she was really slack at maintenance before I took over). They cleaned , rejetted and adjusted the carbs and it ran like a dream afterwards. We also had chain and sprockets replaced there and she said it rode so smoothly it felt like a new bike. And lastly for her birthday I sprung for some new tires and while the wheels were off the re-did the fork seals. All the work has been top notch and fairly priced and they really seem great with older bikes. We also had difficult schedules to get in there and they were totally accommodating. We dropped the bike off after we were both off after work at midnight and put the key through their mail slot. When the work was done we paid by credit card over the phone, they put the key under the seat and we picked it up after hours with her spare key. They were also cool with installing the tires even though we had bought them on sale from Fortnine.ca. I will be going back to them with my 2015 Yamaha FJ-09 for tires shortly and likely new chain and sprockets too. I only wish they were a little off the beaten path, as I will have a bit of a transit trek after I drop off my bike, but if you have someone to give you a ride home and back that's a non-issue.

No pressure sales, in hindsight their stock sells so they don't need to pressure anyone to buy. Downstairs Robert in parts helped me pick of a luggage rack set. My husband arranged for a ride out there to pick up the bike but it wasn't ready when they said it would be so he had to scramble to get a ride home again. Total waste of time! I asked about getting a spare key ordered for my bike and they said it wasn't possible but they would order the blank needed. That cost $16 and didn't even cover the cutting cost. No mention that I could get the key blank anywhere else because they just wanted to gouge me on the price. The locksmith I used to cut the key said they only charge $5 per blank. I will NEVER spend another dime at Holeshot and recommend that anyone reading this stay away as well. There are plenty of other bike shops who will treat you a lot better.
