I got my 2002 Toyota Rav 4 from Kabani. It works great and have not had any mechanical problems…read morewith it since I purchased in on Oct 2021. Had a problem with the digital Bluetooth screen installed by a third party through them but Kabani was quick to get it repaired. I would recommend dealing with Eduardo.

WARNING - DEALERSHIP DOES NOT OPERATE WITH INTEGRITY Over…read morethe last several days, I have been in contact via phone, email, and text with two sales representatives at Kabani Motors in Vancouver. They have a 2015 Honda Pilot with 9,825KMS and an asking price of $39,995. In my initial conversation with Eduardo Guillo where I made an offer that was not accepted; however, Eduardo informed me via email that the lowest price that the owners of Kabani would accept is $39,470. Over the last four days, we continued to discuss the Pilot and decided yesterday, Sunday, April 10th, 2022, that would engage with the dealership again to make an offer. This time around we dealt with Summit K. Biswas. Over a period of 3 hours, we communicated via text and phone. During this period, we discussed the value of their $299 administration fee and further negotiated on price. With each offer, Summit returned to the owners of the dealership to present my offer and continuously kept coming back in writing that they would not accept anything less than $39,000. We came to the decision that we would pay the price and provided Summit with my credit card over the phone, and it was charged with a $1000 non-refundable deposit I planned to fly to Vancouver to pick up the SUV. Approximately, a half-hour later I received a text message from Summit, stating that the boss there is no discount on that vehicle, yet last week they were prepared to take $500 off. Over the course of the negotiation process, Summit contacted the owners of the dealership more than three (3) times to discuss the price and then revoked our agreement and wanted me to pay full price. The reason given, is the owners didn't have good cell service and didn't hear the offer correctly, yet they were very familiar with the conversation I had the previous week with Eduardo and the offer. Whatever you decide to do with this dealership and its owners be VERY CAREFUL. They are not ethical and do NOT operate with integrity. I had to request multiple times to have them credit my VISA and ended up calling the bank to report it as fraud. Below are the screenshots of our text message conversation. Car checked out on CarProof and all previous owners repair bills were provided. I declined the warranty because after taxes it was $2000 for 3yrs/35000kms. As I drive on average 40000kms a year, at the time this was not an ideal service for me. Within 3 days of purchase, both the check engine and battery lights were illuminated. Now yes, they did agree to fix these problems on the condition that I agree that anything occurring afterwards would be my problem. I thought, 'fine, what else could go wrong with a vehicle that was purportedly mechanically sound?'. Within 3 days after getting the car back, the check engine and coolant lights are now illuminated. Due to all the snow of late, of the 12 days that I have owned the car, I have driven 3 days for a total of 200kms. Between too much snow and it always needing repairs, this has been a total waste of $11000+. I emailed them why woeful tale and never received a response. Instead I am taking my car to Nixon Automotive to do a proper repair job and inspection. Sure I opted not to buy a warranty, but who the hell expects this many problems within 2 weeks a vehicle purchase. DO NOT EVER deal with Granville Island Motors or its parent company PS Motors. You were warned!

My girlfriend got trapped into an extremely bad PREDATORY-grade auto loan starting after the first…read morecar she was sold here was a complete wreck full of problems. After months of being back and forth with a negligent auto shop recommended by the dealer and car being unusable, nothing was adding up. SHE SPECIFICALLY said she needed a reliable car and was honest about being worried about taking advantage of and they did exactly that. Lie after lie of the vehicle damage unfolded. After realizing they sold a complete malfunctioning car, she was deceived into transferring to a different car with a much higher payment after telling her it would be about the same price - the new car was EXTREMELY marked up despite it being of lesser value too! She was advised to buy a $2000 warranty TWICE because it was non-transferable for the first broken car. Also twice the dealership/administrative fees. He downplayed issues with the new car like the paint job which cost $700 to repair. He said he would also get her the carfax for it and never did. The loan of the finance company was a nightmare to deal with - they were completely unresponsive and eventually collapsed. The dealer took no responsibility here either. Eventually it was transferred to another company. Despite putting 10k down and paying almost 20k in admin fees, dealership fees, warranty, car payments, and loan interest she is out 30k on a car worth 10k over the course of a year. Not an exaggeration, there is paperwork for (2 x $899 admin fees - which it seems they now charge $699 and a $900 loan admin fee). Sneaky way to add nearly $3000 in nonsense costs! She was dealing with a man named Gurj - while seeming polite he proved to be dishonest about the issues, pricing, loan, and did not establish clear understanding and signage of the disclosure agreement for a vulnerable woman. He was in a rush when making the deal and pressured her to be quick with all the paperwork. A clear tactic to limit her chance to review terms presented to her. AVOID THIS SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS!
