We added roof racks and a trailer hitch which have allowed us to create memories in a short time. Neighbors have come over to compliment the CX-9, and both family and friends have loved it. Our previous vehicle that the CX-9 replaced was a Mazda and my other vehicle is also a Mazda. We think we have found the brand for us moving forward. The sales experience at Open Road Mazda and our ownership experience has been incredibly positive so far. Context: I contacted my nearest 10 Mazda dealerships all with the same questions to evaluate the level of service, when I was researching the CX-9. While I will not name specific dealerships, or sales representatives there was wide range of customer service. Some dealerships were not willing to communicate over email, which was imperative to me. I sent several emails to the different dealerships with multiple questions, of which many were not answered or answered with very limited information and sometimes contradictory information. Some of my questions were perhaps uncomfortable such as what separates your dealership from other dealerships/ why should I buy from your dealership. Over the years I have visited several dealerships over the years and have purchased vehicles from 7 of them. I can say with certainty that Darius was the most helpful sales representative. He was flexible in communication with text/phone/email, while being prompt and detailed in his responses. He was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all questions. He did not resort to high pressure sales tactics and offered the best customer service of any of the dealerships. Since Open Road had the CX-9 in the trim and colour I wanted in stock, this was a no brainer to purchase here. When an issue arose with the CX-9 the GM Shaun was able to resolve it. Thanks!

Fact of the matter is an inspection had not occurred yet, and we waited for this 'inspection' to happen at the 11th hour. Finally, at 6pm on a Friday evening we finally were presented with an inspection report that stated the vehicle had no issues. One month later while at a BMW dealership for a safety recall, a second inspection was conducted and over $2000 of repairs were found. Repairs of items that were NOT NOTED on the pre-purchase inspection report given to us by LP Auto. When we informed Evan the GM of LP Auto he first wanted to get a second opinion on the price of the repairs....but then would only pay a lump sum covering half of the costs stating... 'take it or I walk away' - leaving us to pay the remainder. We were so excited about our new car purchase, but were ultimately left with buyer's remorse. Would definitely not recommend LP Auto to Anyone.

Saw and test drive the All Road and was impressed, so thought why not try to work something out. Went back and forth with negotiations, however it didn't work out due to my set budget. As much as I wanted to checkoff a bucket list item...no big deal. I saw other of vehicles they had and asked Ellie and long story short...I ended up a fantastic A4. I want to highlight that LP Auto is smaller, but from Ellie to the finance manager Jojo and the mean sales manager who wouldn't accept my offer for the All Road..lol and I'm kidding it was all professional. They were upfront, especially Ellie..kudos to her for being real which made it better. Thanks LP Auto. German engineering here we go. Fahrvergnügen! It is a robust & steller looking SUV in my humble opinion. My biggest SUV so far. The interior features are endless, sound system on point, touch screen superb, panoramic roof = I can see the stars, massage chairs = yikes hope I don't fall asleep while driving! Outside - the body is a solid 10! Stunning headlights, solid grill, R badge on display, VW logo lights up, 21" wheels, 269HP/Turbo & the curvature lines on the body = beautiful! Price = if I told yaa, I'd have to off yaa! Some of the other SUVs I looked at were the - Nissan Pathfinder, Toyota Grand Highlander, Mazda CX90. Atlas Cross Sport, Lexus, Acura MDX A Spec & the Audi Q8. I test drove a few of these SUVs & none of them captured me into liking them quite like - the VW Atlas 2025 did. Without a work order the anti theft system was disabled by Clarkdale…read more As a result the insurance probably will go up. I was told that the computer program for my Volkswagen was not available anymore. I want my money back and be reimbursed for the missing anti theft system. Since the "repair" the corresponding light in the dash is permanently lit now. In a nutshell: The billed work was never done and the work done wasn't authorized by me and carried out by a non Volkswagen authorized contractor. The results after the "repair" was that the new key I paid about 700 dollars for wasn't really needed because the old original key is now working perfectly fine. In the past 25 years myself and my family has bought 5 cars here That tradition can come to an end soon.
