Arrived 15 minutes ahead and entry to the dealership was blocked with their vehicles. They moved the dealership vehicles out of the way about 5 minutes before opening. Staff on-site did not acknowledge our presence. Nothing pro-active in customer service - no "we're just opening but come in and have a coffee..." No "good morning" or acknowledgement of our presence until Nathan (Servicing Rep) came.

When I first came to this dealership, I was not even on the lot for more then 3 minutes before someone came over to ask if I was alright and if I needed any help. They let me take the scion for a test drive and asked me if I had any questions and when I explained I was on a budget and looking at 2 cars, they looked up to see what could be worked out and then gave me their cards and told me to give them a call after I had tested the fiat to let them know how things went. I did not have such treatment with fiat, everyone was very pushy and was not willing to listen to my budget. Little to say I went back to toyota and they welcomed me with open arms and offered me tea and coffee and when the deal was not able to go through (icbc was closed) they even gave me a drive home so I would not have to take the bus. I love this dealership and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a new car to stop in and talk to them. And btw I love my scion, shes great on gas($30 fills her up) shes a dark purple and even my uncle who is a collision tech loved her turning ratios. Definitely recommend both.

Anna definitely understands the concept of customer first. If Anna didn't know the answer to your question, she will actually tell you she doesn't know as opposed to just making something up which we appreciate. BTW, she does do a follow-up with you by sending you an email or text message with the correct answer. Anna showed us various different options - cash purchase, finance and lease and provide her opinion on the best financial recommendation. Anna's manager Frank Tzou was there to support her during the final steps but she was empowered to make the final financial decision. There were absolutely no games like other dealerships where the sales rep goes away to talk with the sales manager. Robert Wong in the business office was no different. All of us dislike the business office simply because of the high pressure sales - extended warranties, all levels of protection (paint, under carriage, glass), etc. Not so with Robert! He simply explains the options to you and narrows its down to what is the best simplifying the decision process. We have had our fair share of purchasing new vehicles but this is the first time we had such a great positive experience - we felt like part of the Morrey Infiniti family. Each and everyone we worked with was transparent throughout the transaction. Based on my experience, the purchase of our 2017 Inifiniti QX50 was text book perfect which other dealerships only dream about but never able to achieve. The level of customer service displayed is simply just unbelievable! I would highly recommend others to experience what we experience. Absolutely horror crap show at this dealership. Lined up a willing and ready party to do a lease…read moreassumption. I had no way to get a hold of the finance department at the hours of operation. First off, why does a credit check take over 14 days to complete!? When that is lined up and ready, one staff told me in case of lease assumption there is no need to bring the vehicle into the dealership - he was very confident that as long as the lease taker signs on the responsibility to return the vehicle in the same condition as new minus the normal wear, they should be good to go - sounds very logical to me. So both parties went into the dealership with the necessary paperwork to process the assumption of lease. On the day before the handover date as well as the day of the handover (decided by the finance department, neither myself nor the party that wanted to assume lease had a say in this date/time), the finance advisor Candis could not be reached on the phone. Party of 3 people ended up waiting for half and hour at the dealership before Candis waltzed out of the office to meet us. When doing so, she suddenly decided that she needs to SEE THE CAR. What do you mean!? The car doesn't come back to the dealer for another 2 years what is there to see!? why do you need to have the vehicle inspected 26 months before the vehicle is ever coming back to you!? There is zero logical sense and at this point Candis also told us that this "inspection" will take an hour and a half - I'm not new to the lease game all other dealerships can do this without any fuss and just assign the lease to a new lesee. Whatever, so when asked for another appointment to bring the car into the dealership for this "inspection" the dealership is very inflexible in when that could happen and that pissed off both the lease taker and myself to no end. There is no excuse for such a horrible experience. The lease taker has since then decided enough is enough, after 3 weeks of back and forth and no car, he decided to go get something else. Do not do business at morrey infiniti / nissan they are not worth your time and grivance , and the location is horrible anyway. Will steer away from this dealership despite my loyalty to infiniti nissan products.

I have always been an Honda/Acura fan ever since I started driving. I have purchased two vehicles…read morefrom this dealer and the service were all exceptionally excellent. The first vehicle we bought from them is a used Acura TSX premium model. White color, black leather interior color. I did go to all the other Acura dealers in town to look at the TSX's they had for sale; Northshore, Burrard, Langley, Richmond each had a few but none of them came close to the condition of the ones for sale here. My TSX used to be a courtsey car, and it does have a few scratches and dings when I bought it. But the manager, Patrice, agreed to repair all of them before we take the car out. They did not cut corners on repairing them, every damage was fixed professionally. First time dealing with these guy, had an absolutely excellent experience. Even tthough it took some effort to work the price down but we got a really good deal at the end. The second vehicle we bought from them is a used 2012 TL Sh-awd tech. Again, we walked into the door and was greeted by the same salesman we bought the TSX from. Same story with the TSX, this TL was a lease comeback, it had some scratches on the back bumper. But Patrice offered to fix them for free. Another really pleasent time dealing with Lougheed Acura. At the new dealer, the service department offers free coffee and free pop. And the shop looks really from the window. The service advisors are friendly as well. Scott Bagnell is the guy to go for to service your Acura I am going to drive Acura for my whole life most likely; and as long as these guys are here, I will buy from them. And as long as William(the salesman who sold us the two acrs) is not retired, I will buy from him. If he was the grand master for four years in a roll, that means he really know what he is doing and he is good at it.

Concern Regarding Extended Warrant Refund In 2018, we…read morepurchased an Acura RDX from Lougheed Acura trusting in their strong reputation. At the time of purchase, we were encouraged to buy an extended warranty. Since the car was brand new, we believed it was a prudent decision and trusted that Acura would guide us in the right direction. We purchased the extended warranty for $2,800, understanding that $800 would be the actual cost and that if we did not use the coverage, we would receive a $2,000 refund after six years. The company you HIGHLY recommended held our money for six years without any interest payments. Unfortunately, because we did not submit a refund request within four months of the warranty's expiration, (we submitted at 5 1/2 months unaware of time frame)we were informed that we are no longer eligible to receive our reimbursement. We are extremely disappointed by this policy, which feels misleading and unfair. Yes, we didn't read the 6 page contract in mini font with the last few few lines saying we needed to apply for a refund within time frame. we trusted our sales re to be providing fair service. It is disheartening that a company we trusted would support an insurance provider that does not prioritize best practices. We have been loyal customers, however this experience has made us feel that your company does not truly stand behind its customers. We urge you to reconsider recommending this insurance provider in the future to prevent other customers from experiencing similar frustrations.
