The tires were 13 years old and needed replacing. I knew the type of tire I wanted and was quoted a price that was several hundred dollars less than two other tire stores. They ordered the tires and put them on two days later. The staff were friendly and I felt safe as a single woman in their shop. I went in here and every staff member I dealt with (there were a few, front desk and mechanic etc) and all of them were courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They found me 4 suitable replacements for an extremely good price. They were dead honest about the level of wear being high, and cautioned me accordingly. These tires were absolutely in road-worthy condition, just worn, and I appreciated that they were so conscientious about safety and so on. On top of all that, after I delivered all 4 slashed tires still on the rims, they had them mounted and filled for $20 each and it was done in 40 minutes. These guys are honest, fair, and fast.

Despite this, they crammed them into the vehicle, which caused damage to the interior and trunk. Management apologized but refused to take responsibility, telling us to go through our own insurance (ICBC) instead. The work order was also poorly written and unclear, which may explain the mistake--but that doesn't excuse the damage or lack of accountability. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Downstairs is where the magic happens. Looks like they have 2 bays. This place has a touchless machine which is great for not scratching up one's rims. Pricing is in line with the competition. Staff are very friendly and professional and quick. I used their services twice and was pleasantly surprised. Their online tire orders are also very quick. I ordered my tires and they called me the next day(!) telling me they were already there. Pricing is reasonable. Their site is very easy to use. Overall my experience was very seamless. Definitely will be back in the future. I am a happy customer.
