    Misleading, unprofessional, and damaging - do NOT go here…read more I visited Westminster Toyota on Jan 15 for a Toyota Corolla Hybrid SE AWD. From the start, I was misled and stalled: Staff confirmed availability but never followed up. After a test drive and submitting all documents, my employment verification "failed", despite my HR confirming everything was correct. Repeated follow-ups led to conflicting updates, unavailable staff, and unnecessary pressure to buy a different car I didn't want. Finance managers were sarcastic and unprofessional, pushing me toward alternatives instead of respecting my choice. After 9 days of back-and-forth, I was finally told my loan was rejected by all banks, and their mishandling negatively affected my credit score. The dealership misled me on pricing and availability of the car, posting it online at a higher price immediately after I inquired. This was supposed to be my first car purchase, but their actions caused stress, confusion, and financial damage. I will be filing a consumer complaint. I cannot recommend Westminster Toyota - there is no transparency, honesty, or professionalism.

Everyone that I've talked to from your service department to Toyota Canada has been an absolute joke saying "sorry nothing we can do" And the salesman bob I bought it off has totally ghosted me with no replies but it says message read.     WARNING - DEALERSHIP DOES NOT OPERATE WITH INTEGRITY Over…read morethe last several days, I have been in contact via phone, email, and text with two sales representatives at Kabani Motors in Vancouver. They have a 2015 Honda Pilot with 9,825KMS and an asking price of $39,995. In my initial conversation with Eduardo Guillo where I made an offer that was not accepted; however, Eduardo informed me via email that the lowest price that the owners of Kabani would accept is $39,470. Over the last four days, we continued to discuss the Pilot and decided yesterday, Sunday, April 10th, 2022, that would engage with the dealership again to make an offer. This time around we dealt with Summit K. Biswas. Over a period of 3 hours, we communicated via text and phone. During this period, we discussed the value of their $299 administration fee and further negotiated on price. With each offer, Summit returned to the owners of the dealership to present my offer and continuously kept coming back in writing that they would not accept anything less than $39,000. We came to the decision that we would pay the price and provided Summit with my credit card over the phone, and it was charged with a $1000 non-refundable deposit I planned to fly to Vancouver to pick up the SUV. Approximately, a half-hour later I received a text message from Summit, stating that the boss there is no discount on that vehicle, yet last week they were prepared to take $500 off. Over the course of the negotiation process, Summit contacted the owners of the dealership more than three (3) times to discuss the price and then revoked our agreement and wanted me to pay full price. The reason given, is the owners didn't have good cell service and didn't hear the offer correctly, yet they were very familiar with the conversation I had the previous week with Eduardo and the offer. Whatever you decide to do with this dealership and its owners be VERY CAREFUL. They are not ethical and do NOT operate with integrity. I had to request multiple times to have them credit my VISA and ended up calling the bank to report it as fraud. Below are the screenshots of our text message conversation. EDUCATE YOURSELF BEFORE BUYING A VEHICLE - 2015 Honda Pilot Touring at Kabani Auto in Vancouver Before buying a used vehicle go to Cargurus.ca and enter the detailed information. Including the VIN number of the vehicle, you are looking at. This app will provide you with significant detail on the pricing structure for the vehicle. In the case of the 2015 Honda Pilot Touring at Kabani Auto - before you buy it, even though it has only 9800KMS on it - know before you make an offer!!! The owners and sales staff are NOT professional. In the case of this vehicle VIN # 5FNYF4H96FB504493. The breakdown is as follows: Trade-in Value - what the dealer would have paid for the car: $30,372 Great Price providing a reasonable profit for the dealer: $35,157 Best Price, do not pay over this value: $38,206

At the time of purchase, the dealership sold me an additional 6-year bumper-to-bumper coverage, which I was told would cover electrical issues and related problems. Recently, I brought my vehicle in because several warning lights were appearing on the dashboard, including the tire pressure sensor warning. I was charged for diagnostics and service with the understanding that the issue would be fixed. Unfortunately, the tire pressure sensor warning still appears every time I start the car, meaning the original problem was not resolved. Even worse, after the service another issue appeared that did not exist before -- a "Door Fault - Service Required" warning now shows on my dashboard. I also believe I should not have been charged the diagnostic fee. My vehicle is covered under the manufacturer warranty from Ford Motor Company for recall-related or electrical issues, and I additionally purchased a premium extended warranty, which I paid a significant amount for. Despite these coverages, I was still charged and the issue was not resolved. It is very frustrating to pay for diagnostics and service only to leave with the same problem plus a new one. Considering the price of this vehicle and the extended coverage I purchased, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and proper troubleshooting. At this point, I feel like I was charged for a service that did not resolve the issue and may have created another problem. I hope the dealership reviews this situation and contacts me to properly address and correct these issues.

I was offered to test drive the Mazda 3. I came in during the Covid time and to make things difficult I didn't really know the area very well and I asked if my sales guy can go with me. He went and asked his manager if that was possible and all was good. Yes he had a mask on. My sales rep was Eric Maura. He was very knowledgeable about all Mazda cars. He himself owns a Mazda as well. He explained everything very well. I was super excited and at the end of the day I ended up purchasing the Mazda 3 GT AWD. I was super happy. I also got 0% financing. It was a super awesome deal. In the finance department, I was dealing with Navin Mahal and again, everything was explained very well to me. I picked up the car two days later. I had Eric arrange for an insurance broker to come in to do the paperwork. I mentioned to Eric the license plate that I wanted. He had that arranged as well. When I picked up my car, he explained everything very clearly to me again and reminded me all of the specs. I walked out super happy and was very pleased. Also note that they have very good green tea in the car maintenance area.
