I am done wasting my time with this crappy business and I reccomend you also find somewhere else to buy vw parts. I still dont even know if or when I will get the correct exhaust.

They used Motul 5w-40 X-Clean, which is one of the best! A long time ago, when I went to another shop, they said they can't do my alignment because my caster bolt is seized. It would cost a lot to have it fixed because it would mean dropping my front subframe. However the mechanic at Aria Auto was able to find out that my bolt actually wasn't seized, just that it had a little bit of rust. He gunned it out, put a new bolt in with some anti-seize, and gave me a custom alignment. All in all I saved a lot of money and time. All is well.
