But was refused by Kate, and was told that someone would get back to me, which never happened.

I emailed Garage Five some inquiries, and Rob was polite and professional in his replies. I think he's the owner or manager. I bought a spoiler for my car on eBay and had it shipped from US to Canada. I was a bit nervous about this because I've never done anything like this before. I was really careful and did my due diligence in making sure it was correct for my car model and the factory paint matching the vehicle -- and I had emailed all of that to Rob. Rob was very helpful. He was transparent about pricing and on the time needed to install it. The staff at Garage Five were very professional, friendly, and did a wonderful job installing the spoiler onto the car. They found a defective problem with the spoiler lights (which would be the fault of the eBay seller). I've uploaded a photo of the car spoiler. The car was previously an evo which was not disclosed in the ad and Sebastian had no pictures from when the car was put on aution due to an accident. We tried to negotiate the price of the car and asked if he would speak with his manager to even consider our offer since the car has been on the lot for more than a month. The sales rep refused to even go speak to his manager. He even encouraged us to buy from a different dealership entirely because it was a better price. After further discussion, he said he had someone coming on Friday that he was sure was serious and would buy - he emphasized that was because the person interested is a woman. My partner and I left at this point, beyond annoyed that the sales rep refused to even speak with his manager and the blatant sexism.

The customer lounge is nice and comfy, other than the big screen TV, I especially like the courtesy beverage they offer here.... really good.
