My wife and I were interested in one of these Audi Richmond dealers cars in Richmond, BC this is what happened, . First of all; 1- Their salesperson Wilson had no clue and no knowledge about the car he was showing us, he did not even know how the AC worked and we've figured it out ourselves. 2- Wilson and his manager Jacky tried to rip us off by selling the car to us for $39,997 while the car was advertised in the sites, Autotrader, marketplace as well as CarGuru web site for $36,997 3- The manager did not want to negotiate the car price for he said he will talk to the warranty finance department to give us a good deal, but we found out that he lied to our faces three times and he has never talked to the finance department nor the warranty guy named Jerry. 3- The car has an airbag recall issue. This might be a simple issue but who would be happy to buy an over $42,000 car then take it to get it fixed right after buying it?? not a happy sense and rather unarguably disappointing. 4_ their sales manager, Jacky told us that they have not sold a car for a long time, now go figure and we wonder why. Make sure they have called you to let you know the items are ready for pick up first before heading over. Pay at the cashier by the entrance. Returns are also done at the back of the store. If orders are made through an account, the refund is credited back to the account. Big parking lot out front. Convenient to replace simple things for the car like cabin air filter.

I decided the first thing I wanted to do was add on a spoiler. I talked to one of my car-loving friends and he recommended Garage Five Performance Tuning to me. I emailed Garage Five some inquiries, and Rob was polite and professional in his replies. I think he's the owner or manager. I bought a spoiler for my car on eBay and had it shipped from US to Canada. I was a bit nervous about this because I've never done anything like this before. I was really careful and did my due diligence in making sure it was correct for my car model and the factory paint matching the vehicle -- and I had emailed all of that to Rob. Rob was very helpful. He was transparent about pricing and on the time needed to install it. The staff at Garage Five were very professional, friendly, and did a wonderful job installing the spoiler onto the car.
