We went to the office to ask about the part and was told to head to a big tent area and ask the person there for it. The tent was filled with so many motor parts and many more outside. The whole place looked like a junkyard except it was all about automobiles. The broken cars all stacked up and others just waiting to be smashed reminded me of the movie "Cars". The guy couldn't find the part in the tent and we followed him outside to another section filled with engines. He quickly removed the alternator from the engine. Unfortunately the amp was a different one from what we have. We told the staff inside the office. They tried to find some but there was none. They were helpful in telling us to try other auto shops which may have the parts. No hard selling or pressure tactics here.

Buyer beware!!!! We purchased a BMW from LP Auto with assurances that the vehicle was in great…read morecondition and had a clean inspection report. Fact of the matter is an inspection had not occurred yet, and we waited for this 'inspection' to happen at the 11th hour. Finally, at 6pm on a Friday evening we finally were presented with an inspection report that stated the vehicle had no issues. One month later while at a BMW dealership for a safety recall, a second inspection was conducted and over $2000 of repairs were found. Repairs of items that were NOT NOTED on the pre-purchase inspection report given to us by LP Auto. When we informed Evan the GM of LP Auto he first wanted to get a second opinion on the price of the repairs....but then would only pay a lump sum covering half of the costs stating... 'take it or I walk away' - leaving us to pay the remainder. We were so excited about our new car purchase, but were ultimately left with buyer's remorse. Would definitely not recommend LP Auto to Anyone.

Sent a message and Ellie Liu responded and made an appointment to go see. Went there and was greeted by Ellie and who was with another customer at that time, but didn't wait long. Saw and test drive the All Road and was impressed, so thought why not try to work something out. Went back and forth with negotiations, however it didn't work out due to my set budget. As much as I wanted to checkoff a bucket list item...no big deal. I saw other of vehicles they had and asked Ellie and long story short...I ended up a fantastic A4. I want to highlight that LP Auto is smaller, but from Ellie to the finance manager Jojo and the mean sales manager who wouldn't accept my offer for the All Road..lol and I'm kidding it was all professional. They were upfront, especially Ellie..kudos to her for being real which made it better. Thanks LP Auto. If you are looking...give LP Auto a chance and don't look at them as some smaller less comparable dealership.

I had to phone the bank and cancel the transaction to that bill of sale. The dealership rewrote up all the paperwork, at this point we sent the information out again. The payment came in within a couple hours. The next morning they agreed to deliver the united to the ferry terminal where I met them. They delivered it with an empty tank of fuel. I delivered the car home (10 kms) to find out the top windshield guard was missing. I text a picture to the salesman With the explanation, he relayed that his manager would warranty a motor, transmission, but not a body part???? Personally, knowing what I know now, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
