Re: westminster toyota boyd st, newwestminster:…read more We ordered Camry Hybrid XLE in July 2022. We made deposit. Despite several calls, personal visits and emails. We never got our vehicle. the reason was we were buying cash not finance. Because they make more money from Finance than cash sale. Now today I got a letter (attached)from Toyota Canada Inc, saying there is a service recall for the 2023 Camry Hybrid XLE (VIN:4T1B21HK5PU020077). Means vehicle was received by the dealership but never delilvered to us. I was so frustrated and end up buying another vehicle. And very long time to refund our deposit. Talking to my lawyer tomorrow for this harrassment caused.

Misleading, unprofessional, and damaging - do NOT go here…read more I visited Westminster Toyota on Jan 15 for a Toyota Corolla Hybrid SE AWD. From the start, I was misled and stalled: Staff confirmed availability but never followed up. After a test drive and submitting all documents, my employment verification "failed", despite my HR confirming everything was correct. Repeated follow-ups led to conflicting updates, unavailable staff, and unnecessary pressure to buy a different car I didn't want. Finance managers were sarcastic and unprofessional, pushing me toward alternatives instead of respecting my choice. After 9 days of back-and-forth, I was finally told my loan was rejected by all banks, and their mishandling negatively affected my credit score. The dealership misled me on pricing and availability of the car, posting it online at a higher price immediately after I inquired. This was supposed to be my first car purchase, but their actions caused stress, confusion, and financial damage. I will be filing a consumer complaint. I cannot recommend Westminster Toyota - there is no transparency, honesty, or professionalism.

WARNING - DEALERSHIP DOES NOT OPERATE WITH INTEGRITY Over…read morethe last several days, I have been in contact via phone, email, and text with two sales representatives at Kabani Motors in Vancouver. They have a 2015 Honda Pilot with 9,825KMS and an asking price of $39,995. In my initial conversation with Eduardo Guillo where I made an offer that was not accepted; however, Eduardo informed me via email that the lowest price that the owners of Kabani would accept is $39,470. Over the last four days, we continued to discuss the Pilot and decided yesterday, Sunday, April 10th, 2022, that would engage with the dealership again to make an offer. This time around we dealt with Summit K. Biswas. Over a period of 3 hours, we communicated via text and phone. During this period, we discussed the value of their $299 administration fee and further negotiated on price. With each offer, Summit returned to the owners of the dealership to present my offer and continuously kept coming back in writing that they would not accept anything less than $39,000. We came to the decision that we would pay the price and provided Summit with my credit card over the phone, and it was charged with a $1000 non-refundable deposit I planned to fly to Vancouver to pick up the SUV. Approximately, a half-hour later I received a text message from Summit, stating that the boss there is no discount on that vehicle, yet last week they were prepared to take $500 off. Over the course of the negotiation process, Summit contacted the owners of the dealership more than three (3) times to discuss the price and then revoked our agreement and wanted me to pay full price. The reason given, is the owners didn't have good cell service and didn't hear the offer correctly, yet they were very familiar with the conversation I had the previous week with Eduardo and the offer. Whatever you decide to do with this dealership and its owners be VERY CAREFUL. They are not ethical and do NOT operate with integrity. I had to request multiple times to have them credit my VISA and ended up calling the bank to report it as fraud. Below are the screenshots of our text message conversation. I was looking at a 2004 grand am they had with a four cylinder and I noticed on the dash info/sticker/paper and they had the fuel economy listed that this car uses only 6 litres per 100 kilometres of travel when in reality it's listed by gm at almost 13 litres per 100 k on the highway. I confronted him about this fabrication and he said" my boss has given me permission to tell customers to fuck off but I think that might be wasted on you ". lol then he said " I'm sorry your feelings are hurt because we don't have a car your looking for " im driving out of the lot to leave and he tries to get me to come have a look at another vehicle he had . I was flabbergasted. I told him I don't do business with liars . the nerve of some people. buyer beware if these guys are blatantly lying about one thing then they will lie about everything. try somewhere else

Terrible experience at this dealership. We bought our van and were initially happy, but two weeks…read morelater the check engine light came on and van would intermittently not start. I tried multiple times to have these issues fixed, but every time, Ali would guess what he thought it was and "fix" it based on that. Everything he did, including battery replacement and transmission flush, failed to resolve the problems. Not only that, but the actual work was bad quality. After the van broke down and needed its price in repairs to be roadworthy again, the shop (not his mechanic) found that the battery terminals had been improperly secured, and the battery ended up being defective. Ali's incompetence was surprising. He had me come all the way from the city to his dealership in New West to have a problem we'd discussed fixed, but when he phoned "his guy" to bring it in, the guy was all booked up for the day and Ali just told me I had to come back another day. He was confused at my anger somehow. The last (and definitely final) time I brought the van in, another customer was yelling at him for losing their shocks he'd ordered in for their car. I recommend going elsewhere to buy a used vehicle, or have a third party mechanic look at it to determine whether it is going to cost you its price in repairs soon thereafter.
