I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Trev Deeley Harley-Davidson has been consistently disappointing from the day I bought my Sportster S. Back in September 2025, I originally went in for a newer model, but due to tariff delays they sold me a 2023 Sportster S instead. Fine, I was still excited about the bike. After hours of paperwork and waiting, they told me the bike was finally ready. I walked outside, sat on it, and the bike wouldn't even start because the battery was completely dead. On top of that, the tire pressure was low, and one of the bolts holding the left mirror was missing entirely. I genuinely don't understand how a dealership hands over a "new" motorcycle without even properly checking if it starts or if basic safety items are in place. Then came the first service, they handed the bike back dirty without even bothering to wash it. Today was the final straw. I brought the bike in for the Sportster recall service and was told it would take around 1.5 hours. Instead, I ended up stuck there for SIX HOURS on a sunny Saturday while they kept saying "just a little longer." No accurate communication, no updates, and not a single apology from anyone the entire day. They completely ruined my Saturday and acted like my time had zero value. Delays happen. Complex repairs happen. But the complete lack of respect, communication, and accountability is what made this experience so frustrating. If they were telling me it could potentially take that long instead of 1.5h confident estimate I would have gone home and came back next week. Extremely disappointed. I absolutely cannot recommend their business. read more

Great people working for this dealership. They're all very helpful and extremely friendly. I will continue to shop there.

Nice large store very cool museum i have been here numerous times over the years its very dark for some reason not enough bright lighting no couch to hang in the lounge area which is full of used trade ins but one nice couch in the clothing dept was looking for pants but they dont seem to really sell any but the clothing selection of styles is the best i have ever seen in my life i want to buy everything staff in clothing dept are always super friendly sales staff always huddle around each other and avoid customers all the time though we talked to one customer who said he was ready to buy really loudly in the end he had to ask a girl in clothing to help him cause no one paid attention to him read more

Great store very helpful. The ladies here were great. I can't tell you how great a deal. I got when.

We stopped here and met some super nice people! They not only helped up find some cool shirts for us and friends back home, they also told us about the cool little museum that's there! We got to check out the museum and then asked the cashiers where we could find something cool to do in town as we were just visiting for the day. The cashier went out of her way to make a few recommendations and then CALL a place to make sure they were open, after doing a few searches on Google and not finding any answers. Now THAT is customer service! Highly recommend shopping here. Super nice people and a wide variety of shirts to buy! read more

I am a female rider with a sportster who lives in the area. I went in to trev deeley today to replace 2 bulbs that were burned out. The parts guy looked up the 2 bulbs I needed and let me know they had one in but the other one I would have to go to somewhere else, and let me know it was an 1156. He then asked me for my phone number for the computer system and leaned over to another parts guy and stated loudly, "see how easy that was... now I have her number." He further humiliated me by then quizzing me on whether I remembered the number he had just stated for the other bulb I needed. I stated yes... 1156, and he said "good" in a condescending manner. "I'm glad you were actually listening to me". I had planned to look at some other merchandise but instead walked out of the store feeling very uncomfortable, sexually objectified and embarrassed. As a woman in the riding community in Burnaby I would just like to be able to go to the local Harley dealer to buy parts for my bike and not be treated like an idiot and subjected to creepy predatorial jokes about how the parts guy now has my 'phone number'..... read more

This is a great place. Came here to check out the shop and get some souvenirs. Excellent selection of men's, women's and kids Harley gear. Went through the motorcycle exhibition, was so cool to see the vintage bikes. The staff was SO friendly and helpful! Thank you so much Teresa!! read more

As a loyal customer of TDMC since 1991, I could write the complete story of how I was mistreated by the store manager with whom I made a deal and purchased my 2018 street glide, however, I will spare you the details and just say, if and when you make a deal with him, do yourself a favour, and get everything in writing so that when the time comes for the final deal and the amount changes, you have proof of how much more they are charging you. Cheers and hope you don't get taken like I was! PS: The parts and front sales people are fantastic! They have treated me with utmost respect and acknowledged my long term loyalty every time I've been there. read more

Visited the Harley dealership recently, it's located just off of boundary and East second... Their old location many years ago was just a few blocks south or there is some car dealership now... Very very clean showroom with lots of Covid protocols in place, definitely did not hinder my shopping experience. I was fortunate enough to be greeted by salesman named Andy. He is very knowledgable and great to deal with, now I'm just waiting to see if my neighbours will hear of roaring sound in our neighbourhood soon read more

Big shout out to Stuart, Carrie and Jason for the great customer service while I was shopping for a motorbike there. They were extremely flexible in putting together a deal that met my needs even when it meant a lot of extra work for them. Wonderful to see there are still businesses like Trev Deeley putting integrity, honesty and customer satisfaction first. read more

Lying con's right from the GM Darwin right to the bottom, blatantly lying and screwing a customer over $84 Will tell you they can't refund you a month later after multiple phone calls and emails pestering them wondering what's taking so long, due to a part they had in stock being "special order" when you call them out on it their head mouth breather in parts will say it's damaged and can't be sold but we're doing you a favour giving you a store credit. Stay far clear of this fraudulent business read more

The Service was great at one time... but the new team really really need help. They cant get it right. They over charged and didnt finish the job, and yet they seem to try hard but only using have their brains.. Ever since the the last manager left its gone down hill. read more

Beautiful building with a large clothing section and some motorcycles to purchase but was very impressed with the motorcycle exhibit they have an impressive collection. I'd come back again just to read all the info they have displayed as I was too distracted by all the bikes to take in the history and info posted. read more

As far as customer service in the merchandise, Jennifer Glatt was very patient and accommodating about an order I requested online and follow up warranty issue. As far as working on my bike, the service department never seemed to want my business. Not sure why, the work they did do was always paid in full on time. But this season I can't even get a quote or booked in for spring tune so I'll go elsewhere. read more

The museum was most brilliant and super educational. How did I not know about this?! My kids learned so much. We could have spent hours!!!!

Never been happier with a Dealership in my life! Let's start with the purchase of the bike. In my previous experiences, the dealership was super nice RIGHT until I paid for it. They literally just tossed me my keys and said... nothing really. This time around, as soon as I signed the paperwork, Matt Peterson (sales) says, "Let's take you around to meet everyone!" And he meant everyone! The parts team, the retail team, the accessories guy and then the shop! Met the techs, met the management. We talked about my bike, their bikes. It really made me feel like dropping 27,000$ on a bike was the best thing I could have done. It's been 2 months and I'm still in love with this machine. I've had to bring it into the shop a couple of time for minor stuff and they still treat me like I just bought it. Brock, Chris, Doug and the team are super genuine. Braeden, the tech who worked on my bike gave me the run down of all of the stuff he looked at, "just in case". Rad bikes, rad staff, great time. read more

I recently purchased a motorcycle from this dealership. This is my third purchase from this firm. I estimate that I have spent about $55,000 with them in total. Today I was taking my used (new to me) Ducati to a nearby dealership (about an 8 minute ride away) for an inspection. I had asked the sales manager Sean if he would send someone to bring me back to my car (probably a 15 minute round trip). Short story is he initially refused (& was quoting company policy) but then agreed. Unfortunately, he never showed up. I eventuality had to call a friend to rescue me. All this during December-probably one of the slowest times of the year. I had witnessed 4 employees while I was at Trev Deeley just standing around. It's hard to believe that this kind of dismissive attitude results in a successful company????? I will be sure to tell anyone who cares to listen. read more

I don't trust their service department. Spent over a thousand dollars to fix issues relating to my speedometer only to have it malfunction less than a week later. Charged me another billable hour when I brought it in and inform me they will not provide warranty for their work and wanted to take everything apart to trace the problem which could take many additional hours. I ended up taking the bike apart myself and traced it to a burnt fuse in 30 minutes. I'm not a professional or particularly handy but even I know enough electronics to isolate the problem. Bottom line is these guys cannot be trusted and I would not recommend rewarding businesses who are incompetent and dishonest. read more

My story would take too long. To sum it up if you buy a bike from Trev Deeley expect to be cheated and the service sucks. They do not back up their warranty. Any dealer would be better. Remember I warned you. read more

Not in the market for a new $30,00.00 bike, just wanted brake repair done on a 70's era bike. The first time I called I was told the guy who works on the older bikes broke his leg and I could "try Iver's - there rates are more reasonable that ours". The wrench i spoke to at Iver's didn't seem too interested either - they have a 2 month waiting list. When i e-mailed about an estimate for rear disc brake repair i was told (by the receptionist!) "typically here at Trev deeley we only work on the newer machines and I could try Lucky 51". Seems outfits like Trev Deely and Barnes are only intetested if you walk in and buy a $35,00.00 bike from them - buyer beware!. With HDs constantly breaking down or needing repair, HD businesses really don't need your business - people are lining up. read more

Really great merchandise for women, and the customer service I just received from Yuki was so above and beyond that I felt I had to write a review. Thanks so much! I had a blast shopping here! read more

Absolutely the worst to deal with. They never, and I mean never stand behind their work. Most recently they replaced a clutch cable which started leaking from the O ring within several hundred KM. Because I was on a trip to Sturgis I couldn't bring it in till I got back... So it was now over their 3,000 km so called "warranty" period they won't cover it.... I will never give them another dime. Stay away from this place, it's an absolute rip-off... One of their service writers once told me proudly that they have the highest shop rate in Canada.... read more
