It is with great regret that I write this review for Daytona Motorsports since I've heard nothing…read morebut great things about them. Now keep in mind I haven never been to their location but visited their booth at the Vancouver Motorcycle Show and this was my experience dealing with them... There was a lady working at their booth that was completely rude to me at the show. She completely interrupted one person working there that was in the middle of helping me just cuz she thinks what she has to say is more important, and it wasn't! It's something that could've waited. I brushed it off at that point. I later saw a icon body armour behind the counter and she happened to be there. So I politely asked her how much that armour was, she told me the price as she was staring at a different customer. I was interested in purchasing it but clearly she had no interest in helping me. I can understand that it's was extremely busy. But she had just finished helping someone and she happened to be free. I specifically went there just to visit their booth cuz I heard great things about Daytona Motorsports. But I don't see it. Now I've posted this review on their Facebook page and it was deleted because I assume they did not want bad publicity. I get that. But I did not feel like a valued customer. Although the gentleman that did help me at first was awesome.

The times I've been there, the owner does not even acknowledge your presence. This guy (I think he is the owner) really lacks customer service skills. When someone comes into your store and if you are busy with another customer, at least say " Hi, I will be you in a minute". The merchandise they have is overpriced as well.

If you need inspection for your bike I'm not recommending anyone to this store . Usually I get…read moreinspection ticket every year because of my exhaust noise . I took my bike here for inspection and I changed exhaust and other stuff by myself to make the bike safety same as a factory to pass the inspection and he said everything looks ok. But later than they called me and said your bike needs a ball bearing otherwise there is no way to pass the inspection and it will cost me 800$ for it . And for sure they know the bike with no inspection pass can't get insurance and it's hard to move it to another motorcycle services so you have no choice except listening to them . I called another motorcycle services today they ask me about some pictures of my bike and they said your bike looks fine to pass the inspection. So I took my bike there and they did inspection my bike and pass it with 250$ total and it was no issues with ball bearings at all . It was just my experience with Burnaby Kawasaki . Of course the inspection price in this store is around 150$ and it's cheaper but you not gonna pay 150$ at the end because they will make you to fix other things and pay extra money . *modern scam*

Recently I had my 2013 bagger in to have a new sound system installed, with subwoofer and all, and I am very happy with their work and the after care they provided! If you're in the market for a stereo or upgrades to your scooter, you have to see these guys!!! In this day and age it's good to know there are straight up people like Alan and Brian who listen to what you want, give you the right advice and do what they said they will do. The sound is was great and knowing that Al is such an accomplished mechanic, I m now gonna bring my bike to them for all the services, oil/tire changes and upgrades! These guys know what hat customer service is, are polite and very professional.....even when a dude brings in a Victory! Thanks guys for all the help and support!

brought my zodiac in told them to check for water leaks, and air leaks . they charged me a…read morediagnostic fee of $80 and fixed the air leak pontoons cost me $750 for two patches they did not fix the obvious 1 inch tear in the bottom of the boat said that that was not included on although I did specify that was and I also verified it when I picked it up that that had been looked at and addressed Tried to tried to explain my situation that the bottom should've been addressed or at least noted and got nowhere. The next issue was with a carb repair. They sold me an aftermarket carb kit, even though I came to the dealer expecting to get Yamaha parts. I sat on it for two months and my heated garage and brought it into them to do the rebuild. They told me there would be no warranty as the unit was not there. I took it up north and installed the carb . Had the exact same problem as before I brought the carb in fuel was leaking through it. I barged my unit across the lake and brought it back 5 Hour drive back to GA checkpoint in coquitlamget . They told me that the needle valve was corroded and that they would have to charge me to replace it with a Yamaha part and charge me $200 labor. I explained to them that there is no way that would've been corroded. And it was the original needle valve from when I purchased the unit .There was absolutely no adjustment to the invoice although I explained my situation at great detail. I'm very dissatisfied with the service department and the tech who worked on the unit. There is no point in dealing with a reputable dealer, if this is the way they warranty their products and installation. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting work and service at a reasonable price.
