I brought a car from Kabani Auto about a week ago and it was honestly the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had! We called Shoki at Kabani after seeing an ad on autotrader and said that we would be stopping by shortly to see it. We got there a few hours later and the car was standing out all ready for us to have a look at. Shoki came out to greet us and remembered both mine and my fathers name. He told us a little about the car and left us to have a look at it. He wasn't pushy or trying to upsell us or watching us like a hawk like other sales people do. We pointed out a few damaged things on the car and he told us that it would all get taken care of. Within 2 days Shoki was in contact with us telling us that all of these items had been fixed and that the car was ready to go! It was quite a long list of cosmetic things that he had fixed including big items like a new windshield and fixing the aircon, all at no extra charge! Followed an ad on Auto trader for a particular model we were looking for, travelled from the southern interior so it was no quick trip. We were greeted on arrival by Eduardo and shown the vehicle, it was very clean & they took precautions to sanitize any thing we would touch. They accommodated any request for info including putting it up on a hoist so I could inspect the underside.
