Never bought car at Richmond auto mall "European" dealers until recently. Always seemed the salespeople would turn around and find someone with same ethnic background as me. I went here recently and told them how I was treated at bmw and Mercedes. I also mentioned how I Langley dealers had better deals The sales guy treated me well and I was able to close the deal with a competitive deal Thx Audi team

My husband bought Q5 that had all the upscale features (panoramic sunroof, rear-view camera, heats seats, fancy interior) last year. We had to call them for fixing the brake that made squeezy noise! I took it back for service and asked them to fix it. The techican said, it's the way and only could cleaned up the brake reguraly. Plus they charge $134 per hour! Really? Kidding me! I believe there are better cars out there for such price range SUV!

Audi S3 2019

My family and I visited this dealership on August 29, 2019. We were hoping to try Audi out. My previous vehicle was a BMW. We were obviously looking for a safe car. The salesman, Aelred, sold us the brand new S3 2019. It was a $57k car. Not a cheap vehicle so you expect it would be safe and last for years. Long story short, my sister and I went on a road trip with the new S3 on December 16, 2019. We were on the way to Seattle. I felt like there was an imbalance between the front tires, so I pulled over on Hwy 99. There was no signal on the dashboard. The front right tire DISAPPEARED!!! We immediately called roadside assistance and waited for 90 minutes on the highway right outside the car. There was no Emergency Hazard Sign inside the trunk. I contacted the salesman, he simply told me that it doesn't come with the Emergency Hazard Sign. We had to stand in the rain. After the roadside assistance came and changed the tire, we had to go to the dealership to check all the tires. So we arrived at the dealership after being in the rain for so long and being so frustrated with the whole situation, the first reaction we received was the laughter from the receptionist. We were trying to ask for help, but they laughed at us. Later, we finally received help from the Service Department. He told us this $57k car doesn't come with a tire-pressure monitoring system. I was actually shocked. I thought it was such a basic component. I asked the salesman about the TPMS. The first thing he said was it's hard for him to tell me what comes with the car and what doesn't come with it. An attitude like that pissed me off the most. They just want to sell you the car without telling you how unsafe this car could be! Also, this vehicle went forward twice when it was in Reverse. Of course again, they couldn't figure out why it happened and claimed that the car was perfectly safe. At the end, I traded in this car and went to Mercedes. Fun fact: every single Mercedes car comes with TPMS as well as run-flat tires. Audi, it's 2020! Please step up your game!

I had a great initial experience here at Audi Richmond. Usually I go to another dealership for service because it's close to my office. But back in early December 2017, I had an urgent matter need to be resolved quickly. I dropped in first thing in the morning and the service advisor, Vic, greeted me as I walked towards the service dept. Told him my situation and within 45 mins I was on my way. Excellent customer service. Recommended. The dealership building is new and much larger than the previous building which has now been torn down. Inside is very modern and has two floors. Customer lounge is quite roomy.

Everytime I buy the financial person will explain in detail what I am charge for and for any additional services like extended warranty, I am told how much and for what services. When I bought from this dealer, they were included in the deal as if they were free. Added multiple items without asking me or revealing how much it cost. When I discovered it, no much was done to redeem the situation. DO NOT TRUST THE AGENT OR THE FINANCIAL PERSON. CHECK EVERY DETAIL. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER EVER AGAIN. The same thing happened to another person that I know that bought from them.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP - Read my experience below if you're so inclined:…read more My family has been a long-time customer of this dealership. We have purchased multiple vehicles from them and entrusted them to service our cars/SUVs over the years. My family's most recent vehicle, a Volkswagen Tiguan, was always serviced here (including a large $1,500+ service package as recently as February 2025). At the time of the incident described below, the vehicle had only ~110,000 km. Over the BC Day long weekend, my Tiguan broke down on the highway while traveling with my family, including two small children. The vehicle became completely undrivable, leaving us stranded on the side of the road for three hours and 20+ kilometers away from the nearest town. This turned what was meant to be a family trip into an incredibly stressful ordeal and forced me to rent a vehicle at a cost of nearly $2,000 for the week. Volkswagen Roadside initially agreed to tow my vehicle back to the Lower Mainland for $850. Several days later, I was suddenly told it would instead cost an additional $2,500. On top of that, I was initially charged by Comox Volkswagen $500 for a "diagnostic," only to inform me that the engine had a HOLE IN THE ENGINE BLOCK and would need to be fully replaced at a cost of $12,000 - $20,000. The treatment I received afterward was equally disappointing. Volkswagen of Richmond initially offered me $3,000-$5,000 for my Tiguan, but only if I purchased a new vehicle from them. Once I declined, they refused to give me anything for my vehicle. They also claimed they could help me through one of their affiliated dealerships, but after speaking with the manager this turned out to be a complete waste of time. To make matters worse, a dealership literally across the street immediately agreed to buy my broken Tiguan for $1,500, yet Volkswagen refused to help me move the vehicle over to complete the deal. To their credit, they offered me an extended warranty if I bought another Volkswagen, but after this ordeal I will never be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership again. Long story short: despite being a loyal customer, having purchased multiple vehicles here, and keeping my Tiguan regularly serviced at this dealership, I was left stranded, charged unfairly, offered misleading "solutions," and ultimately shown zero genuine support. They repeatedly said they wanted to "make things right," but in reality they were misleading at every turn. My Tiguan, with only 110,000 km and a full service history here, died on me and I was left with nothing. Volkswagen of Richmond offered me $0 for the vehicle while another dealer across the street paid cash without hesitation. This entire experience has completely destroyed my trust in this dealership and in Volkswagen's after-sales support. For anyone considering buying or servicing a vehicle here, I strongly encourage you to think twice.

Things everyone know about Toyotas include reliability, reliability and more reliability . Oh and of course higher than average resale value is a given too . But what I was referring to as Toyota-ness is a bit more subtle and nuanced . For example their 4 cylinder engines are fairly fuel-efficient in their own right but often emit a coarse or even raspy note when pushed . And yes their vehicles usually last for a looong time under normal driving but moments of excitement behind the wheel are few and far between . Also next time when you sit inside a newer compact Toyota product try pushing the cabin liner up against the roof and you might feel some hollowness which is somewhat disconcerting . That said I do applaud their work on the current gen Corolla as they all come standard with LED lighting and great styling not to mention advanced safety sensing technology . And don't even get me started on the newly redesigned Prius cos it looks simply stunning ! So to recap if you prioritize reliable , trouble-free and uneventful transportation then look no further than your local Toyota dealer .

(I'm not sure why one couldn't simply pay at the back when the item was being entered into the system with a price...) Having said that, the best part of the experience was having an advisor accompany me as we tried sockets of various sizes on unique winter wheels I had installed. We went in and out of the store to my car, eventually finding one that fit the tight lug nut openings and it saved the process of buying and trying/returning! === 4. It's bright, clean, and wide open to fit wheelchairs and baby strollers. Parking is plentiful in the shopping complex lot outside.
