They have 3 lanes, allowing 3 different vehicles to be serviced first come first serve. They checked all my lights and gave me the price before working. They were done within 5 minutes. The location of this Mr. Lube is a bit difficult to reach as you can only get in from one direction and leaving is similar. However service was good and efficient.

I called at around 12ish on Saturday thinking that they may not be open or even if they are they may not have time for my very very small job. To my pleasant surprise, after a few rings, a gentleman answered and after telling him my problem, he asked me to see him at 3:30pm! He did say that they are very busy but still willing to take a look see for me, naturally, I expressed my appreciation! On arrival, I was a bit taken with how busy this little shop is, but only after standing at the counter for about 5 mins. I was acknowledged by Jackson (the gentleman on the phone), he immediately took my car in and asked us to come back in about an hour. Seeing how friendly everyone is when they come in, I know that all are regulars, which is a good sign already! Jackson, then proceeded to check my car and his advice was to use another power outlet instead since the car's USB may not have enough voltage for my multi-headed charger. He also checked all the fuses and they all turned out fine. With mystery solved, I am now happy to use the other power outlet. Jackson was so nice that he only changed me a minimum fee, which is very generous of him to do so! I go there at 1:00 pm the next day, am told the wrong filter arrived, and they wouldn't be able to get the correct one until Tuesday because of long weekend. 5pm the same day get a call saying the filter came in (which means they lied to me about receiving the wrong filter). Just before they about to start, he says it's going to be $171 plus tax! That's nearly $200 for an oil change and $32 more than I was told the day before. Guy says he doesn't know who I talked to the day before and that's the price.

We needed to drain the oil pan after we added a bit too much. They added an air filter which was only 20 bucks so the oil change was.. well, really effing pricy. Everything is still working though so it's an A-OK experience all around.
