I was going to buy a bike of a particular manufacturer..... let's call the A.... but by having other manufacturers onsite, I realized I could get a better bike of manufacture B. I wouldn't have known the shortcomings unless I came to Holeshot. Like the logo of all car/motorcycle dealers in Langley " cone to Langley, it's worth the drive". No pressure sales, in hindsight their stock sells so they don't need to pressure anyone to buy. Downstairs Robert in parts helped me pick of a luggage rack set. He was very helpful but knowledgeable too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to these guys. There are like the SUPERSTORE of motorcycles in G.V.R.D

There is not one good thing to say about this place. My husband had his bike worked on here and…read morethey screwed up on the completion date a couple times which sucked. My husband arranged for a ride out there to pick up the bike but it wasn't ready when they said it would be so he had to scramble to get a ride home again. Total waste of time! I asked about getting a spare key ordered for my bike and they said it wasn't possible but they would order the blank needed. That cost $16 and didn't even cover the cutting cost. No mention that I could get the key blank anywhere else because they just wanted to gouge me on the price. The locksmith I used to cut the key said they only charge $5 per blank. I will NEVER spend another dime at Holeshot and recommend that anyone reading this stay away as well. There are plenty of other bike shops who will treat you a lot better.

Service manager says to close to sidewall, have to replace. Asked for his best quote on tire. 327 plus tax. And two weeks to get.shopped around same exact tire 277 plus tax .went back with new tire, at 9 am when they opened.told them where i got it locally so they could maybe use them and pass savings onto customer.service managers nose got out of joint and his demeanor changed instantly, I just wanted to help . I asked to get it back asap. Said he would phone when ready. I called 5 hours later, might be done by 5 ( less than a hour to do) I said you have had it since 9, told me to hold, then came back and said maybe at 3:30. I seen where this was going. Went picked up tire and rim and new tire, took else where, they were busy but they would do right away. Asked why i did not just patch tire on inside? This was due to upsale of service manager! Ive been coming to the his place for decades! Maybe we both had bad days but i will travel miles before i support this place again. To bad as Troy is a great person / owner and staff freindly, but this service manager is one not to deal with if you go there! He upsells you goes out of his way to piss you off if you dont like his recomendations. what a ----

All I can say is WOW. Stay FAR away…read more I purchased a used bike from them. Everyone was nice, until they got my money. When I got the bike home, I realized that half of the advertised parts and accessories did not work, as well as some engine components being in dis-repair, leaky forks, and that a basic service was not even attempted when they purchased the bike from previous owner. They did not even wash it for me (looked like it had been through a trial run). This bike was advertised in good condition, clean title, and vigorously inspected by 2 separate mechanics, one of witch was the "head Kawasaki Race Team Mechanic". I swiftly contacted STAN, only to be completely ignored, along with TROY, who also completely ignored me. After almost a month, yes , a MONTH, I got an email from CRAIG stating that he had just been told to contact me to investigate what was wrong. To make a long story, after 5, 100km round trips to maple ridge, and the promise of them "taking care of me" at no cost to me, I was finally there to pick up my baby and leave this ordeal behind me. I almost died when they tried to blackmail me into paying a 400$ bill. I did NOT sign anything or authorize any work to be done in exchange for money, and they could not provide the contract with my signature on it. they said they were making things right, how they should of been when I bought the bike from them(not a cheap bike I may add). They threatened to keep my bike and take it apart. I almost phoned the police, but for some reason they decided to wave the fees.... hmmm.... So I get outside and hop on, start it up, and the several things that I was told would be taken care of were NOT EVEN TOUCHED. My turn signals were not NON FUNCTIONING (they worked fine before!) and no basic service was done. I looked at the bill they tried to give me, 200$ for wiring removal, 200$ for fork seal replacement! WOW! They then had the nerve to ask me to come back over a week later to fix it. At this point they were not getting near my bike again. Had to find professionals to fix my bike properly. If you have any love for your machine, take it somewhere else, anywhere else, even a high school mechanics class.

Great bikes, fair prices, reasonable customer service…read more Good repair/service department that I'll keep using. Devon the financing guy is great, and will work hard to get you riding. Great financing setup here. The sales staff wasn't quite as impressive for an easy sale like me. James commented I just need my Starbucks cup now that I'm sitting on my Bonneville, ok I'm no yuppie. Tried to ride away but had to wait 15 minutes until someone found some license plate bolts for me. Then I said ok let's fill the tank up because it's on empty, and the guys disappeared into the walls and I could not track them down, 20 minutes later I ended up just leaving empty and first stop was the gas station. I'd say give the customer a high five on the way out don't just look for the next sale on the floor. The downtown shop is awesome, John is on it always.

Would not recommend this dealership based on my experience…read more I placed a deposit on a motorbike after being told it was already in stock. The day before pickup, I was suddenly informed the bike was actually coming from Quebec. What followed was 5-6 weeks of terrible communication and zero accountability. I had to repeatedly chase updates myself, while most responses came from an automated bot or vague messages saying the bike was "coming soon" with no actual delivery date. No one proactively contacted me during the entire process. When the bike finally arrived, the staff showed little concern for the inconvenience caused. I was also charged more for a part than the price displayed on the tag. For a business selling expensive vehicles, the level of organization and customer service was honestly unacceptable. I contacted the dealership directly to resolve these concerns before posting publicly and received no response.
