brought my zodiac in told them to check for water leaks, and air leaks . they charged me a diagnostic fee of $80 and fixed the air leak pontoons cost me $750 for two patches they did not fix the obvious 1 inch tear in the bottom of the boat said that that was not included on although I did specify that was and I also verified it when I picked it up that that had been looked at and addressed Tried to tried to explain my situation that the bottom should've been addressed or at least noted and got nowhere. The next issue was with a carb repair. They sold me an aftermarket carb kit, even though I came to the dealer expecting to get Yamaha parts. I sat on it for two months and my heated garage and brought it into them to do the rebuild. They told me there would be no warranty as the unit was not there. I took it up north and installed the carb . Had the exact same problem as before I brought the carb in fuel was leaking through it. I barged my unit across the lake and brought it back 5 Hour drive back to GA checkpoint in coquitlamget . They told me that the needle valve was corroded and that they would have to charge me to replace it with a Yamaha part and charge me $200 labor. I explained to them that there is no way that would've been corroded. And it was the original needle valve from when I purchased the unit .There was absolutely no adjustment to the invoice although I explained my situation at great detail. I'm very dissatisfied with the service department and the tech who worked on the unit. There is no point in dealing with a reputable dealer, if this is the way they warranty their products and installation. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting work and service at a reasonable price. read more

They had our zodiac for 16 months, did no work on it and returned it to us filthy, leaking and missing pieces. We made an appointment and took the boat to them in September 2022 as the glue holding the bottom to the pontoons was failing. We followed up with calls every few weeks. We left messages that were not returned and when we did connect with an actual person we were assured they would call us right back with an update and then never heard from them again. Finally in spring 2023 a helpful woman in the service department took up our cause and located our boat - they had misplaced it for the last eight months and no one had even looked at it yet. After more delays we finally got a quote for the repair in August 2023 and gave the go ahead for the work to be completed. Nothing was ever done. Finally in January 2024 we asked them to return our boat. I'm not sure how they were storing it but it was filthy and now had four leaks that didn't exist when we brought it in and they had lost two pieces. We took it to another service provider who made all the repairs in two weeks. read more

Wouldn't recommend buying a bike here. I was helped by Mac Siwocha who was very kind and pleasant (hence the two stars). The thing that really got me however was when I purchased a brand new bike. I took it home and for the next week I had trouble starting it up. The engine wouldn't turn over, most likely because the battery had been sitting on the show room floor for so long. When I told Mac about this, he said I was wrong and asked for proof. So I sent him a video of the bike failing to turn over. Even then, he proceeded to "mansplain" about how I needed to prime the electrics first before turning on the ignition etc. I work at a motorcycle shop, so I was very familiar with how to turn on the bike. It wasn't until I trekked all the way out to Maple Ridge again to show them the problem face to face. They took the bike back for an hour before bringing it back out. I don't know what was going on back there, but the battery is still drained and the bike won't turn over. 2 months later and now I have to back again a third time to get this fixed. I'll keep you updated on whether or not they charge for this. Needless to say, very displeased. Will not be dealing with this company after this is resolved. read more

I wouldn't buy a Yamaha Waverunner from this dealership! I purchased a brand new 2016 FXho Waverunner from them in 2018 (demo model) with a full factory warranty. Right from the start it would not ride level & water would leak into the hull, it was leaning to the left and got worse with 2 or more people on it. I contacted them & took it in to have looked into. I didn't hear back from them for 5 weeks. Lots of excuses & then told they adjusted the steering a bit and tightened a couple of screws. I took it out again & the problems were still there. Then fall rolled in and they said it was too cold to test again. Fast forward to spring, I stopped in early in the spring & arranged to drop it off to test again. Another 5 weeks then told they couldn't find the issue. I was told the Yamaha rep would contact me. I never heard from him. Finally I made arrangements to go for a ride with a tech. He then admitted that those issues shouldn't be happening. He would contact the Yamaha Rep and he would get back to me. Finally after almost 3 weeks I received an email stating that they couldn't replicate the issues on a different Waverunner. That's obvious, it's my Waverunner that's having issues not the one they tried replicating the issues on. I have emailed repeatedly to the Yamaha Customer Service Rep with no replies & definitely no word of repairing the issues. Between this dealership & Yamaha, I wouldn't purchase another Yamaha product again. Their warranties aren't any good. read more

Expect to be on hold for 10 minutes if you need to call them. It takes weeks for them to order parts. And they make plenty of errors. (Forgot to put in my order in one instance. Damaged my motorcycle in another instance. And made zero concessions for doing so.) read more

Avoid at all cost! They sold me a brand new inflatable boat that leaked from the factory. I brought it back for them to inspect and they told me that the seams were all over welded at the factory. They told me they would look into the problem and call me back. I phoned over a dozen times and was given the promise that someone would call me back every time, but nobody ever called me back! This game went on for a month before I finally cornered the manager (Brendon Keys) he told me that Zodiacs have no warranty and that he had patched up my boat and to come pick it up. I told him I didn't buy a patch work boat and the only reason I bought a Zodiac was because he told me they were superior to all other inflatables. After a month of waiting I needed to have a dingy for my family boat and sure as hell didn't want another leaky zodiac so I bought a different brand, "cheep Chinese crap" as they called it...(No leaks) that comes with a 5 year warranty. He said he didn't care and he wasn't going to give my money back. read more

Making it Right! Dropped my bike off for its first service yesterday and was assured it would be done by the end of the day. Unforeseen circumstances made it so that they couldn't get to it but Pat at the shop offered to make it right by having my bike picked the next day from my work, do the service and have it dropped off again. The next morning, as promised, Pat called and said he was sending the truck to pick up my bike. Within an hour, my bike was picked up, the service was done and the bike was dropped off well before the end of my work day. Thanks fellas! read more
