Buyer beware!!!! We purchased a BMW from LP Auto with assurances that the vehicle was in great condition and had a clean inspection report. Fact of the matter is an inspection had not occurred yet, and we waited for this 'inspection' to happen at the 11th hour. Finally, at 6pm on a Friday evening we finally were presented with an inspection report that stated the vehicle had no issues. One month later while at a BMW dealership for a safety recall, a second inspection was conducted and over $2000 of repairs were found. Repairs of items that were NOT NOTED on the pre-purchase inspection report given to us by LP Auto. When we informed Evan the GM of LP Auto he first wanted to get a second opinion on the price of the repairs....but then would only pay a lump sum covering half of the costs stating... 'take it or I walk away' - leaving us to pay the remainder. We were so excited about our new car purchase, but were ultimately left with buyer's remorse. Typically I'm very skeptical going to smaller dealerships and I've never heard good things about them. I saw an Audi A4 All Road LP had listed and it was a vehicle I've always wanted. Sent a message and Ellie Liu responded and made an appointment to go see. Went there and was greeted by Ellie and who was with another customer at that time, but didn't wait long. Saw and test drive the All Road and was impressed, so thought why not try to work something out. Went back and forth with negotiations, however it didn't work out due to my set budget. As much as I wanted to checkoff a bucket list item...no big deal. I saw other of vehicles they had and asked Ellie and long story short...I ended up a fantastic A4. I want to highlight that LP Auto is smaller, but from Ellie to the finance manager Jojo and the mean sales manager who wouldn't accept my offer for the All Road..lol and I'm kidding it was all professional. They were upfront, especially Ellie..kudos to her for being real which made it better. Thanks LP Auto. Just purchased a car from LP Auto a few weeks ago and was pleased with my shopping experience. Simone, my salesman was very friendly and accommodating. The finance manager and insurance manager were fantastic! Even went in with plans to not buy extended warranty but that JoJo is fair too good at her job to say no to. Manager wouldn't budge much on price, but car was priced fairly so I understand. Haven't shopping from a smaller lot like this before and was worried it may not compare to the larger dealerships I normally buy from, however not the case. Stating deal is done no more moving the car.（No contract sign and money transfer yet）Threaten to call off deal if car was out of their parking lot. start making excusing to lower the price for buy in. My fiancé and myself just left the dealership and if I could give them a -10 star review, I would. Terrible customer service, below poor organisation and non existent communication. They claim to make the process of selling your car easy and quick, but that is definitely not true. We went there at 10am as soon as they opened since we wanted the deal to be done quickly so we can get on with our day, and here we are 6 HOURS later just barely done. No effort whatsoever is done towards the customer. All they want is a quick flip and that's it. They gave us 3 different offers in less than one day for the same car after speaking with pretty much every single employee they had (minus the janitor). They are nothing but cheap scammers and trust me, they are not worth your time. On the phone they will tell you that they'll work with you and do everything to help but when you get there they'll haggle with you more than a Craigslist buyer. I was looking for a used 2014-2015 Lexus IS in the lower mainland cause my car lease was up. I went to LP Auto and they definitely had the best conditioned Lexus IS that I was looking for. The car was in mint condition and best overall shaped compare to any of the IS models from any other big dealerships. The car at LP auto was well taken care of with maintenance records and low millage. There were no scratches or dents. Also the sales Nikko took care of me and showed me about the car. In the end, Jojo in the business office was really nice and showed me different options I was able to purchase for my vehicle. Overall, I had a great experience here at LP auto purchasing a vehicle. LP was quick to admit the mistake, and were happy to compensate me for the cost of the extra key from BMW. Worst dealer I have ever dealt with. They lied about everything related to the car. They said it was fully inspected and serviced. I took the mercedes to a local shop and found 5 oil leaks faults on electric windows only two oil changes in 43,000 km and none recent. fuel delivery code errors at 38,000 km and 5 more since. Stopped at this point. Advertised as AMG e350 and the only AMG was the rims asked if it had AMG motor and was told yes absolute lie. Do not go there you cannot trust them read more

Don't buy a car here! It was the worst experience my husband and I have ever had buying a car! They are scammers and schemers. Hard to deal with and will not negotiate with you on price. After we gave in on the price they wanted we signed a written agreement and they backed out of the deal and they we're only willing to give us $2,500 for our trade-in when they originally promised $4250. They did not keep their word. We were very sad and disappointed after we drove out to Richmond from Chilliwack twice to make this deal and was very excited to take the car home and left empty-handed.
