Back in September 2025, I originally went in for a newer model, but due to tariff delays they sold me a 2023 Sportster S instead. Fine, I was still excited about the bike. After hours of paperwork and waiting, they told me the bike was finally ready. I walked outside, sat on it, and the bike wouldn't even start because the battery was completely dead. On top of that, the tire pressure was low, and one of the bolts holding the left mirror was missing entirely. I genuinely don't understand how a dealership hands over a "new" motorcycle without even properly checking if it starts or if basic safety items are in place. Then came the first service, they handed the bike back dirty without even bothering to wash it. Today was the final straw. I brought the bike in for the Sportster recall service and was told it would take around 1.5 hours. Instead, I ended up stuck there for SIX HOURS on a sunny Saturday while they kept saying "just a little longer." No accurate communication, no updates, and not a single apology from anyone the entire day. They completely ruined my Saturday and acted like my time had zero value. Delays happen. Complex repairs happen. But the complete lack of respect, communication, and accountability is what made this experience so frustrating. If they were telling me it could potentially take that long instead of 1.5h confident estimate I would have gone home and came back next week. Extremely disappointed. I absolutely cannot recommend their business.

Was ensured over the phone, while waiting for an oil change, that going with their in store battery would be a better option than a factory activated battery. I find out about 30 mins to close they didn't identify the correct size therefore the appropriate battery would need charging. Option was to let it charge over the weekend or leave with a 40% charged battery. When I came back I voiced my concern about how this situation unfolded and asked if they could remedy this somehow. The lady behind the parts counter was not only rude but unwilling to recognize a mistake on the shop's part shouldn't fall on the costumer. In the end, best she could do was a 10% discount on my next oil change (discount doesn't even account for Ubers or time off work). This individual lacks customer service, manners and paints the rest of the staff in a bad light. Keep your piece of mind and take your money elsewhere.

She told me, "ok, so you're gonna take an uber home now." I said yup, and I asked when it'll be done and she said should be done early next week (I took it in on a Friday). It's now a month later (had to call to get updates as they weren't notifying me about anything) and I get the bike home after costing me $817.23 for what I now know is a steering bearing replacement and not a front wheel bearing replacement which is what I thought they were doing because they simply didn't explain it to me. I get home, look at my front brakes and was confused because they look great. I took some photos (attached) and called the service department, emailed them the photos and turns out my front brakes are great and the service guy lied in his assessment saying they have 1mm left and need placing now. The email guy called back and said I don't know what the service man was talking about and said, "you're good, they have about 4mm left on them still, so no, they don't need replacing, I'll ask the mechanic what we was getting at later." End of story, I will NEVER take my bike there again for repair... even though the service guy David is great. Not a happy customer to say the least, especially seeing as how my motorbike is my only source of travel for work (they were aware of) and I lost out on a lot of work because of their poor communication skills and straight up deceit. Just a heads up! Don't trust what they tell you. Ps, wobble is STILL there, less so than before, but common guys, I'm just speechless right now.

My youngest kid recently moved back in with me after graduating from university far away, and…read morebetween the two of us, we've been juggling usage of my car. She had been saving up her money for a long time for a motorcycle (I have no idea how she initially hooked onto the idea of having one, as no-one in our family ever owned one or even contemplated having one. She is quite the black sheep in our family!), and this would be, by far, the biggest purchase of her life so far. As a parent, I gotta say, I wasn't thrilled, but I try to be supportive. She did a lot of research, looking into slightly used bikes, even checking some out and negotiating prices in Langley and beyond. She went to a motorcycle driving school and passed exams. She got the licenses. She called her bank to make sure all her ducks were lined up. And then she decided to check out a particular bike at this Honda dealership. And I was SO glad she did. Jason there was incredibly patient, answering all her questions (and mine). He and Derek were extremely knowledgable about the process of getting a motorcycle, the best ones to have as a new driver, all the details about the various bike models, etc. There was no pressure at all to buy any bike there and, after my kid fell in love with this particular bike, there was no pressure at all to purchase any additional warranties or insurances. I really appreciated how Jason said that my kid could always call or swing by if she had any questions at all about the bike or riding in general, and they there at the dealership would always be an available resource to her. As a parent, I couldn't have been more impressed. This, along with the bike's year-long warranty and the fact that it's a Honda, really provided me with a lot of peace of mind. Even though we live close to the dealership here, Jason acknowledged that it would be a bit scary for my kid to drive the motorcycle back (she's a spanking new driver!), so he offered to transport it in his truck, to our condo. Wow, so so nice. That was a HUGE help and relief, to my kid and me! The ICBC lady who came to the dealership to sign up my kid for motorcycle insurance and assign her a new MC license plate for the new bike was very patient and helpful, too. (How great, to have access to an insurance rep on site, eh? My kid didn't have to go to an ICBC office and return. Very convenient). And the bike she got is PERFECT for her, in every way. And she is elated with it. I've never seen her happier, TBH. I gotta thank Jason and Derek for making this whole experience so positive.

HIGHROAD vancouver COMMITED ICBC FRAUD They billed ICBC…read morebrand new parts but gave me my used parts repaired I was in an accident in with my motorycle in June, 2025. I was rear ended and was deemed not at fault. I sent my motorcycle to Highroad for repair. They insured me that everything would be replaced with brand new parts and the ICBC claim sheet showed I would receive all brand new parts. When i received my motorcycle back from Highroad, i noticed the paint work was very poorly done. It has paint/clearcoat drips, paint/clearcoat bubbles, unpainted areas, black plastic undercoat still showing, and dirt/dust stuck underneath the clearcoat. They agreed and said the bodyshop would repaint it in the winter time. December 2025, I take off my fairings to have bodyshop repaint it. I noticed one of the fairing wasn't brand new, it was my old fairing repaired and repainted. I was suppose to get a new fairing, badge, and decal worth $1100. I asked Highroad why I didn't get a new fairing, badge, and decal, they said they changed the ICBC claim to repair instead of replace. I checked over the parts sheet and that is not true. Then they said the parts weren't avaliable, also not true, i found mutiple places in stock with them. Then they said at the time, this was the best course of action. Also during repaint, I was suppose to have my brand new exhaust, frame sliders, and barend part installed. Highroad did not order them at all. It had already been 6 months since my accident. I asked them why they didn't order it yet, they said it is unavaliable. I emailed my exhaust manufacture, Austin racing, they replied back to me within a day and said they would be able to ship me one out in 3 weeks. The other parts i found easily on google. They charged ICBC $2355 to have my fairings painted at a bodyshop but I'm certain no certified bodyshop painted it. I asked them multiple times who the bodyshop they used is, they would not tell me. I told them I would drop off the fairings to the bodyshop for repaint but they wouldn't let me. I have text message proof that I'm being lied to multiple times about my issues. Pictures of the paint work: - Edges unpainted with paint/clearcoat drips - Black undercoat still showing through - Fairing they repaired and repainted. They masked the decal and the paint bled through - Headlight fairing backside is unpainted, other side is painted from factory which you can see - Hard to capture the dirt/dust under the clearcoat in photos but you can see how horrible the paint job is.

I took my bike here for inspection and I changed exhaust and other stuff by myself to make the bike safety same as a factory to pass the inspection and he said everything looks ok. But later than they called me and said your bike needs a ball bearing otherwise there is no way to pass the inspection and it will cost me 800$ for it . And for sure they know the bike with no inspection pass can't get insurance and it's hard to move it to another motorcycle services so you have no choice except listening to them . I called another motorcycle services today they ask me about some pictures of my bike and they said your bike looks fine to pass the inspection. Of course the inspection price in this store is around 150$ and it's cheaper but you not gonna pay 150$ at the end because they will make you to fix other things and pay extra money . *modern scam*
