We went to the office to ask about the part and was told to head to a big tent area and ask the person there for it. The tent was filled with so many motor parts and many more outside. The whole place looked like a junkyard except it was all about automobiles. The broken cars all stacked up and others just waiting to be smashed reminded me of the movie "Cars". The guy couldn't find the part in the tent and we followed him outside to another section filled with engines. He quickly removed the alternator from the engine. Unfortunately the amp was a different one from what we have. We told the staff inside the office. They tried to find some but there was none. He also gave me a discount and added an engine steam cleaning service at no extra cost. The results looked as beautiful as new. I demanded a repaint, and they fixed most of scratches but left such small puddles all over. What made it worse was that they refuse to take the responsibility on causing such secondary damage.
